Wayne's cleaners with able to clean a dress that I have not worn 3 years. Packed in a box, it seemed to take on some of the box color. They were able to clean it and get that color out. Extremely pleased. Have recommended several times now

The total value of my jackets are at least $400 to $500. There are bluish, brown and burnt marks all over my jacket. COMPLETELY RUINED!!!!!!!!!! It looks as if the jackets were never washed and someone tried to do a rush job and press the jacket with an unclean machine.  I'm Speechless. I will never use this cleaners again.

I really like this cleaners. The ladies that worked at the front desk is exceptionally nice. I called before I got there to asked if cleaners would be open when i arrived. A warm, and friendly invite. The rep told me to come, and she will be waiting for me. When i arrived she welcome me with kindness, soft spoken, and explained price, and when i could pick up my items. I did explained to her that i would pick up my items later doing the week. She said not a problem. The price to clean a king size comforter, and shams is a good price. I really like 200 cleaners. I told the ladies that i will bring more items to be cleaned. The ladies ok not a problem. Yay! If you are searching for a nice, and clean, cleaners for your big comforter, big throw pillows, and more. You don’t have to search anymore. 200 Cleaners is waiting for you! Brought a men’s sweater to get hemmed. The lady wanted to charge more than what the price of sweater was. Then she took the sweater to another person to see if it could be hemmed, and the lady couldn’t fix it. When I went next week to pick it up the sweater was DIRTY! It’s like they didn’t care. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Despite the negative reviews I still gave this place a shot as it’s closest to my home. As if dealing with an unfriendly staff and finding pulled threads on my husband’s custom bespoke tuxedo, I did not get the heavy-duty designer hanger back upon pickup :(. It was special designed to fit the width of the shoulders of the suit and we were specifically told to only ever hang the suit on it. When I asked where it was, I was assertively told that they threw it away and that they tell everyone to take their hangers upon dropping off items, which did not happen in my case as I certainly would have, given how vital this hanger was to the suits longevity and performance. The person who served me barely said boo, let alone a ‘welcome in’, and she’s the very person who took it in and indeed did not instruct me to do so. When I pointed that out, she gave the most apathetic apology equivalent to that of a 5 year old who was just forced to tell their sibling sorry when they were in fact 100% not sorry. There’s just nothing like the sting of finishing up Monday errands only to get shafted in this way. Where is the customer service anymore!? 😭

Came on Christmas eve to wash && dry and the experience was terrible for starters there is only 1 cart with so many people at the wash house trying to wash their clothes... The washers kept declining my cards even tho it was money on my cards. I brought 1 of their wash cards when it was time to dry the time went out even tho it was still money on it... my clothes didnt even DRY.... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO SPIN CITY AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST OPTION.... I NEVER HAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS EVER ! If I can give SPIN CITY A ZERO I WOULD WITH NO HESITATION

Large, air conditioned with fans, and alot of machines. Take cash (coin), card, or prepaod card. Machines washed well and dryers are pretty powerful. Dried my 4 loads in about 20 mins. Definitely read the machine instructions or you could get confused. Everything was available, evrn a wash sink, but I couldnt find a money changer. Maybe the desk does it when they open so i used a card. No big deal. Bathrooms locked after hours.

Three for this one. If an attendant is not onsite you will have No allowed bathroom usage and only two carts in the facility to use no matter how many people are here to wash. It’s a clean facility but lacks in facility usage.

Says here that they preserve wedding dresses. I drove 30min to get here and was told they DO NOT Preserve wedding dresses. They clean them but can’t put them in a box.

Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated. I dropped off two mini dresses and a pair of shoes to be dry cleaned and when picking them up a week later, both dresses still have marks on them and the shoes look like they weren’t even touched. I was told “that’s all they could do” to not ruin the shoes but it’s just dirt and I’m easily able to clean it off myself with just my fingers…I was charged $85 so I expected a way better job for that price. I’ve been to dry cleaners before for half the price that have done better (I’ve even had these exact same shoes actually cleaned before so I didn’t appreciate being gaslit by this cleaner). I am new to this area and thought I’d try this place out. Not worth it, save your money and time.

Over priced, I paid $20 for a 2 piece suit, to be dry cleaned at 475. The average price around Ocala Fl. Is $15

We were traveling through, so had a short turn around. They had my suit and my wife’s jacket done in a day. We appreciated their accommodating spirit!

Drove across town just to try this dry cleaner and I'm happy I did. My nephews JROTC uniform came back looking very clean nicely done. And it was also ready early before the time they said. The price was also convenient for my pockets. I will return. I DO recommend.

I regularly take my military uniforms there for cleaning and pressing. They do a great job and always have them ready as promised. I also take some civilian clothes there that I want special care of them as they are cleaned. I serve in an all volunteer Honor Guard and the uniform detail is extremely important to me.

Awful as in things were out of order there isn't enough washers and dryers. This place is more expensive than the other laundry places here in town they don't sell trash bags and you have to individually purchase each one the laundry place in silver springs right across the street from dairy Queen you can purchase them all at once here you have to individually buy them one at a time instead of turning them on and you cannot purchase an extra rinse cycle because then the washer does not work

My husband and i went here as our usual laundromat wasn't open, and we both agreed we'd never ever use this laundromat ever again. It's absolutely filthy, there's trash all over the floor and tables and the trash cans look as though they've never been emptied. Washing machines and dryers were sitting there with clothes in them that look like they've been in there for weeks. There's no open access to the bathrooms which meant we had to leave to find a restroom at a local circle K. The dryer door on the dryer we chose kept popping open on its own, so my husband and I had to physically hold it closed to complete our cycle.
They don't offer coin machines to convert cash to coins, forcing you to pay on card.
We wouldn't recommend this place at all and won't be back.

Second time at this location, complete scam - the machines are both coin and card ready but they don’t provide coins and force you to buy a card - it’s clearly they don’t trust their staff,  I put $4.75 into the machine and ran out of quarters, I asked the staff member if there was a machine to get quarters and she stated it’s a cashless laundromat, but yet every machine takes quarters.  Now that I have to buy a card in order to use the equipment after putting in quarters the machine reset and now I have to go through the process of getting a refund. Now the machine will not take the card to add funds.  How ridiculous is this setup.
This is what happens when you have ownership that is just for making money and has zero customer service mentality.  Its like having a gas station and only offering electricity for charging and telling people if they want gas they have to buy a gas can and you will fill the gas can for them to put gas in their car. It your not ready to spend extra on a card and don’t bring enough quarters then this is not the place for you.
My first time I treated it like any other laundromat on the planet that have coin machines, but didn’t think about it until this time when I needed quarters. Now I can say completely moronic

I'm waiting for my new dryer but couldn't wait any longer to do the dirty laundry so I decided to try Spin City. I haven't been at a laundromat since the eighties! What a pleasant surprise. It was clean, air conditioned and not crowded. The machines take credit cards too. Nice place.

Had to evacuate from hurricane Milton to head north from the Tampa Bay Area, came home to no electricity and closed up laundromats, yet grateful to have a home to come home to unlike many across the state

During my attempt to evacuate, my clothes got wet with all the rain from the storm, so I loaded them into my vehicle, and drove about 80 miles (north-again) to this Ocala Spin City laundromat Place to do two loads of laundry at about 10 pm

This was one of the few laundromats that was "open" ANYWHERE, and the first 3 things I noticed right away were, no carts to put the laundry in, the tables were way too small for large loads of laundry, and ROACHES crawling  across the floor

Everything went fine until, one of the machines I was using had a malfunction with the door, and I could not open it to get my clothes out

Reached out to the phone numbers on the walls they have posted if there's any problem, or emergency, spoke with the "overseer" of the laundromat and the first excuse I got was" sorry, we won't be able to get anybody out there this late"  (this is a "24HR" LAUNDROMAT)

Reached out to him again, and this time he said he couldn't get a hold of anybody to free the stuck door tonight at all, and no phone number to reach the owner either

So already facing gas shortages(here in Ocala and abroad) and power outages, and being an hour away from home, that forced me to spend the night in my vehicle outside this Laundromat, and wait until 9:30 in the morning to get someone to open the machine door, holding MY clothes hostage overnight in THEIR broken machine......and the clothes are STILL WET

I basically Paid $20 to take an already BAD problem, and make it WORSE, and they had no sympathy whatsoever for my situation, seemingly not even a care,

We used Spin City again, before we left town. It seems like there is multiple attendants. The first attendant had everything clean and was on top of things. This time there was another attendant. The whole time we were there, she never left her seat in the little room. I could see her on the phone. Yet the floor visibly had debris and could use a sweep. The trash was full inside and outside the laundry. At least one of the machines would not work and seemed to have an error code on it.
What a difference a week or two makes. I'm not sure if it was the same day. But it was a mid week day, and it was somewhat around the same time. The vastly different experiences within a week or two, has prompted me to change my rating of five stars to four. It seems the experience can be different depending on which employee is attending the store. It would have been three stars had we not had the other experience first to balance it out.

June, 2023:
We have used the Spin City Laundry twice now, approximately two years apart. Well not quite two years. The difference was the end of June, 2023. The last time was going into fall with the college kids in town. So that might have made a difference. But as I write this, maybe not.
The last time we visited Spin City, the laundry was not the cleanest, with a lot of trash like drier sheets and such all over the floor. This time the floors were not only spotless. The attendant even began mopping the floor while we were there. The whole laundry just seemed much cleaner this time. Last time it was well past attendant on duty hours, yet no one showed up until much later, when we were getting ready to leave.
The attendant was the nicest lady who seemed to truly enjoy her work. I think her name was Patrice or Patricia. My apologies to her, I am bad with names. She was such a nice person to speak with. We spoke at some length, which I think that also made a difference. She was professional and helpful with our novice questions on how things work in Spin City. Just a wonderful person.
The laundry itself was clean and in good working order, as far as I could see. The machines worked on credit cards or coins. We used both since we had a bunch of quarters. But we didn't have quite enough. So we payed for some on the credit card. Everything worked fine whether coin or credit. We cleaned our laundry in short order by doing all the loads at the same time.
The prices were not overly expensive either. No it's not free, but it is fairly affordable. What was free was they provided us with laundry detergent when we ran out. If you do your laundry during the day when the attendant is there. They provided washer detergent if you're paying to wash your laundry in the machines. That saved us having to buy a small box out of the vending machine when we ran out. While the washers and dryers did their thing, we sat on a nice bench that was fairly comfortable to sit on. We spoke with other folks and of course, the attendant.
To many folks, they don't pay attention to little things unless they feel it affects them or it should be included or free. I looked at all the little things that made doing laundry this time, a totally different experience compared to almost two years ago. All those things topped off by a wonderful person who is there to be the face of the laundry. We found it to be one of, if not the best laundry experience we have had in a very long time. Yes we had some decent encounters that I even wrote about in the last couple of months. This laundry as it is running right now is right up there with them. As such,  Unlike last time we were there, I highly recommend visiting Spin City Laundry, an especially the laundries  wonderful attendant. As such, I gave them a rare five star rating for excellence.

What a joke! You have to buy a card to run the machines … but you have to have coins to buy soap and there is no coin exchange…. Of course the window says “Free Soap” but that’s only when there is an attendant just like the RR are only open when there is an ATTENDANT!!  This is the crudest business in Ocala!!

Terrible laundromat! Don't use quarters!! There are quarter slots, but machines only run by card. Machine ate $4.00 in quarters, lady won't refund anything. They leave the quarter slots open to take what change they can and keep it, then you still have to load a card to use machines. She was EXTREMELY rude about it too. Good business would be to cover the slots if you only operate by card. Shame on you Spin City Laundry, and shame on attendant working 3/16/23. Won't be supporting your facility and I do not recommend.

Excel Laundry

This is THE BEST laundry mat EVER! It is always very clean, well kept, cool, never, ever hot. The owner Jim, is very pleasant as well. The 2 employees that we have met are so friendly too.

I have used the drop off service for bigger items such as comforters and blankets that my home washing machine cannot handle the capacity. The policy here is that items left longer than 90 days are donated. My items were donated the day after I received a reminder notification that my daughter’s bed comforter was ready to be picked up. This was 35 days after drop off. My items were donated so the policy was not upheld.

Now the owner is LYING because he absolutely told me the policy was donated after 90 days. 30 days was NEVER mentioned. He actually said “of course” when I asked him why he donated before 90 days when that’s his policy and he replied “of course you come to pick it up as soon as I donate it”. Do not lie to make yourself look better since I left a Google review about you not following your own policies. I’m glad you changed your receipts but that doesn’t change the fact that you went against your own policy and donated my item. I did get 2 texts and ONE phone call from Nina. I saved the voicemail to remind me to pick it up when I got back from being out of town. Your $30 offer doesn’t even cover half of the cost that I had to pay to replace the item that you donated against your own policy.  I even left some stars because I had used you for so long but the lying is wild. Have the day you deserve.

Best laundromat I've ever been to! They take both cash and credit cards, have an ATM and money changers, Wi-Fi, a sink with soap in the dispenser and water fountains. I went on a Saturday and Sunday and it wasn't full at all! Plus, it's spacey enough that you don't feel cramped with the people who are in there. It's nice enough in here to make me question whether I need a washer and dryer in the first place!

My washing machine broke down before the spin cycle and I needed to do two loads fast. Read reviews of the two places closest to me and went to the Laundry Hub. I haven't used a laundromat in over 40 years so sticker shock of the cost of using the machines is my only negative comment!! Diamond was very helpful, patient, and kind in assisting me and the place was really very clean. My clothes came out perfectly clean and the whole experience was positive. Highly recommend!

I have been a long time customer. Since the new machines have been put in, the new washers don’t seem to spin out well and the new dryers take forever to dry your clothes. W I’ll not be coming back. Update, gave it another try, separated my laundry into smaller loads, split my drying into 4 machines for my 3 loads, I still had to run the dryers twice and a 3 time for the heavier items, definitely not coming back.

Laundry facility was open at 7 am I arrived at 8 loaded machine and then tried to use the bathroom and couldn’t because they keep it locked and there’s no one to unlock the door . There’s a phone number to call however the number is a robot and you can’t talk to a person and when you request the code to unlock the bathroom door the robot responds it doesn’t require a code and claims it’s already unlocked . If I would have known this before I loaded machine  I WOULD HAVE WENT SOMEPLACE ELSE !! THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I COME HERE!!! Sincerely PO’D

Absolutely wonderful place. I needed laundry done asap and these ladies did it all for me. I was having a very busy weekend and I was out of town. Washed, dried and folded 2 bags of clothes for a great price and also was done so quickly!

Very friendly staff. We were trying to kill a little bit of time in between scheduled events out of town. Decided to do some laundry to fill the gap. All of the washers were full, but we are invited just to stay and hang out.

Very reasonably priced washing machines I did not use the dryers there's quite a few washing machines that are not working and or have not been working for a long time I took some pictures of the place while waiting there's tables vending machines and there is a retention Pond next to the place that has buku ducks in it

This laundry mat have plenty of washers and dryers. Clean place. You can use coin or get a card. Card you have  perks. I didn't get one next time I will. Kristen has great customer service.

We've been using Senor Bubbles for about 2.5 years. The place is clean and well run. Equipment is maintained. The crowd you find in there is pretty nice.
Wife and I always walk a few doors down to get lunch @ La Hacienda. Love eating there.

Many BIG, Medium and regular sized washer's that are clean and odor free for your laundry. Tons of dryer's that dry great, also different sized dryer's. The place was very clean and well laid out. There's a lady working there at the drop off laundry service if you need assistance. Very on point with pricing and the washer and dryer did great with cleaning and drying my clothes. I would definitely recommend this establishment!  They have vending machines for snacks and drinks. Games to play and dedicated horse blanket washer's.

we took some blankets and horse sheets to wash. One of the blanket washers does not rinse or spin the blankets. the amount of water that came out was unacceptable.
i asked the management for help in getting a solution. I was told it was my blankets. However the other machine did not have the same problem. It would have been a better customer service to offer a solution not an excuse. Know that the second blanket washing machine does not work….
