Brought 5 pieces here for dry cleaning. Every single one damaged. They used extremely harsh chemical cleaners even though the tags say special care. Some say DO NOT IRON or cold iron and they did anyway. You can see the iron marks all over. Some pieces are linen and they absolutely ruined it. It’s like no one even bothered to read the dry cleaning tags. Brand new and expensive clothes never dry cleaned before and they are all faded as if they are 30 years old now. Absolutely ridiculous. I was told to “send an email” as if that’s going to get me anywhere.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at USA Dry Cleaners

I dropped off my jacket two weeks ago, and it took a full two weeks to get it back. During that time, I made three separate trips to your location after being told it would be ready. Thursday, then Friday, then Monday. Each time, it was not ready.

When I finally received the jacket, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. I raised this concern in person at the counter and she assured that it had been cleaned. However, once I removed the plastic at home, the jacket still had my hair on it, the buttons were not buttoned, and there was no cleaning tag attached with a safety pin, standard indicators that a garment has been professionally cleaned.

I’ve used dry cleaning services many times and understand what a properly cleaned garment looks like. This was not it.

What’s most disappointing is not just the delay, but being told the jacket was cleaned when the condition clearly suggests otherwise.

Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

If you ever have an important event and need a good service on a dry cleaning choose any place but this one. My fiancé took her wedding dress here and they somehow managed to mess up the dress. Got water stains on the back end of the dress. When she showed her the stains the lady simply said that there aren’t guarantees with their services and STILL CHARGED ON A BAD JOB. Didn’t offer to redo the work or anything. They applied a 10% discount on a $300 job. This is the most undeserving payment we have ever made with pitiful results. Again stay away from here if you care to actually get good results.

I was surprised to be charged $45 for such a simple hem and trim. The price feels very high for the type of alteration. I’m disappointed and will not be recommending this place.

Horrible service. I took my blazer for dry cleaning, and it came back worse than when I dropped it off. There are noticeable spots on the blazer that weren’t there before, and nothing was done to improve its condition. In fact, it looks worse than how I delivered it. Very disappointing.

I’ve been going to Mr Jeff for years and while it’s only a few more blocks of a walk, there are other options, but I’m glad I’ve stuck with them. They always greet you with a smile, remember your name, etc. Most recently I had requested a rush tailoring request that understandably was a close call as it were and the door dasher accidentally delivered the item to the store instead of my home, and  Hideto was kind enough to deliver it to my door himself so I could have for my event. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I experienced here. I brought in my graduation dress—a dress I specifically chose for one of the most important days of my life—for a simple alteration. I was told it would be ready in a few days. Instead, they kept it for over a week, gave me no updates, and when I finally got it back, not only was it not fixed, but it had stains on it that were not there before. The fabric was damaged, and the entire dress was basically ruined.

This was not just any dress. This was something I had picked out months ago for my graduation—a milestone that cannot be redone. And because of their negligence, I’m now left scrambling at the last minute, stressed and devastated, trying to find something else to wear for a day I’ve looked forward to for years. They didn’t even acknowledge the mistake or take responsibility for the damage. No apology, no refund, nothing. Just a complete lack of accountability.

I trusted them with something incredibly special, and they showed me exactly how little they value their customers or the items entrusted to them. It’s honestly disgusting.

Do NOT bring your clothing here, especially not anything important. They will not treat it—or you—with any care or respect.

I gave these cleaners a try as the previous one that I used closed down. I brought in two suits, one of which the pants needed to be hemmed, a comforter and some matching shams. The first attendant that assisted was nice, and attempted to answer my questions on pricing and dates as to when things should be ready. I returned the day that the items were supposed to be ready and they were not. It was explained to me by a second attendant that one suit returned from the main facility, out west, the second had not and the comforter and shams are all cleaned on a specific date as clothing and bedding are not mixed. I asked when they would be ready. She offered to have the items dropped off at my house, and we went back and forth a little with me saying that it wouldn't be necessary to come out for just one piece, but she insisted and I thought that it was an attempt at good customer service to make up for the confusion. I was told that the delivery would include all the items, or so that was the impression that I left the store with. I was even introduced to the driver. I paid for all items, although I was only taking one suit, and was a little uncomfortable about this but hoped that all would be well. The night came and when I returned home found the comforter and shams left on my door step, but no second suit. I called the next day upset asking why all the items were not dropped off. I recognized that this was the second attendant over the phone, and said to her that I was told that all items would be dropped off. She said that I insisted that it wouldn't be necessary and that I would come in and pick it up. Whether it was a miscommunication on my part, or a misunderstanding, what blew me away was how she became upset at me, said that she didn't need to "take this bull," and hung up on me. I did not curse, I was not rude, I was simply assertive to this now one drop-off (Saturday), two returns to the location (Wednesday & Thursday) and my items with no clear time of returning to my possession. I called back, she answered and I asked her if she hung up on me. We exchanged words a little more and I asked to speak with the owner. I left her my number to give to the owner, I called the main store out in West Kendall and left my number with that attendant to have the owner call me. The owner never did. The second attendant offered to bring the second suit to my house, I responded that I would prefer to pick it up. I went by after work the next day to pick up the suit only to hear that it was there waiting for me from the day before. I thought to myself, this is crazy. I did not try on the hemmed pants of this suit immediately, which is my fault, only to find that I am not certain that they were hemmed at all. Again, this is my fault. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. Originally, I stated that they could try from the second suit pants or that I could return Monday so that they could measure them on me. I never received a call for that. What started on a Saturday ended on a Friday. I was not impressed with the items being returned to me piece by piece. I was not impressed with the uncertainty of where my pieces were and when they would return. I was extremely disappointed when I became upset, as the paying customer, only to be treated as if I didn't need to be heard when I questioned their operations and was hung up on. All in all, this was a simple transaction, and I don't believe that any of my garments were ruined, but this blew up way out of proportion and I did not appreciate the owner not contacting me when I reached out at both locations. My concern... if this was easy and I didn't get good treatment, how would it be if something got lost or ruined. Unfortunately, I will not go back, the owner never reached out for me to give them a second chance and the second attendant needs to learn that you do not hang up on a customer. If you go here, do so with caution.

I went today to this location with my third attempt to use this local dry cleaner. Last two times they were not able to dry clean my clothes due to it being too close to a Saturday. Today's excuse for not serving me was I'm not in their computer database program. I'm pretty sure it's because I'm American or English that they will not serve me. This is sad given that my first experience with this location was amazing. The tailored my suit and dry cleaned it for me to pick up and a timely manner of one day. As it is I would not return to this dry cleaner that is used by several members of my church. I will spread my dissatisfaction of this place to the members of my church.

I love this business. They have been around for more then 30 years (if I am not mistaken). I started going here because I started a new professional job and need my pants dry cleaned more often. They are always on time and courteous. I wish I could go more often but my work commute and schedule does not allow me to go here as often. Anywho, lovely place for dry cleaning.

I took my suit to get steamed and pressed. I was told that it would be ready the next day after 3pm. My daughter went to up my suit up but it wasn't ready.  She was told that it would be ready the next day. I went to pickup my suit and was told that my suit had already been picked up. Apparently, my wife had dropped off my daughter's dress to get dry cleaned and it was put in my name. So, when she pickup the dress, they marked it as she picked up my suit. So, when I tried to pickup my suit, No one could find it because they were looking for a dress. After about 10 to 15 minutes, they found my suit. I don't think I'll be coming back here but everyone deserves a second chance.

I should have listened to the Yelp reviews and to my family and friends who warned me about this place. I’ve had family members tell me they’ve even “lost” clothing here.

I’ve been to this dry cleaner three different times, and today was definitely my last. I was overcharged by the manager herself, Alina. When I questioned the charges,$100 at pick up after being quoted with a receipt for $55 at drop off I was told that if I ever see something  listed as $0.00 on the receipt, that means it was charged incorrectly and to speak up - basically putting the responsibility on the customer to catch their mistakes.

To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized they didn’t even hem the item I specifically asked for at drop-off, yet I was still charged for it.

On top of all this, the staff is very rude. Overall, a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this place.

This business is illegally charging credit card fees on debit cards. These go against US credit card policies. Not coming back to this place and will stop recommending to family and friends. They do not have any intentions on resolving this issue either. Usually credit cards can be charged a fee in the US, but never for debit transactions.

I was a little hesitant as I read the prior reviews and saw there were issues but it’s close to where I live and there’s always two sides to each story so I decided to give it a shot. When I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. I brought in my duvet cover that I had stained with wine and my husband’s work suit. They told me turnaround time was 3 days I came in on Monday and it was ready for pickup on Thursday today. It was like brand new and I was really happy with the price. The staff was quick to answer my questions and very professional. I highly recommend.

Dropped off my items on Monday July 7 and got a receipt it will be done by Thursday July 10. I went early on July 10 and was told to come during pick up hours at 5. No problem my mistake. I come at 5 and get told my items are not done and there’s a stain on my shirt they can get out and need more time. Okay? But no one mentioned this when I came already hours earlier?? They then say it will be done MONDAY July 14. No calls nothing. I called Tuesday and both times the woman hung up the line after “going to check” I still don’t have my items and still have no idea if they are ready and not risking driving over to be told some Bull story. I was a first time customer and will NEVER be going back and NEVER recommend this place. I don’t even know if my items were treated correctly since I still don’t have them back. They have a $200 comforter that they overcharged me as well as King when it is a Queen. I read reviews they don’t take accountability for this stuff which is why I am leaving this review.

Update: my husband went to pick up the blanket and they tried to give him a lousy comforter that ISNT OURS. After we expressed this they asked if we were sure… of course we are, very poor organization and mishandling. After 24 hours they said they found my blanket BUT they see the stain and will try and get it out. I’m sorry, I dropped off July 7 and you’re noticing the stain on July 16??? Good grief. My blanket is from Buffy and Lyocell fabric requires delicate handling. We got the blanket back that evening and it’s ruined. The fabric is clumping and not cool to the touch. It’s obvious they threw it in with regular wash and did not listen to my request at drop off where I also did express there was dog urine. I know for fact she didn’t even properly check the blanket since again tagged it as King when it’s a queen!!! They also couldn’t get the stain out probably because they let the blanket sit for two weeks without doing anything to it.
Just to BE CLEAR: I thought I’d make two trips to drop off and pick up, WHYY did I have to go here 4 separate times for a ruined item?
