CAUTION - they will ruin your clothes!!!  I brought a white blazer in (photographed shortly before).  When it came back grey they insisted it was beige and they don't make mistakes.  Further they accused me of trying to scam them for money by claiming I had a white a blazer.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the cleaners refused to respond.

Even though they don’t deserve their name at all, I took four of my designer scarves to a so-called “professional” cleaners to be cleaned. Each scarf had no more than one or two stains. They called me and asked, “Did you wash your scarves in a washing machine? They’re wrinkled.” What a ridiculous question—if I were washing them in a machine, why would I even take them to a professional cleaner? They told me they’d do their best to fix the problem and wouldn’t charge extra.

When I went to pick up my scarves, I asked to see them before paying. I had a reason for this: I had previously taken a white cardigan to them, which I handed over spotless, only to get it back covered in yellow stains. Despite that, I paid for the service. This time, they said I couldn’t see the scarves unless I paid first. I refused, saying I wouldn’t pay without seeing them.

When I finally saw the scarves, I was in complete shock. They all had massive yellow stains, like rust marks, that weren’t there when I handed them in. On one scarf, I counted more than 10 stains. I’ll share the photos one by one. The white scarf, which was brand new, also had yellow stains. The gray scarf, the oldest one, had no stains when I handed it in. The pink scarf was in the worst condition—covered in so many stains that they had even spread to the fringes, causing them to stick together. The stains were clearly caused by something from their machines—rust or another substance. It was obvious from the condition of the scarves, which you’ll see in the photos.

Can you believe they weren’t even sorry? The owner’s words were worse than the condition of my scarves. In front of my children, they accused me of lying. Then they pointed to my children and said that I wasn’t raising them properly and that I should set a better example—all while my kids were listening. It was a horrifying experience from every angle.

I absolutely do not recommend this business. I will file complaints about them on every platform I can. Their only concern was getting their money, and they got it.

Additionally, I’d like to point out that, likely because of their cameras, they were putting on an overly polite act. But if you had heard the way they spoke to me, you wouldn’t believe it. What a nightmare!

Terrible experience.  The son, John, has zero patience.  You drop off clothes 15 minutes before the close.  He has attitude with his behavior.  “I understand you get off work late. But I have places to go”. When I called him out on his rudeness, I was going take business elsewhere. He refuses to clean the items already there.   I had a similar experience with his father.  As I told him, you don’t want to work there - DO NOT SERVICE THE COMMUNITY.  I feel sorry for the mother who owns the place.  She is really nice and provides good service.  But it’s her son and her husband.  Both are rude.  Honestly, this business will suffer.

A male employee hit my car door against their brick wall when he went to hang my clothes in. I heard something and asked him and said, “i don't see any damage”. I trusted him and left but came to find out when i parked, he did some damage. I don’t think it is worth the time and hassle but beware. Needless to say, after many years, i won’t be back here.

Went here for some dress tailoring (just a hem). On the phone I was told 65-75 per dress, however in person it ended up being 100-120 for each of my dresses. Generally feel upset because I drove a far distance to come here and they did not honor prices over the phone or even anywhere near what was told to me, they did do a beautiful job on the dresses - however I will not be returning

I had a dry cleaning "emergency" where I needed a dress shirt cleaned for my cousins wedding later in the afternoon. Esquire was super accommodating, turning the shirt around same day and they did a great job. Highly recommend and thank you again!

I recently brought 5 items to Esquire - 2 shirts, 2 slacks, and a jacket. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find all my items crammed into a single dry cleaning bag. This resulted in fuzz from the jacket transferring onto one of my shirts, and none of the garments looked freshly pressed.  When I called to express my concern, the staff member insisted that using one bag is their standard practice, regardless of the number or type of items. While I understand the desire to minimize cost/waste, this approach clearly affected the quality of the cleaning and pressing. I hope the team will reconsider this practice and consider using separate bags, especially when handling delicate or lint-attracting items.

My husband picked up cleaning today that had several wool and cashmere sweaters and they were all shrunk several sizes and completely ruined.   Use them as if you want to throw away your money.

This place seemed to be good at first but they burnt some of my clothing and didn't want to replace the items. They tried saying that it was stained but there is an obvious difference between a stain and a burn. The burn marks were on several pieces if clothing and all the same color, some even had holes burned in them. I am a fair person so I confronted them to reimburse me for the items but they started getting irate. The price of the clothing was more than the price to have them cleaned. I am advising you not to go to this place. These people do not need to be in business if they can't take responsibility for their mistakes.

It’s a good convenient cleaners next to me but.. they need to work on there customer service. Why do you need to text me every week that my clothes are ready and I need to pick up. That’s completely unnecessary and then when I pick up my clothes the agent at the front desk was not cordial at all. Phone number!! Hi how are you would have been nice. The only reason I give a three is because my clothes came out great and the zipper is fixed on my dress and the First Lady who took my clothes in was really nice. But I won’t be back I’ll find another one.

This has been the worst dry cleaner we’ve ever used in Georgia. It appears they don’t even use any real cleaning agents—just press the clothes and return them as-is. We’ve given them multiple chances, even returning garments with the same stains still on them, but they were never properly cleaned. I took my queen size blanket to them to get cleaned because the blanket is huge and my washer and dryer can't handle it. My experience was alright... The blanket came back clean and in same condition so that was alright... The problem is that they advertise "Same Day Service" yet it took them 4 days to get it taken care of. I'm not so familiar with price comparisons, but they said normally they would have charged me $25 to have it cleaned, but they only charged me $20 because "it was my first time".. In general, I will probably go back to this place with it again because the reviews for the other surrounding places are absolutely horrible, but I would prefer a different place that would be able to give me faster service because 4 days during cold Fall nights without my warm blanket is not desirable...

I could give Pilgrim Cleaners 10 stars out of 5.  I've been going here for 3 years now and the owner is as nice as she could be.  She recognizes me and any car I roll up in and knows exactly my name, phone number and my orders by heart every time without hesitation.  She has been able to get stains out of anything I give to her, shine and/or get shoes fixed and the rates here are too low, yes I said it, she could charge more for the stellar service she offers.  If you drop off on Friday, your picking up by Tuesday am, if you drop Monday, she has you ready by Wednesday afternoon.  She always has a smile no matter what she has personally going on like we all do from time to time and is as pleasant to talk to as it gets.  I even had a colleague get cut at a restaurant in Nashville due to broken glass in the booth, she got up and the cut went all over the back of one of my favorite shirts.  When I got back I took it to her, and in days she had that shirt like knew and I knew for sure it was a goner!  Others in this space have been going out of business in the local area, I hope everyone supports her as she deserves to thrive as good as they are!!

Prime Cleaners

I've been dropping off my dress shirts at the dry cleaners every week, but I didn't like the new employee at the one I used to go to just a block away,  so I decided to give this place a try. I used a new customer discount coupon. The staff here at Prime Cleaner are very friendly, and the prices seem to be a little cheaper than the place I went before.

This place used to be the best. My last visit will definitely be my last. They don't care about their customers at all

Customer service is awesome!  One day I took my tuxedo in for pressing and was about to walk out when I was told if you wait a few minutes we can do it now.  They did! Amazing service!  Today, I picked up my clothes that had been dry cleaned and after the owner put the clothes in my car, I told him that I left my wallet at home and I would be right back.  The owner said no problem.  I left with the clothes in my car and returned with the payment.  What trust!!

Title: “Not Exactly What I Ordered, but Still a Work in Progress”

I recently took my sweaters to Discount Cleaners at 11765 Jones Bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA, hoping for a fresh clean. However, there was a mix-up with the instructions—I specifically requested my sweaters be boxed or placed in bags, not hung on hangers, as they tend to stretch and lose their shape. Unfortunately, when I picked them up, they were hanging on hangers anyway.

On top of that, the garments have a strong, pungent chemical smell, which I’m not sure what’s causing. I’m airing them out, but I really hope the smell dissipates—no one wants to wear their clothes smelling like a chemical factory! While the service isn’t a total bust, I’m hoping these issues get resolved in the future. It’s definitely a work in progress.

You probably don’t want to bring anything expensive or your favorite shirt here to clean.  For just getting a simple clean and press of your day to day clothes, they did a good job. But if there was a stain on the shirt, it will come back with the shirt. They are nice people. for the money you spent, the services overall was good.

I have been coming here since June 2017 and it's great! The owners are so nice, the price isn't expensive, and they clean your shirts right away ! They also do करता (kurtas) धोती( dhotis) and सारी( saris) . The owners are from Gujarat and speak Gujarati, English, and Hindi, which is nice, and one time, I brought my daughter in when I picked up my clothes, they gave her some candy! Super nice of them!

Always have the best experience here. My dry cleaning comes out superb, the service is awesome and their rates are very reasonable. Definitely check it out…..
