10 giant washers: only one works.
18 small washers: 7 out of order
22 dryers: 8 out of order, 2 takes your money, and 1, you have to hold the door shut.
Ridiculous.

It could use some deep cleaning, not very busy so the machines are excessible.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place not only does not care enough about its customers to keep a clean we’ll maintained laundry mat with working machines, they have no way to contact them to let them know! I just spent $20 here to wash my clothes and the machines didn’t even wash them. There was still dry spots in my cloths and detergent all over them! So now after spending 30 minutes there I am forced to go to the Laundromat near DQ….where the owner is out here cleaning his windows, cleaning his machines, and bathrooms. He takes pride in his store and his customers!!! Don’t waste your money here!!! Go to the laundromat near DQ! I promise you all the machines work and the store is cleaned daily!!! This laundromat can take a few pointers!!!

Dirty ..no AC ..no bathroom..half the washers don't work... The ones that do only a couple have warm water wash that I've seen, the rest run on cold no matter what you set it to.. there is no full rinse, they have it set where it just spins around and sprays water on clothes... pathetic, I thought Baxley was better than this.

Need to bring your detergent and softener. The attendant doesn't know the difference. Even when I went back and showed him it wasn't softener (it was green liquid), he said it is softner they just reuse the bottles. But it was still green GAIN detergent distinct smell.

On the laundry mat side:  man, most of the washers are not in working order.   Regardless of the fact that this place is the only place to wash clothes,  you would think the place would make some much needed upgrades.  There's not many working washers and not enough dryers.  No air and no heat.  The prices are reasonable but if they don't make some upgrades....

Very dirty place. Machines are all old style single loaders. No roll baskets to move laundry from washer to dryer. Building in total disrepair. Machines that are out of order are either duct taped closed or actually bolted closed...apparently easier than fixing them. No restroom on site. We’ve traveled all over the US and this is the worst laundromat we’ve been in. Wouldn’t have done our laundry here if we weren’t in such a need to get it done.

I love Hancock laundry because they don't close at certain hours and it's fairly clean in there for the most part and I've never had a issue and I prefer that one over than the other one that is more expensive so I recommend Hancock laundry before you go anywhere else

Owner is always helpful.   Machines are well maintained.  Clean area to fold.  Good prices for dry cleaning, too.
