There is a person at that location that needs to improve on their customer service. The quality of their dry cleaning is pretty good though.

We've been going here a long time. They generally do a good job. The staff on-site is wonderful but I will have to say I've had some issues. Last one was leaving a pair of pants to be hemmed. Was told they'd be ready Wednesday but when I went to pick them up, 30 minutes before closing they didn't have them. They said they were done but had not been dropped off by whomever had done the work. To their credit, they called said person but s/he basically refused to drop them off! Wow...

I have used this service for about 20 years and never had a problem. Most of my friends and neighbors use Admiral too. Service is impeccable! The owner is Vietnamese and his English is great, as is that of most of the employees. The reviewer who mentioned a language problem may have spoken to the one lady who does not communicate well. Take your business there and you will see that they are a fine business.

Their prices are great! They have same day pick up when you drop off before 10am. They do a good job!

I used their services while in Atlanta and realized pieces of clothing are missing. I did not have laundry machines at the hotel I stayed at and now regret having used their services. Be careful because they might take your clothes too. I should have just gone to the laundry place with machines. Do not use them for laundry service. You will be missing items too.
