I've been in this area since 2018, and never knew this jewel was here! This is the CLEANEST Laundromat I've been to in ATL or it's surrounding areas. Johnathan is an amazing attendant. He takes perfect care of everything, and is meticulous with the cleaning. It smells amazing, and I'm never going anywhere else to do laundry. This is THE place hands down!!!

While the laundromat is a very reliable place of service the employees are the exact opposite. My clothes were in the dryer when they decided to close earlier than the time provided even though there was no holiday to affect the operation times. I’ve called almost everyday and left voicemails which tell me that someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours which is false. They don’t check their phone at all and if they cause any kind of inconvenience to you they don’t care to look your way. Hopefully they’ll find more responsible staff to operate their business if not someone is bound to be done wrong as I was. I’m disappointed and hope that they’ll take their business more seriously and treat their customers with at least some form of humility. I’m sorry but that’s incorrect I can show you my call log. I called your establishment at 9 because I was parked on the side of the building. I put my clothes in the dryer at 9:30. I’m not trying to go back and forth over reviews so if you could find a time to call me back from my voicemail that I left I’d like to talk about this because the information you’re telling me is incorrect. The dryer was not done because I could see it running as the dryer door was shaking and moving.

Got here around 8:30am on a Thursday morning. Just me and one other gentleman doing laundry. This laundromat is small, but very clean. Smells nice in here, chairs aren’t sticky or gross, floor is clean and dry. Machines look new.

Coin machine worked great, gave me about $40 in quarters over the course of my stay. I used three of the mega washers for $7.75 per go. Got about 3 loads shoved into each. Used two of the medium $5.75 washers, which held about 2 loads each.

Very happy with these machines. Went out for lunch, came back around 11:30am and there’s maybe 4 other people washing now. Still a pleasant experience, though I didn’t have access to a large machine.

I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve moved to the Douglasville area a year ago and this laundromat is just a few miles away so I come here often. The only problem I have is I have lost money because a machine wasn’t working properly. The worker stated he had no cash on the premises to give him my name and number and someone would contact me regarding a refund with 24-48 hours. I never received a call. I  left numerous voicemails and their message says they will contact me in 24-48 hours.  No one calls! The second time I need a refund  it was the same response no money on site leave name and number again no one calls me!! I want my money back please!!!

My washer needs repair and I had to visit the nearest laundry mat and Im very happy it was this one!! Johnathan is the best employee!! He takes care of this location as if he's the owner.  If I ever get a laundry business, I will take Johnathan as my employee and pay him DOUBLE!! So to the owners, give this man a raise ASPA! What a great laundromat. I haven't been in one for over 20+ years and was dreading it. As a medical traveler I'm currently staying somewhere that I don't have laundry services on site. I'm so glad I found this one. It's clean, all the machines work great, and the owner is super friendly to everyone that comes in. It's been such a great experience that I don't dread having to go anymore. I'll miss chatting with him when I leave to go back home. I'm in and out in an hour and it's been really convenient. Would highly recommend.

This location is truly amazing. Mr. Ramon is so attentive and is a walking exemplar of customer service! Always clean, everything you may forget at home is always on hand at this location, and overall  very friendly atmosphere.

Also Thursday- Sunday there are some beautiful young ladies matching authentic Hispanic tacos! The Al Pastor is the way to go!!

Always clean, never felt ‘unsafe’ or anything negative. Employees are always around and seen. They’ve all been nice and helpful every time.

Very friendly service! They greet me by name whenever I come in and always have my items ready ahead of their promised time.

Not using them again. I took these slacks to them TWICE for this stain, the 2nd because I didn't point it out. They didn't remove the stain and STILL charged me! If the $8 means more than having happy customers, you don't need my business

I went back to pick up my shirt and the dry cleaners ruined/broke 2 of the buttons on the collar. Just ANOTHER reason why to NEVER leave your clothes at this dry cleaners!

DO NOT GO BY THE HOURS ON THE DOOR! I was in a pickle and I really needed a shirt cleaned FAST. The man working at the front register told me he could dry clean a regular white button down shirt (for $4.00!!!!) and I could come pick it up on Saturday. I asked him the hours (he said 5pm) and I also looked online.
THE HOURS ARE WRONG! I went by the cleaners at 3:00pm and they were CLOSED.
So, now I have no shirt to wear today to work. I wouldn't have even gone out of my way to drop my shirt off here if they were going to close early.
With that being said DO NOT GO OFF THE HOURS ON THE DOOR. THEY'RE WRONG.
I also agree with the other review that the last person left about the phone line. You cannot get through to anyone AND there's no voicemail or hours on the phone.
Poor way to run . business, very unsatisfied and to top it all off, I have to pay $4.00, which is WAY too much, for a small white button down shirt.

If I didn't just buy that shirt, I would have left it there and never returned. They will never get my business again.

Dropoff minor situation on Wed, promised Saturday.  Monday morning advised it will be Tuesday.  Then when clarified Saturday promise, advised ready Monday after noon.  Then, when he kept looking on racks, garment found.   Reasoning given for confusion is the computer wasn't updated..

Brought my wedding dress to be steamed only on August 17th. Was promised by Tuesday, August 22nd. Came in on August 29th and dress was not ready! Was told to come back on the 39th. Was not not given any real explanation for why it was not ready. Something about "employee problems".

Just ok. I called and asked price for man's shirt for laundry and they said $1.59 I went with 3 men's casual long sleeve shirts and a pair of woman's casual kaki pants and they tried to bill almost $30! I questioned and they said something about the shirts being formal (which they weren't) then adjusted pricing slightly but still charged roughly $24. The finished laundry was done "just ok" as in average. I'm not going back to this one.

This place ruined a brand mew suit worn 1 time. Multiple holes in jacket and snags on pants. They refused to pay for damages. Brought my clothes here for the first abs LAST time.

Been coming to these cleaners for more than ten years. I love them they clean everyting, even comforters for a great price.

Dropped off a suit and my daughters JROTC uniform and needed it fast.  They were able to get both cleaned by the time I needed them.  The owner and I chatted for a while about life.  Very friendly.  They also have a seamstress.  I have some clothing I am planning on having altered and look forward to having some of my items altered.

This is the best cleaners in Douglasville. I've been here 20 years and have tried a few of them. I had to take in a $600 out fit all white. It had been sitting for a while in a bag I thought it was ruined and started turning yellow very bad. I was so upset . My wife took it in I didnt even want to go get it. She brought it back I was in complete shock. Two other cleaners turned her down the same day. You have to respect good work and skills. Magic Touch Cleaners are real experts. I wont be going anywhere else.

I truly hope NO PERSON OF COLOR, or any minority, supports this business.

It took me a few days to write this review because I was still processing the incident that took place at this establishment over the weekend. I’ve used their services in the past and never had any issues. The last time I was there was about a year ago.

I honestly don’t believe the woman working there now is the same one from before, based on my most recent experience.

From the moment I walked in, her energy was off-putting, but I was still in a great mood. She was very snippy and unpleasant toward my daughter and me as she measured us. I even considered leaving, but since my daughter and I needed a quick turnaround, we decided to just pay and go.

When it came time to pay, I gave her my phone number, she looked at the computer, went to the back to speak with a man in a language I didn’t understand, then returned and rolled her eyes. I politely asked, “Ma’am, is something wrong?” She gave me the total and, in the rudest tone, said, “You need to pay now.”

The total was significantly higher than what I had paid a year ago. I understand that prices go up with inflation, but I simply asked if their rates had increased for future reference. At that point, she was holding my daughter’s cash. She threw the money back and said, “I’m not servicing you type of people.”

I remained calm, but I did let her know it was unprofessional, degrading, and rude to throw money at my child. I also asked what she meant by “you type of people.” She replied, “My computer says not to serve you.” I didn’t believe that, since I’ve never had an issue there before. I asked her, “For what reason?” Her only response was, “I don’t know.”

Whether she mistook me for someone else or not, her comment made it very clear why she didn’t want us in her establishment. Afterward, I read through their Google reviews, and it further confirmed why she didn’t want to serve us.

On a positive note, I was able to get a rush order done at a company in Lithia Springs called Stitch and Fit Alterations. The customer service there was the complete opposite. Although Magic Cleaners is just around the corner and Stitch and Fit is 15 minutes away, I’ll gladly pay more and make the drive for respectful, quality service.

Customer service and dry cleaning great from Gentleman!! Alterations Lady has poor customer service skills, rude, unprofessional and she makes up prices based on how she feels and her work load. She is very stressed out and needs assistance for basic needs of the customer. Overpriced with no standard price list.

I went there for an altercation. The woman working there was so rude. I asked her a simple question about the altercation and she lost it. She told me that she’s so rude because she’s busy. I wouldn't dare recommend this location to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I was in a rush for an alteration on a suit for my brother's wedding (a few days before the actual wedding). I was able to get measured for the appropriate fit, and the alteration was done very quickly. The alteration was a great job! Exactly what I needed, and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back if I need a dry cleaning service. Would recommend!

This is the only cleaners we use. They are super friendly, affordable, do a great job and have an awesome turn around time. We are moving this week and this will still be the cleaners we use.

Went because of the good reviews but my experience was totally opposite. Went to have my shirts starched when I got them back they were so wrinkled I took them back inside, they promised to redo them and when I came back they were just as bad. I haven't been back.

We went to this dry cleaner for the first time and for some reason it was the worst experience I have ever had. They have shrank $300 in shirts and  did not care one bit. I will never advise anyone to use them at all. I don't usually post bad reviews but this one had to posted. I couldn't bite my tongue on this one. Of I could rank 0 star than I would.

Added a clasp to my skirt so I could wear it. Dropped off Saturday 10am and picked up at 2pm! Thank you

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my repeated experiences dealing with the manager at this cleaners. I have been a loyal customer for over two years, primarily because the location is convenient to my home and I can easily stop by after work. Unfortunately, I now plan to go out of my way—an extra 10 minutes—just to avoid this business.
The posted hours of operation clearly state 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, on multiple occasions, I have arrived between 6:00 and 6:30 PM to find the doors locked and the lights off. Specifically, I’ve stopped by around 6:15 and 6:30 on at least three separate occasions, only to find the store closed. I’ve tried calling repeatedly, left voicemails, and have never received a response.
On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, I stopped by at 6:20 PM and again at 6:40 PM—both times, the business was closed. Strangely, when I returned at 7:00 PM, the lights were on and the store was open. I went in and spoke with the manager to express my concern about the repeated early closures. I explained that it’s extremely inconvenient, especially when customers need their clothing for the next day, and I politely suggested updating the hours on the door if they’re unable to stay open until 7:00 PM consistently.
The manager’s response was dismissive. He told me he has other businesses to manage and that he’s sometimes late, and there’s nothing he can do about it. I acknowledged that delays happen—this is Atlanta traffic, after all—but I made it clear this isn’t a one-time issue. The store is consistently closed before the stated closing time. I reminded him that I’ve been a long-time customer and asked only that they honor their posted hours.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager was rude and showed no concern whatsoever for my time or loyalty as a customer. I was genuinely shocked by his attitude and lack of accountability. It’s disheartening to know I’ve been supporting a business that clearly does not value its customers.
I will no longer be returning, and I intend to file a formal complaint with the Georgia Department of Law’s Consumer Protection Division. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that the success of this cleaners is built on the support of customers the manager so clearly disregards.

I have been taking my clothing’s here for a few years now for cleaning or altering...missing buttons etc. Due to COVID I didn’t really have a need to frequent much anymore due to not going anywhere. When hubby asked me to drop off some clothing recently, it was then I realized how much I miss the guy that works there. His service is the absolute best. I care that my clothes turn out well but honestly I frequent this location for the service. The guy that is always there is so warm and kind to people. He’s truly a breath of fresh air since great customer service is so hard to find nowadays. I appreciate this business and I certainly appreciate the service. Now that I’m back to work I’ll be able to support the business more often and I’m glad too.

Showed up to bring my cleaners as a first time customer and they have hours posted that they are open at M-Sat 8am it is 9:45am and they are closed. No signage or anything to explain why they are closed. Bad business.

I left my daughters dress for 3 months to there place on chapel hill rd everytime they would tell me 1 week when I would go back dress was not ready . I finally told the owner I wanted my dress back and he told me to come back in 1 hr since the dress was not there I went for it and found this place very nice women I asked her if it was the same owner since she told me that they had another place she said NO I trusted her to my surprise I came for the dress and behold same man from the other place. Lousy Job he took my card handed me my dress and it was nicely wrapped when I opened to check it this is what I found he stated it would not come off he was quick to charge my card

I don't know who's keeping this place in business but I was better off washing and ironing my own clothes. Decided to try a different cleaner closest to my job bad idea. Clearly my clothes wasn't washed at all.when I complained the lady in front just said nothing but I have to wait until the manager comes in wich would be 5 hours later.  The way the spots were on my clothes she couldn't even argue with me she eventually told me to take my things and go. Although I wasn't charged I would have much rather received a decent dry clean. Never have I ever received a black shirt with the amount of lint on it also my never worn white pants had stains on them clearly they weren't washed. If you call this Dry clean I can open up one with no knowledge of dry cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!! If I could give zero stars I would!  They damaged my shirt that I wore only once and would not give me a refund or repair my shirt.  The woman stated because she didn’t see anything on the floor or in a special bag she will not assume responsibility.  This shirt was dry cleaned two weeks ago.  Are you telling me you did not use that special bag for two weeks?  That you have not cleaned your establishment in two weeks?  DISGUSTING!  They should be shutdown!

Worst customer experience!!!!!!!! My son took his whit prom suit here that got stains during shipping and they didn’t get the stains out, wasn’t even going to say anything about it, and when I pulled the suit out and discovered the stains were still there in the store they said oh yeah we weren’t able to get the stains out and they didn’t offer any discount or compensation. Then the suit was damp like they put it in the washing machine. Never again!!!!!

DO NOT use this cleaner.  In the past I had a pair of very expensive pants ruined when they placed extra creases down both legs.  But this week we took a $200 comforter and they completely ruined it.  The directions said to wash in cold water, gentle cycle. When we picked it up my wife  was devastated. The filling had lumped together in big ridges and the white background was no longer white. The fabric was creased beyond recognition and it smelt awful. I asked for compensation or even my fee for the washing to be refunded, but the owner was adamant. NO!!! Comforter set is now on it's way to Goodwill but we are now $225 out of pocket with the fee they charged.

This place gives off revisit vibes. I went into this establishment to get a couple of outfits hemmed. First and foremost I was never greeted when I walked in. Secondly he lied and told me there was no tailor to hem my outfits and told me to take my items to a tailor shop. I proceeded to tell him. I have had clothing hemmed in a dry cleaners before so what is the difference of them and a tailor. He proceeds to say “He Doesn’t Have Time” this man told a customer he does not have time to take care of me as a customer. I guess I’m not light enough for him to accept my money. He was rude and did not show any type of professionalism at all. Black people BEWARE if you come here. You will get brushed off and told to take your business elsewhere. I will never step foot in this place again and wouldn’t even suggest my worst enemy come here.

I have been using the services at Park's Cleaners since 2003, and I have never had any issues. I have used Park's Cleaners for my business formal clothing, suits, and winter coats. The service has been great. I have use cleaners closer to home, but they keep knocking off my buttons. What the hell? Parks Cleaners have never knocked off my buttons or cause other issues. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone who needs a professional cleaning service. Charlie will provide a great service for the price, and you can keep your buttons. Hell yeah!!!

Went to another cleaner In the area who messed up my clothes, came to Parks who was honest and guaranteed my clothes back in a short time frame. Clothes looked great! I always know I can go to Parks and get my clothes back in great condition

So the only review on here is a bad one from someone who doesn't even post their name. I can tell you that I have worked at Custom Care for 20 years. The owner is a good, Christian man who bends over backwards and goes above & beyond  to make each and every customer happy. I witness this every day and he preaches customer service day in and day out to every employee. He would never "steal" anyone's clothes. We are there to run a business and make money, which means we want you to pick your clothes up & pay for them. We don't want your clothes! We will gladly count the number of items when you drop off if it is requested and we will write it on your pick up ticket and initial it. The number of items can then be counted when you pick up and be verified that it is the same number as at drop off. The reason we cannot be responsible after a customer leaves with their clothes is because someone could be mistaken as to what was brought in and say an item is missing when it is actually in their car or closet or dirty clothes basket. We have two people double checking the orders each day before they are put away for pick up. This is to ensure that the order has the correct items as well as the correct number of items in it.  Perhaps the person with the bad review is mistaken about what they left with us, but I can assure you if they complained to the owner then the matter was looked into and handled properly & professionally. He would never leave a complaint unresolved. I hate bad customer service & I would never work for someone who would allow it in their business.Let me add that the 10 piece dry clean special is $28.99, not $29.99. This is not a laundry special. That is why it is called a dry clean special. Laundry is separate. All cleaners count dresses or any garment that covers top & bottom as 2 pieces. This is common knowledge. Overcoats count as 3 pieces. This is due to the fact that they take up the space and/or weight of 2 or 3 garments. There is more than one sign that states *restrictions-inquire within.
We have great support of the community. We have, as long term customers, several judges, a number of local business men & women, the former sheriff & his family, the current sheriff & his family, the chief of police, about 90% of the sheriff's department and police department, a number of state troopers, a great number of firemen & paramedics, etc. We appreciate all of our customers.

Never take your clothes here! This is a rip off! They have a special which includes 10 items for $29.99. I brought in less than 10 items and was charged more than $35 for only 7 items. It is common courtesy (customer service) to apply the discount to the patron , especially if some of the items were laundered dress shirts which cost much less than dry cleaning laundered shirts ($1.25 each X 3= $3.75), and 4 dry cleaning maybe $5.00 = $20 that would bring my total to $23.75 while I didn't mind paying the the advertised price of $29.99 for 10 items I couldn't understand how my bill was almost 20% higher than the advertised discount! Such a ripoff I will never visit this location again! As for the previously stated motion of (belief in customer service) this would have bee a perfect time to  exercise commonsense and make the adjustment! The associate was very non- shallot with her justification of the up charge. After trying to understand her explanation to no avail and realizing it was a losing battle I left! Trying to extort money from every customer is not the way to do business, which probably explains why this little non automated cleaners, which seams to barely be surviving is practicing these tactics. Like several of the previous reviews I concur RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

I have been going to this cleaners for many years and I love this cleaners! They are family oriented and good people! I've never been treated wrong by them. The owner always helps make any issues right if there is a problem.  For the review saying the girl that cleans the clothes stinks, as many times as I've been in there, I've never smelled anyone that stinks. 2nd review Don Gibson best advice to give you is to count your pieces before you leave with them and have them write the number on your ticket. For the others saying about the 10 PC special price, you should always know to ask about what the special and discounts details are before leaving. People are always in a hurry and dont bother to ask questions, but will be quick to gripe when knowing they should take the time to check. Every place has stipulations on specials and discounts WHEREVER you go regardless! Anyone should know a dress covers 2 parts of your body, so it counts as 2 pieces. NO BRAINER! I even knew that without asking. Definitely a cleaners to check out first before listening to the negative comments on here.

TERRIBLE customer service. I was grossly and unethically overcharged for their 10 for $29.99 "special". Apparently some items count as more than one piece,(which is fine) the only problem I have with that is not being told which items count as what until it's time to pay. I ended up with a $70 something dollar bill. RIDICULOUS.

I didn't put up a fuss while I was there, I figured there was no need to debate because I needed my clothes either way.
Now I will say this, the business owner is not very smart. She just lost a steady customer and multiple referrals for under $40. Do better.

They steal your clothes here. Don't go to this local cleaner  because they will steal your clothes. If you insist on going to this place....Please be careful  because they will not return all of your items. I noticed that I was missing two very expensive items....I returned right back and was told that since I left their was nothing I could do....One of the workers acted like she knew what happened, because she knew who was working that day.....I have lived in Douglasville most of my life and would have never thought a local place would do something like this!!!!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST, RAGGEDY establishment! They will RUIN YOUR ITEMS, THEN DENY IT.

I dropped off my comforter for cleaning on a Friday, the woman working behind the counter advised it would be ready for pickup the following Wednesday by 5:00pm. When I went to pickup my comforter on Wednesday it was not at the location, the owner asked me to return the next day. I went back to the business Thursday afternoon to pickup my comforter. When I removed my comforter from the bag it was placed in I noticed several snags and rips all throughout my comforter, which were not visible due to the way the comforter was placed in the bad. I took the comforter back to the place of business only to be told by the owner the damage didn’t occur from his machine. I explained that I’ve only had the comforter for 6 months, those snags were not there when I dropped the item off, to which the owner insisted in his 15 years of business he had never seen snags like that before from his machine. He refused to take accountability for the damage, and only offered to reimburse the $40 fee that was charged for the dry cleaning service.

I’ve attached images so everyone can see the damage that was done to my comforter. Save yourself the money and hassle and go to a trustworthy business, not a place like that that ruins your items, tries to hide the damage then lies about it.

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I came here to get my daughter uniform dry cleaned and alterations.  I explained to the clerk, I needed the uniform by Tuesday.  She ensured me that it would be ready.  When I went to pick up the uniform, it was not ready.  The clerks attitude was very unapologetic.  I explained to her I need the uniform and showed her my ticket that clearly stated Tuesday.  She then told me to come back around closing and it would be ready.  Which it was, but if I wouldn’t have came up there, my daughters uniform would not have been ready.  They should not make promises that you have no intentions of keeping just to get business.  I will never use this place again.

I recently moved to Douglasville and was in search of a nearby cleaners. This one was not far from my house and figured I’d give it a try. Initial contact with the gentleman up front was very cordial. I explained to him what I needed done and he promised it would be ready by 2pm Monday. I explained to him that I was leaving him with ALL of my work uniforms and if he could not promise me that they would be back by then I would go to a next day cleaners and pay more. He promised they would. When I returned on Monday shortly after 2pm one of my uniforms was missing. I explained to him that I was short a uniform. He then went to the back and found a piece and tried to hurry up and press it. I explained that I was missing the shirt. He then counted the pieces saying it’s all there. I explained to him that the shirt that was missing was a special shirt (funerals) and that it was left with him. He proceeded to argue with me and stated that I just didn’t want to pay (while he was shaking my credit card in his hand) I asked him why wouldn’t I want to pay if he had already charged my card. The older lady then came from the back and told me “it was just a stupid shirt”.  I then told him that he should not run his business in that way. Losing customers items and then arguing with them. I’m sure he will find that shirt and will not even call me. I will admit that I did use explicit language when he accused me of not wanting to pay. Now I’m short a funeral detail shirt and hopefully I can get one in time by this weekend.

Bottom line: make him go through every piece while you are at the counter when you turn your stuff over to him. He sucks at counting and living up to his business promises to his customers. As for me I will never ever go there again or recommend his cleaners to anyone I know. All he had to do was look for my shirt.

I will NEVER recommend using this business for alterations! I came from out of town for Thanksgiving and dropped of a dress that I was so excited to wear for our family holiday. When we picked the dress up it was so short that it will now be a top....I was devastated. When the owner returned a couple of days later I went up there due to not receiving a call after I left a note about the destruction of my dress. He wanted to keep the dress and all I wanted was my $25 back for the alteration that was too short and not even straight so I could take it somewhere else to maybe add a ruffle to the bottom. Needless to say, after asking for my dress 3 times with no avail, I got very ugly and took my dress! He said he would pay, but I want my dress to still be a dress! Poor customer service and very shotty work. My mother and brother use them all the time....or at least did before today!

I have had a couple of minor issues with this company.  Mostly having to do with a woman who is very rude.  I had a tradeshow to attend in Chicago from 11/28 - 12/1.  I dropped by clothes off on November 18 to have them dry cleaned.  I also asked for an alteration to some pants.  I show up on Saturday (right before my flight) November 27.  I need all my suite for the tradeshow.  I get to the site and they tell me that they haven't finished my alteration.  They had the pants for 10 days.  No call, no nothing.  I had to frantically find a suite on the Saturday after Black Friday.  My wife got a big frustrated with the lady who runs the place and she never apologized and instead yelled at my wife.  I think I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
