WEDDING DRESS PRESERVATION 10/10! Online wedding dress preservation companies will try to scare you by saying that taking your wedding dress to a dry cleaners will cost $600+. That is not the case here! The price was unbelievably reasonable, and I was able to trust my dress was local and in good hands instead of halfway across the country in the mail. Best dry cleaner in my opinion. One of my hoodies was stained and I went to a different dry cleaner and they couldn't fix the stain and charged me a huge price. This dry cleaner was cheaper and they even managed to get rid of the stain that a different place couldn't fix. Highly recommend!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I brought in a dress to be pressed/steamed, and when I picked it up, NOTHING had been done. It looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. When I politely brought this up to the owner, instead of taking accountability, he was completely nasty and rude. No professionalism, no customer service, just attitude.

This business takes your money and delivers NOTHING. The owner’s attitude alone is reason enough to never step foot in here. They should be embarrassed to even call this a “dry cleaner.”

Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your money or time. There are plenty of dry cleaners who actually know how to treat customers and do the job right—this is NOT one of them.

I haven’t used them for services, but they should update their hours.  It shows that they open at 8am on Google, but when I got there at 8:06am, the “OPEN” sign was off and there were employees working inside, but I got to the door to find a sign listing temporary hours, where they aren’t opening unit 9am. Not sure I will go back since this was an inconvenience to me.

I must say this is an exceptional dry cleaners. I called on a Monday around 5:30pm to see if they could clean my college graduation dress. Rosa assured me if I brought it in she could give a time estimate on the dry cleaning. I brought my dress in that day @ 6:30pm and was able to pick it up the next day @ 3pm for $15. It was freshly pressed and looked beautiful. I had a small breakdown but Rosa helped me and assured me I would look beautiful in my dress. Thank you Rosa! Everyone loved my dress! I felt like a princess. GREAT SERVICE!

Tired of the harsh chemical smell on my clothes and snags in silk shirts from my previous cleaner, I tried this place. REGRET IT! My blue shirt came back bleached around the collar! Seriously? I could have bleached it myself for free and why would you return it to me without alerting me first?

Picked my Bridsmaid dress up, and noticed (before walking out, and in front of the lady who checked me out) that this part of the dress got messed up. She offered nothing, not even a sorry, instead she just gave me an awkward smile. I didn’t want to argue because I need to use this dress in two days. I took my dress straight out of the mailbox, check its quality before handling to the cleaning store. I was very happy with the gentleman service at dropping off. I planned to become their returning customer, but I don’t think I want to return anymore. I took this picture in the store. I have been using a cleaners in Midtown, Atlanta; for 7 years, and never encountered with this situation. I am not upset, I know there is probability of this to happen. I only am disappointed in the lady who handled nothing in this situation. I am sorry to leave one star, but it is unacceptable.

They did a great job restoring my white jeans at a great price and were very timely. I would love to come back to get some pants altered some time!

One problem I did run into is that their hours are not updated on google maps. I came one day at 6:30 after work one day expecting the store to be open until 7pm, but they actually close at 6:30 now.

I have been using this cleaners for years .. they do a good job with dry cleaning most of the time. I’ve had some things shrunk.. but the worse part is not getting back all that I gave.. or sometimes getting other people’s items. They charge far too much to lose, shrink or mix up items. They aren’t as friendly as the previous owners but I ignore it as it’s a dry cleansers. I would recommend having a better tracking system for items. Also, when someone says they didn’t get something back, pay them and care.

I took a coat in that I just loved. I had it cleaned by other cleaners but they could not get a couple of stains out of it. I took it in with my husband clothes one week just to get it freshened up. They got the stains out after a couple of other cleaners could not.  To say I was impressed is an understatement. I highly recommend this cleaner.

This is the best dry cleaner in town .. we’ve been going there since we move to Duluth 9 months ago.. owners are friendly and professional, they also did great jobs on the alterations and the price is very reasonable.

Picked up my clothes and they tell me it’s all spotless. As I go to my car I see the exact same stain that looks like no attempt was even made. I go back in and they said they tried it twice and couldn’t do anything about. Don’t lie saying it’s all cleaned.

Unfortunately, I have to take legal action against Smart Care Cleaners and its Owner Jimmie. It’s sad it has come to this.

In July, Smart Care Cleaners destroyed a very expensive Louis Vuitton Shirt of mine (see images attached). Over the past 4 months I have tried to reason with Smart Care Cleaners owner Jimmie. Jimmie refused to compensate me for my shirt. I gave him every opportunity to pay for the shirt. I provided him with the receipt and all I asked was for him to compensate me what I paid. The shirt is sold out at Louis Vuitton and can not be re-purchased.

I’ve attached original images of the shirt should look like as well as the original damage caused and the attempt to paint over the damage. The owner is in the images as well.

It is very sad I have to take legal action. Because Jimmie would not respond to my text or calls, I went to the store on 11/7/25 to reason with him once more. Jimmie laughed off my attempt to receive compensation. Therefore, I have taken legal action.

As a public figure, my image and brand included style and fashion. This has caused irreparable damage to my band and image and trying to paint over the damage so I wouldn’t notice it, was very disrespectful and even more damaging to my brand.

Again, DO NOT SUPPORT SMART CARE CLEANERS. They do not respect customers valuable items and WILL NOT accept responsibility when they damage your items.

Mecho ia the absolute best! I came in for a last minute fix on two dresses, and she came through in only 4 hours. Jimmy was also amazing. He helped us with dry cleaning two suits last minute. Smart cleaners is dedinitely the place to go for your cleaning amd alterations! Everyone is so nice and super helpful!

Meecho provided absolutely lovely service! I brought my wedding gown in for minor alterations and she was so kind. The price was reasonable and she even pressed it for me as a gift. I am so happy that the process went so smooth and I felt cared for during the measurements and consultation. Smart Care Cleaners is a true gem in Duluth! Come here for anything you may need.

Broke all the buttons on my suit. When I confronted him about it he made it seem like it was my fault and was combative. He then started saying disrespectful things in Korean, without knowing I spoke Korean. Very disrespectful and unaccountable. Had a real change in attitude when he realized I understood what he was saying in Korean.

If you hear him speaking Korean in an angry manner, just know it’s probably about you.
