Manager chetna was awesome , she has always smile on her face and ready to help , sandra and other lady who work at desk they both are very professional and very polite , we use this cleaners for our guest dryclenaing reuest we are very happy with customer service , sometimes we brought cloth early morning and request same day service and they made it ready , we have been using this cleaners last 2 years and not a single time service or quality lapes , our guest also very happy , thank you chetna and sandra ,

Drop something off to get done 2 weeks. Go by, I'll come pick it up. I'm told that they can't do it has to be sent out because it's something special. I'll say okay, send it out 2 more weeks go by. I come back. Are we waiting for you to give us permission to send it out? Of course, send it out a month. Goes by. I come back. Oh, we couldn't do it. Horrible, horrible customer service. It's a horrible, horrible, horrible thing. Go anywhere else in Gainesville, or Georgia, other than here. Go anywhere else, do yourself a favor horrible, horrible, horrible customer service

Shrunk and ruined my jacket, we came to an agreement that the owner would replace it, but she went back on her word and would not refund the jacket or pay me to replace it. “She stated that they are not liable for damages”. Do not do business with this establishment

Always great service here. They say they dont use any toxic cleaners and I have allergies and never had any issues after coming home with my clothes. They're always smiling and friendly, which a plus these days. My clothes are well cleaned too. Once I had a mend done on a skirt and they did a good job. I'm very pleased with them, and I've been going there for about 4 years now. Recommend them highly.
(They wear masks, but I haven't been required to wear one inside). That makes me very happy.

This dry cleaners was high priced and careless. They lost a shirt and refused to replace it or repay the value. After 3 weeks of getting jerked around, they offered a store credit of $25. The original cost of the shirt was $30 and the bill for the dry cleaning (about 4 shirts and a suit) was around $40. And to add insult to injury the clothing they did return wasn’t pressed properly. Why would anyone go back?
