We've been with cleaners since it was on 92 and trickum. We tried others, but that was not a good experience. We like our clothes a specific way and they never forget. Also, great quick alterations when i don't have time. Very detailed, friendly, and affordable.

The Lee Family has been doing our dry cleaning for years and always does a terrific job.  Recently, just two days before Christmas, someone drove through one side of their business and came out on the other side. There is an extensive amount of damage to the front, it took out the desk, doing heavy damage to their clothing conveyor, and then the car came out where people drop off and pick up their laundry. On top of this, Mr. Lee was injured and is limping around on a bruised and swollen foot, trying to do his best to keep the place going, along with his wife. If you have something that needs to be cleaned, take it in now and get it cleaned. Support the Lee's. They are such good and hardworking people. I feel so bad this has happened to them.

First I was told I needed to unbutton my shirts because "this is hard work". OK, fair enough. Next, I noticed wrinkles around the collars on a couple when I brought a load home. They fixed it right then and there, but said I should think about getting different shirts. The straw that broke the camel's back was finding out they identify items (in my case clothing) by writing names and phone numbers on them; sometimes on a tag and other times on (again in my case) the shirt itself.  I felt like I was back at summer camp.  When I asked if they were the ones to have done this (benefit of the doubt and all) he said yes but could use stickers or something else if I wanted.  Do what you will but writing on my clothes without notifying me or asking my permission was a step too far.  Best of luck all!

This business press several burnt spots onto a brand new white dress shirt—Chinese lady at front desk try to tell me it wasn’t them—I had to call owner and he offered a $10 credit. Then, they tried to charge $4.95 for 6 shirts to be pressed and was quoted $2.75 per shirt at drop off…..I will NEVER use this cleaners again…

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this dry cleaner. I brought in my yellow dress, and it was completely ruined because they washed it with dark colors, causing discoloration. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner handled the situation poorly and showed no real effort to make things right. I had a much better experience with the previous owner, who provided quality service and cared about customers. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend trusting your nice clothes with this dry cleaner. If you value your garments, take your business elsewhere!

I use world cleaners more than anyone should actually admit to lol.
As a business owner i need a lot of laundered and pressed tablecloths and uniforms.  I tried using others closer to my warehouse in Atlanta but they want too much $$$ and the service is horrible.
I feel like a friend not a customer here.  They always have a smile on their face and are reliable and timely.  I won't say if you go anywhere else that you're stupid, but you're definitely not smart.

They always do a great job with my clothes here! my most recent visit I actually had something come up and I needed my clothes a day sooner than originally scheduled. They accommodated me and moved things around to have my clothes ready when I needed them. The family running it is always kind and personable when you walk in! These folks are experts. I brought in 2 expensive items that had unknown stains. In fact, there were so many stains, I thought they were ruined for sure. I was sick at the thought of having to replace them. They went right to work and in a very short time, my items were cleaned as good as new. I was stunned! I love seeing the seamstress when I take clothes in. Such a kind sweet lady. She is quick, efficient, and her work is flawless. I am happy I found this cleaners. I dropped a gown off for alterations on a Wednesday and she had it ready on Saturday!!! 🥰🤩🙂

This review would have gotten more stars, but I had two items dry cleaned for a wedding. I gave the owner two weeks to complete the job. The owner lost our wedding clothes and when I asked for a refund for our lost items I was told “your clothes are too expensive” after a more persistent conversation- she did refund me for the men’s shirt she had lost. This store is typically fast and reasonable on their prices but I wouldn’t bring anything of value here.

This is the second time I’ve used them for alterations. The first time was last year when I needed two dresses hemmed with a 1.5 day turnaround time and they were able to get it done! This time it was to close up a slit on two skirts and once again they did a great job and all for a reasonable price.

My dad and family have been using this cleaners and alterations for more than 20 years. I recently had a wedding dress altered and the owner did AMAZING….the original dress was a mess and she worked a miracle. Made it fit better and be more
comfortable. Thank you so much for being such an amazing seamstress! :)

This dry cleaner is the best I’ve ever used. I’ve lived in 5 states and not one other company is anywhere close in quality and customer service. Recently, I had a white sweater from Zara cleaned and Michelle called to tell me a spot had shredded. She had called  Zara , explained what had happened, and had gotten me a refund! She would have gotten a replacement, but Zara didn’t have my size. They do such a great job of treating my clothes like they were theirs! I won’t go anywhere else because their quality is consistent and authentic. And they are personable and always greet me with a positive and warm hello!

Every time I have been here I am always greeted with a friendly face! Their customer service is so wonderful & my clothes always leave in way better shape then when I left them. Great prices & great turn around time. I can’t wait to use them for all my future dry cleaning needs!!
