This place does no cleaning at all. They send the clothes to Moline, where it will take several weeks to clean and return. The rates are outrageous...$15 for a shirt that came back un-pressed and $51 for a lightweight blanket. Save your money and time by taking your clothes and blankets to the dry cleaner  in Galesburg or Quincy. You'll spend a fraction of what this place charges.

They send it out, but then most do. They do a very good job. At least on everything I've sent in.

Gave it 4 stars because it was pricey and the dryers took a very long time to dry.

It's very clean and has a ATM as well as the quarter machine. Many sizes of washers so you don't overspend on small loads and are still able to wash large blankets or loads. Has a snack machine with decent prices. I love this laundromat.

I'm not familiar with this laundromat. I asked the girl working if I needed a card for the machines like a lot of laundromats do nowadays. She rolled her eyes and pointed and told me to use the ATM. I have cash I don't need to use the ATM I needed to know do I need to put my money in a machine to get a card to use the machine. Then I wasn't sure where the laundry soap went versus the softener. She said it doesn't matter it's all going to the same place anyway. 🙄 She was too busy sitting behind the counter, on her phone to bother with me. I'm not familiar with laundromats I normally don't have to go to one. I let her know that and that I needed help and she never came out from behind the counter. I pray I never need another laundromat again and I will certainly never come back here if I do. Young entitled lazy people that think they don't have to do anything to get that paycheck.

I never went there. But love to see them serve here in a small city like macomb.

More than half the machines are out of order.  People leave their clothes unattended all the time, making it extremely difficult to use washers and dryers,  because most of the machines are out of order.  How does this business stay open??????

Going downhill fast. Always has broken machines. Believe the lack of staff is the problem.
