Fast and efficient! I have absolutely no complaints! It’s so easy to set up a pick up and delivery. They’re right on time and you get text messages notifying you of the pick up and delivery. My son’s uniform looked amazing and they’re very fair on their price! We will use them for all our dry cleaning needs! Highly recommend!

It was so easy to set up a pick-up! And I loved that there was instructions how to save it like an app so I could just go right back in for updates. Their customer service is very responsive and courteous. Everything came out perfectly as expected. I highly recommend using them!

They responded quickly and were able to perform the service in the time frame I needed. The suit looks great! They hung and bagged everything protecting it from this crazy Michigan weather. I highly recommend using Snedicors Cleaners, especially for wedding dress cleaning! They cleaned my dress very quickly and it was absolutely beautiful! We eloped at a waterfall earlier in the year and I needed my dress cleaned for our family/friend celebration in the fall. I have cleaners closer to me but honestly, with something so important, I was cautious of where I entrusted my dress. My dress certainly arrived dirty - going through the woods and into the water, but they were able to make it look new! I will also be utilizing them for preserving my dress :)

I’m not even sure if this deserves 1 star. Took both a Canada Goose coat and vest there, came back with same spots. Requested a refund, they said we needed to bring it back for a do over. We again got it back with the same drips and spots. I ended up using dawn dish soap to get out the drips. Do not waste your money at this place. These photos are AFTER getting “dry cleaned”

Highly highly recommend! Back in August, I had dropped off a few suit jackets to get dry cleaned. Well, my spouse had an unplanned and sudden international work trip come up and we needed his coats asap. We were happy to pick up without being drycleaned, but the highland location went above and beyond to coordinate with their main location for expedited dry cleaning!! I wish I got the name of the lady who helped me on the phone and went above and beyond to coordinate. Her efforts, the Schafer team in other locations, and the driver all saved us from having to buy extra suit coat/jackets for this trip. This was the 2nd time using theor service and I wont be going anywhere else!! Also love the convenience of the 24/7 pickup and dropoff for those of us with crazy work schedules! Great business

This was a full length woman's winter coat with a furry border around the hood.
We had to sign a waiver stating that the cleaners were not liable for any damage.
Personally, I was a little worried, but my sister said go forward after speaking with one of the workers here.
I picked it up and it came back looking like a new coat. It was priced fairly and the workers there are really helpful, nice , and understanding.
Great experience all around.
Can't wait until my sister comes in from FL for a visit so she can see it for herself.

I was a bit nervous because my dress and coat said they could not be washed except by hand. But they came back perfectly in tact. No wrinkles and well maintained. I will be using them for all my outfits that need to be carefully washed.

I recently took several suits to this dry cleaning company for routine cleaning. When I returned home, I was shocked to find a significant tear in the forearm of one of my suits—a suit that had no damage prior to dropping it off. I immediately contacted the owner, Steve, to express my concern. Instead of taking responsibility and offering to replace or compensate me for the damaged suit, he suggested I should have it repaired, which was not at all what I needed or expected from a dry cleaning service.

Steve seemed more concerned with finding the least expensive solution for his business rather than making things right for the customer. To make matters worse, I was accused of bringing the suit in damaged, which was not the case at all. I came in expecting professional service but left feeling wronged and disappointed.

For anyone considering using this company, I would recommend caution and ensure you fully understand the level of service you may receive. My experience was far from what I expected, and I hope future customers have a better outcome.
