The team under Bradley Fain have been invaluable partners at our emergency shelter. Always timely with their deliveries of supplies. Always receptive to collaboration on how to better provide services. And always positive and upbeat when making deliveries and changes.

Korey is AWESOME! Always in a great mood and super friendly! He goes the extra mile and it's fun chatting with him while he swaps out our towels and mats.

Bradly and Clayton have been the best service providers with an immense attention to detail and would always be trying to help as much as possible! These guys really care about the work we do in shelters and want to help as much as possible by streamlining out linen services to make sure none of our residents are without a clean towel and bedding!

I just want to give praise where praise is due Bradley, my new systems. Linen service driver is absolutely the best that I've ever had. His care for details are superior!  I know dirty laundry..towels..and greasy Matt's are not fun to deal with but he handles all this with pride.  I started using new systems in August of 2020 and they have then a great partner since then!

Bradley Fain delivers all our Mats and towels ect.. every week and we are just enjoy his cheerful attitude and hard work. He's reliable and dependable and glad he's here to service us!

This place has a resident woman who receives disability who beggs me for money every single time I go in there no matter what day or time. Do not give her money. She gets plenty from the state.

Could be better. Only coin options. No options for paying through an app on the phone like my other Laundromat. And other than the couple seats in front of the fireplace, all of the other seating is incredibly uncomfortable.

Me and my sister met there to do some laundry as my laundry room is not yet finished,there were no other people except for one gentleman and he was very polite,the washers did a good job as did the dryers didn't take much to dry my clothes..not the cleanest or up to date but it was a pleasant experience and will go back it's a 45 minute drive from my house but it 3 minutes from my sisters so she can come help watch my great grandaughter while I do laundry...overall a pretty good experience and will return

The machines cost the same as at the laundromat on 42nd and Main, but this place always has machines open when you need them.

Clean, but hardly any of the large capacity washers are currently in service.

I used to love this Laundromat, but now I only just like it. The previous owner kept the place cleaner, which was nice. It's still relatively clean, just not as good as it was. Although I appreciate that they started leaving a broom out. 👍🏻There's an app to pay for your laundry, which is optional, but recently Rose Laundry made their outlets unavailable. This is so annoying. No more phone charging. 👎🏻 Also, the restroom is always locked and unavailable to the public. My kids gotta take turns peeing in cups in the car. 👎🏻 🤦🏻‍♀️

Super clean. Card washing machines save me finding quarters.
A machine broke on me and i still got a refund.
I have combed through laundry mats here in town, and this is the BEST in ALL of eugene springfield.

Updated because machines all have different times and prices. Used 3 small top loaders. Time started at 35. 35 minutes later the one i started first said 15 more minutes and the one i started last said it was done in 5 minutes. Prepare for your clothes to be in the washers for an hour. And prices are not accurate. Machines that say 6 dollars charge 9 dollars. The store will reimburse you but they cant give you back the time the machines magically add.

I usually drive to the laundromat off Marcola because this one has broken so many broken machines and most of the time it doesn’t have hot water also it’s pay by app service will take your money but the machines don’t actually work off the money that’s been taken so why did I come here today? I don’t know But I paid for stuff that didn’t happen. Finally got quarters paid again. So what should’ve been $6.75 was $13.50. Officially quitting this place

This place is poorly maintained and wasn't very clean.  I had to wait to get into the big washing machines. I didn't want to wait for dryers, so I took my wet laundry to another laundromat to dry them.

We used the xlarge washers they were great. However I used 4 dryers and 1 I think it's #10 I put $1.50 in to start and it never dried the others did just fine but I put in another $1.00 and waited like 7 min and checked and it never heated at all. So that was a bummer. But overall it wasn't a bad experience.

We utilize Laundromat not only for its location, but the fair prices and the good machines that they have. They have been a stand-up laundromat as far as I’m concerned they take care of their customers and their machines to where everybody gets good clean clothing or they will make it right and they have with me thank you to Ian, you have been an outstanding job keeping that place free of drugs and theft Kudos my 🙌🏻👋🥹

Great laundry mat, but the only problem is I think some idiot left bleach or some kind of cleaning residue in the machine because some of my work clothes got bleached spots all over them, and I never use bleach when I wash them.

Clean, most machines working.  Coin machine working.  Very busy at 10 AM.

It's OK. But a lot of they're dryers are always out of order, and it's always to hot in there .

This was once a great business run by some very sweet people. For the past few years it, under new ownerships, feels like another greedy, mean-spirited, right-wing business. Hate-filled memos against the homeless posted all around, 700 club played extremely loud on a big screen television, warnings about being prosecuted if you use their change machines without having business there. All prices were immediately raised to exorbidant amounts (almost 10 bucks for a single wash). Avoid, is my advice.

This place is VERY unprofessional!! and the washers are useless!I lost my money in two different machines and when I called  April (on the emergency contact list) she stated someone would be here by 4pm. The sign on the door stated attendant hours Sat and Sunday 8am- 12p 3pm-10pm. I've been here since 2p. No one has not shown up yet as of 5:30 pm. I hope that this reaches the owner of this establishment. No one has $10.00 to give away in today's economy.

$5 took care of two loads of laundry and everything came out clean and dry!

I think all of the machines were working which is a plus, although this laundromat is dated I mostly care that they get my clothes clean/dried without any bugs. And this one checked those boxes.

Washers cost slightly more than advertised if you wash with hot water.

There was an on-site worker handling drop off services and was thoroughly cleaning the laundromat while I was there 👍(though they were not friendly and shrugged me off two times at my attempt to say hi and ask about the area).

Parking lot is a zig zag layout. RVs should park across the street at the mall and walk over.

It is good but I think it needs more attention in the sense that it needs someone who is checking everything about it and something important that lacks bathroom that is ALWAYS important as today or the heart machine was broken and struggles a little all the stores do not want to leave.

I washed my essential clothes in a $4 machine then dried them for 30 minutes...stayed in my car most of the time but returned before the dryer ended.  At home I realized that my pair of nice black pants and two black long sleeve shirts were missing 😲 I guess you have to stay with your clothes...sketchy clientele and surrounding area. I won't be back.

Serious signs of neglect are seeping in. This used to be a great laundromat with clean, functioning machines and reliable attendants that kept things clean. Lately, not so much. I've been coming here for years, so I've seen it slowly fray at the edges and turn into a bit of a dump. Methy clientele is now the norm.

Tonight is as bad as I've seen it. I roll up and there's a shopping cart full of loose trash next to the front door. Garbage in the parking lot. Several of the machines are broken, which is very out of character for this place. The last two times I've washed clothes here, I've had a used band-aid stuck to one of my shirts. Cigarette butt in the dryer. Credit card swiper didn't work on one of the machines, so I had to move my laundry to a different machine. To top things off, someone's dog - I think the laundry attendant! - was running around the laundromat. Gross. Time to find a new laundromat with ownership that still cares.

Love this laundromat! The attendant is wonderful and helpful. The dryers have an air dry only option which is super rare and great! The machines are all clean and washers have the sanitize option. You can use coins or card with almost every machine. Parking is easy and plentiful, but there could be more carts to help that process. New favorite laundromat in the Eugene / Springfield area.

The best place to do coin laundry. It’s clean, the washer and dryers are beyond sufficient- very rarely is one not in working order. Dryers are quick and plenty of room at table tops to stay and fold your laundry if you so desire. Open the latest, accepts cards, carries laundry supplies and I believe they even have a drop off laundry service- I could be wrong. Anyways, go here to get your laundry done!!

Most of the machines were out of service. And two of the machines ended up leaving bleach spots on my towels. Another machine put blue ink or dye on my clothes somehow. One of the big dryers left burnt globs of burnt goo on my sheets. This used to be the best place to go in the area. Sadly it is not anymore.

I'd give this place 5 stars but no one is perfect. I'll give them a 4.5 tho.  This is a laundry mat with an attendant. I've been here 5 or 6 times lately but last night was the best. Last load goes in a 1030 pm and we gotyhete@ 1045 with laundry that had to be done that night. She let us in and wouldn't take any money for doing it. She sold me detergent and dryer sheets. She used her card to get my loads started too, this is the best laundry mat I've been to in a longggg time! Thanks guys! Go if you're struggling with where to go THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

SERVPRO did an outstanding job of cleaning and then restoring the craw space under our house that was damaged by rats. Perhaps the best review of their services was by a heating contractor who later restored the heating ducts. He said that he’d never seen such a clean and neat job.
