The guy that runs this place is about his condescending as it gets, always talking down to folks as if he knows something about them or thinks he's better than them. Today was the last straw, as one of his machines had a a couple quarters of mine here a few weeks back, and I'd had trouble getting a hold of him, figuring I'd just get at him next time I saw him, and he decided to instead heavily insinuate that I was stupid for not seeing the phone number he has in small print on his signs, when I'd had to wait a couple weeks for my new glasses to come in, which I just picked up 3 days ago. To the owner, you don't know everything, and I've tried my best to be cordial with you despite your slick attitude, now 50 cents is going to cost you all the business I do there, as I won't be returning...

Sadly volunteering in town for building veterans house waited to last minute to run a load at walked up at 733pm and was confronted that it was too late and turned us away. It only takes 30minutes to wash and my small load drying would have been done by 9 easy. Not sure why but I feel customer service was lacking.

long story short.  used 30lb washer.  came back to take load out and the laundry mat reeked of sour sewage smelling water on floor.  opened washer and our clothing smelled so bad we gagged.  everyone smelled it. called owner who first blamed our clothing.  then the homeless. after I sat him straight on my load he repaid us for the rewash.  I'm quite sure he has not cleaned his draining systems in quite sometime.  it apparently unclogged when we started our load and our clothing was washed in that stagnant gross water.  he never apologized..... nothing   he ran some soap through it and left.  I ended up washing that load 5x to get that foul smell out.  he was rude & condescending and after using that laundromat for over a year, I won't be going back!!

Laundry mats suck always have always will.be nice if they were hooked to an arcade or had a big screen & maybee danceing girls

My friend and I went and did laundry there, I got all mine but he inadvertently left two loads of laundry behind, the went over the surveillance footage and tracked him down to make sure he got his clothes back, above and beyond anywhere I've ever heard of, five stars and two thumbs up, and clean and efficient as well, you guys are the best!!!!
