i dropped off a $300 silk dress to be cleaned with NO stains on it. the dress was given back to me with stains all over it that are clearly from chemicals that were not meant to be used on this dress. please use caution when using these cleaners

Dropped my husband’s work shirts and pants off for dry cleaning. Friendly, prices normal, good job. BUT they wrote our last name in ink in the collar of every shirt?! That’s so strange. I’ve never had a dry cleaner do this. Is this typical? I really don’t think so. Luckily it’s small... and doesn’t harm anything... but I just find it so odd to write on someone else’s clothing vs. using a sticker or pinned tag.

They’re a bit pricey, but they do a good job. I’ve used them twice in the past 6 months for special clothing and I’ve been pleased on both occasions. Will likely use them again.
