All my white polo shirts were bright even though i wore it once before they clean, now it looks even worse the colors looks old and there’s stains everywhere. So mad and disappointed. Never use this place again. Ruined all my perfect clothes

My husband and I have been using this cleaners for years. We took our Easter clothes up there to get dry cleaned and starched. . When I went to pick up his brand new shirt(that we took in with the tags still on it) I noticed a splattered stain across the shirt. When I told them about it as soon as I noticed, they asked if I brought it in like that… I brought it directly from the store. They asked if they could keep it for a few more days to try and fix it to which I agreed. Mind you I already paid for the shirt and everything else I dropped off. A few days later my husband goes in to get the shirt and they couldn’t even find it. He told them he was there to get the shirt that they had stained and they immediately told him they couldn’t fix it. He asked if they’d at least pay for the shirt they messed up (he wasn’t mad as we know accidents happen) but they said they wouldn’t and they wouldn’t even refund us because they said we brought it in stained. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND and we will not be using them again. If you use them I highly recommend documenting the state of the clothes before you give them your things. We never got our shirt back because they couldn’t find it.

Its easy to drop off/pick up. Once or twice a month I drop off several large bags of clothing &
they are friendly, prices are fair and have done a great job.

I had a great experience with VIP cleaners. I brought my wedding dress in to get the wrinkles steamed out and completely forgot about it until seven months later. 😳I found my receipt and brought it in thinking that I might have a hard time getting my dress back. But they were so nice and kind to me. She did not even mention that it had been so long.
She was also the least expensive in town.

Have been using this cleaners for two years with no Issues until the owner took over. I now have several pairs of cotton pants that are more like cardboard due to the massive amount of starch they put in them. I NEVER put starch in any of my clothes and haven't for over 30 years. I gave them 3 stars be a use of their history, but looks like I need to find someone new or just do it myself. I'm extremely angry but service these days sucks. Find someone else if you need laundry or dry cleaning. Someone who can follow directions on their own ticket. See attached photo.

This was definitely the last visit for us! Everything had been going fine until this last week. We dropped off my husband's work clothes on Tuesday 12-10-24 at 9:27am. We were told by the individual that helped us that his 2 shirts & 2 jeans would be ready the next day (Wednesday 12-11-24). On Thursday, we stopped by around 10 am and was informed they weren't ready yet that it'd be a little longer... no big deal, right? My husband called around 4 to see if they were ready yet. They were not! My husband told the gentleman on the phone that he would be leaving for work the next morning and needed his work clothes. My husband was rudely informed that things happen, which we do understand. Then, 20 minutes before they closed while we were at a school function, we got a text saying the clothes were done. I go pick the clothes up this morning Friday 12-13-24 at 7am. The gentleman didn't great me, he opened the door, rolled his eyes when I told him the name on our laundry, and handed me the clothes. I said thank you, and he shut the door and walked away. When I got home, my husband looked at his work clothes, and this it what we found on his $90 pair of jeans! These extra creases seem intentional! There is a lack of professionalism within this establishment! If a machine was down, we could've been informed a lot sooner than 4 pm the day after our laundry was supposed to be ready!

This place is the best! Not only are they family run, have excellent customer service but their prices are phenomenal!!! We travel all over the country and will save our dry cleaning to be done at home
as long as we can because everywhere else is soooooo expensive!!! I recently had to get clothes done in Florida (and this applies to most of Virginia too) - they are TWICE the price and do NOT offer next day service! Not only did I have to wait 2 days to get my clothes back after 5… and they closed at 6… but they had divided my clothes and half my order was on the next day’s truck! I am here to say, this place has the best prices and service you can ever get!!

Such a wonderful Christian family owned business. I have been using them for years without any issues! I see them weekly, and my clothes are always ready the next day as scheduled (I drop late in the day). I’ve even had a few special emergency issues, and they were able to provide a solution.  I love this business and sweet family. So glad to have them in Palestine.

These folks do a great job with my clothes.  Press, dry clean, starched or whatever the need is they do it right.  Very pleased with receiving a text when my clothes are ready for pickup.  The reminder is always welcomed.  Young family owns the Wash+ not some company with a national interest.  Shop local.

Scrub Tub Laundry

I would leave a one star review. But to be honest it is a nice Laundromat. My problem came when my wife needed quarters one day. I want you to know that the owner was there that day and threatened to have us arrested for theft. He said we stole the quarters that my wife just paid $20 bucks for. Made us give them back under threat of arrest. We were customers. Not any more. Beware.

I love this place. My only problem is that it always smells really bad when I enter and I feel like I have to hold my breath and take shallow breathes while my clothes are washing and drying. There is also a concern for safety, being that I've seen homeless people come in and out constantly and even use the bathroom with the door wide open. Good things there were no kids around. Other than that most of the washers work really well and the dryers work well.

This place has nasty garbage scattered around the floor. The washing machines cost $7.00 a "double load". It took 2 washers, that is $14, to wash what would have cost $10.50 in other places. I hope I am not forced to come back to thus one anytime soon.

Clean and tidy. Little expensive. All night hrs. Good machines. Kind of scary at night for a woman to be. Transients hanging around seemed to be there to harass my wife had u not been there. Be careful.

Well lit laundrymat. ALL machines in working order. For example the dryers are able to take your change and they get hot. Some of the places here other places in town if the dryers out you don't know it you put your money in and take it or you have to ask for it back good luck with that. Washers work fine. Price on individual loads and the price for the larger individual industrial load washers and dryers is a little above average but you get what you pay for you know they're going to work. I recommend it.

From the very first time I've washed here I can say the atmosphere is very inviting The laundry facility is very clean and well kept I don't know the lady name but I do know she works for the laundry mat she's always busy clean and sterilizing the washer and dryers even the restroom is spotless I'm going to give this place 10 stars

Very nice place to do laundry. Clean, well kept, machines were either in working order or clearly marked out of order. Two separate change machines. I have absolutely no complaints and I'm glad I looked up the reviews for each location in town.

I travel alot, and this is one of the nicer family owned laundry mats around! It's clean, and they have $2 washing machines! That doesn't sound like a big deal, but most laundry mats have $3.25 as their cheapest options. I would rate this 4.5 stars due to them closing kinda early, but hey 5 ⭐s sounds better! 😁

Bad!! Spent 3 hours just to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry.  Half the dryers didn't work.  Had to split 2 loads into 4 loads just to dry them.  And that was because I could only find 1 working dryer.

Most of the dryers here are broken and not labeled that they are, if you contact the number for help the guy wont, if you are able to even get him to respond. Using the machines here you are basically guaranteed to waste money on machines that won’t clean fully / dry your clothes. The change machine is always broken, the bathroom is very gross ( when I went there was cigarette butts all over the ground and the toilet was bad ) and there’s been bugs every time we have been there ( first ants, now flys ). Don’t waste your money, use a different laundromat

Its always clean, the coin changer has never screwed me out of $, and a couple times i was there a little late with my clothes drying and the cleaning ladies showed up to clean and close but let me and my dryers finish their tumble. Theyre the best for being that understanding. That said, don't be like me, go early enough to finish on time or not at all! Gracias otra ves senoras

Been coming here for months and never a problem.  Now today I used a small machine and it said 40 minutes  came back 40 minutes later machine says off balance.  Re adjust and then said 16 minutes come back still same, had to  use a 2nd machine and waste another 225

I previously wrote a favorable review, but am changing it. The last 3 weeks things have gone downhill. Dryers don’t work, & nobody bothers to put out of order signs. Floor needs sweeping. It says it opens at 7am. Last Sunday I had somewhere to go, so I came early. I got here at 7:50am, & found 2 people who had walked to the laundromat waiting outside. It was not open. I went elsewhere. Gave it another chance tonight. I am taking my wet clothes home (after trying to dry in 5 different dryers) to hang to dry. I will not be back.
