Previously we had good service in Lexington.  My husband Contacted Staunton for pick up and delivery services which they said they provided.  Pick up on Monday, drop off on Thursday was the schedule.  Also requested the account under disabled brother’s name for accounting and bill tracking purposes - which was not set up correctly. Have missed quite a few weeks of pick up which pushes off returns.   No pick up last week, thought it was corrected for pick up Thursday.  Missed again Thursday, and missed again today (Monday).  Please don’t offer services which you cannot deliver on.   We will seek services elsewhere.

I've been here to bring in some clothes for church. My pants and button-up shirts have looked awesome. The people are very kind and helpful. Love this place!

I've lived a lot of places in the US and overseas but University Cleaners is simply the best I've ever experienced, and by a considerable margin. In particular the quality of the shirt laundry is exceptional - the starch is perfect. My family has been in the dry cleaning and laundry business since 1932 in Westerville, OH and I worked there as a kid so I do know what good is supposed to look like. These guys nail it!

They did a really well job, cleaning my Class A uniform. But my coat came back missing a button on my coat. But things happen. I had to do a last minute tailor job. But I will most definitely use them again. Pricing was affordable.

When I pulled the plastic off to wear a couple of months later there was a hole in the fabric of the lapel that they never told me about which certainly was not there when I dripped it off. I have been using this laundromat for two years and never left unsatisfied! Has really gone downhill! Change boxes are full therefore washers returned my quarters. Four front load washers in a row are broke with no signs saying they are broke. First time there.  It's a nice laundromat.  It's clean. Has tables and chairs, a little reading nook. Vending machines.
The only thing that was not good was they do not have the debit/credit feature.  And the prices are not visible on the machines anywhere.  You don't know how much it cost until you start putting quarters in. Maybe put the prices on the machines.

Small laundry mat with fairly decent machines.
Like the card option,  washers work quick .
Location is clean, but no attendant.
Would be nice to have more high capacity washers and dryers.
Not very busy at around 10 and thru 1 pm. That was a big plus.

Machines are typically in great working order. Clientele is something to be desired. Had to have some guy blasting the entire MLK speech on speakerphone which was obnoxious and then another time some woman with no bra spilled detergent everywhere and just left it.

Good place to do laundry. Coin machines work, 30 mins to do washing, 40 mins to do drying and I had a decent week of clothes.

Also cost not bad, $3 for washing if you're doing a regular load. For bigger loads you need to pay more probably $4 to $5.

If your like me you'll need an hour to do your laundry.

They really did a great clean of my home. It was a post construction cleaning. Fast, efficient and thorough. My windows were like brand new. I will have them do my windows regularly. I've recommended John and his crew to my insurance company for future references. Thank you Lambert Cleaning!

We hired Lamberts for a move out cleaning. They charged me for extra labor but it honestly doesn't even seemed like they cleaned anything. The house was empty so I'm not sure how they could've missed as much as they did. They DO NOT offer refunds.

Updated Response: Lambert listed their time of arrival at 11:50am and arrived at 11:30am. There were some items still in the house but they were removed within 10-15min of their arrival.  While they did offer to do a touch-up service, this was a move-out cleaning. The new owner had taken possession of the home by the time they addressed the issues. Since they specifically offer move-out services,  they need to offer refunds, even partial refunds. Both of which were denied.

Finally decided to leave a review it’s been about 2 weeks since our rug cleaning, the gentleman that came out was very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained the process and what to expect after. First off I hate carpet and I hate that this entire apartment is carpeted. We have one small dog and she has been pretty decent for the most part. After the cleaning we did as instructed vaccum. For me the carpet feels different but the look, I am not quite sure of. I think it still looks dark. In our heavy traffic areas the color lightened a little letting me know some of the dirt was removed but the areas that were much lighter seem to now be uniform with the heavy traffic areas everything appears dark. Our carpet is brown originally light brown. I was expecting it to become much lighter than when we clean it ourselves.I think for me the cleaning did not exceed or meet my expectations it was just basic. I had really anticipated it coming back to life since the cleaning was “professionally done” versus our home wet vacuum cleaner. Luckily for us this is not our forever home  and we just needed to freshen up our space.

First it is important to say  that the entire Lambert staff from office to rug cleaner are friendly, efficient and the epitome of what customer service should be.We have a 20 year old carpet which, while cleaned several times before, was absolutely filthy-3 dogs who occasionally made a mistake plus daily traffic. The appointment was made quickly, the rug cleaner on time and he did an excellent job. With their technique the rug was essentially dry in 4 hours. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Lambert and do not hesitate to recommend them.

We hired Lambert to do a deep cleaning of my mother's house after she passed away.  They were there only there for a few hours and did a HORRIBLE job.  The windows were not touched, the fridge was not wiped down, didn't wipe down the furniture, the stove or the kitchen bar.  They missed several windowsills; cobwebs left on the walls.  Very disappointing.  We had to go back and redo everything they missed.

Staying nearby in hotel. On our second time here the only change machine was out of order. Tried to use my credit card declined even though I used it at the hotel. Really inconvenient. I could have registered my credit or device card but I was only in this area for a few days! Had to go to each business to get 10 worth of quarters and waste time. I will say this laundromat is overall clean and close to businesses.

Great little place. $.25 for 5 minutes of drying time and the dryers dry very quickly. There is a bathroom, tv, vending machines, folding tables, everything you need to do laundry. Some reviews complained about the “drabness” of the interior. But really, it’s just a laundromat. Doesn’t need to be a beautifully decorated, it’s just a laundromat, not a hotel! It’s clean, and comfortable, and in a nice safe area. I’ll definitely be going back in the future and I’m thankful for this place to be able to do laundry. It’s a huge blessing and convenience.

This queen laundry was a nice experience. It was the first time I was there and I would definitely go back there again. It was nice and clean and the people were very nice.

Currently in town for business I stopped at a familiar laundromat as I once lived in the area.  Washing machine did not fully spin all water from my clothing & did not appear to have dispense my detergent or softener.  While still at the location attempting to dry my laundry a gentleman (when I asked him) indicated he was employed at the location. I voiced my concern, showed him the still saturated clothes that had cycled once in the commercial dryer- his solution was for me to fill out paperwork & be sent a check.  Unacceptable as I explained I am on a business trip & need immediate results as I do not have time, nor can I travel with wet clothing. I have placed a call as well as a text to the number posted on the wall.  I will update if/when I connect with someone who can offer a better solution than a $4.25 check.

The instructions were not clear but we eventually figured them out on the washing machines.  The dryer was excellent. The vending machine prices were low and the selection was great.

The place, over-all was very clean.  I especially liked the accessible and comfortable table and chairs nearby.  Also, the bathroom was clean and nice (the paper dispenser actually worked!) and someone did come in while we were there to clean.

It was a calm experience, no rowdy or obnoxious people like at some other laundromats.

I will be back with our next load of laundry.

I've been going to this laundromat for 2 years.  Let's face it, laundry is not my favorite thing, no matter where I do it.  That being said, this place is clean and convenient.  I can throw a load in the washer and go shopping at Food Lion.  A little expensive, but what isn't these days. Prices have gone up over the past year.  A safe, clean place to do laundry.

Cameron and Jacob were very professional and were able to answer all my questions. They did a very thorough job after my dishwasher leaked. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed!

I am a LMT and as my business grew, I quickly realized there is just too much laundry for me to handle. I prayed asking God how and who should I get to outsource laundry for my linens. Hours later, I found myself driving behind their Suds company marked vehicle. I’ve been using them now for almost two years (if not longer) every single week. Whether utilizing their awesome service OR handling my own personal items, the space is always so incredibly clean. I hate having to clean a machine before using it, but at SUDS I’ve never had to do that. Staff/Management are the sweetest folks. They’re friendly, understanding, and incredibly hard working. Owner and Staff are a hella of a team and super accommodating. One machine took my money and went though the cycle without actually washing the clothes. After one phone call they came down to the store and compensated me for the machine and even went above and gave me a free dryer. Couldn’t recommend this spot more!

I have to say this is a very clean laundromat however the staff are extremely rude and you can hardly utilize the washers or the tables. Both times I visited almost every single machine and every single folding table were occupied by the staff working on the wash and fold orders. they had no problems telling the people waiting on machines and folding their laundry on the chairs to wait. I will definitely be taking my laundry elsewhere it was just rude. Mopping the floor around people trying to wash their clothes.

Just the worst here. Employee today walked in and then let the door slam on me with an arm full of laundry.  Horrible people working for a horrible place no matter how many times you change your name.

The guy spent 99% of his shift either playing on his phone or in the bathroom.

Because I am literally around the corner from this location, I have used Laundry Land for 10 years now and have never been as impressed as in the last month. There have been times I’ve been so repulsed that I’ve considered changing laundromat locations but for the convenience of this location I have stuck it out, and happy I did so.
My first great experience was nearly a month ago I went early, around 8:30 am on my day off and had the chance to see a woman cleaning so well that I almost got the nerve up to ask her if she cleans homes.
Most recently I went after work around 6:30 and saw a gentleman cleaning as well as the lady I mentioned. His attention to details, ie dryer vent cleaning, soap dispenser scum that collects on the washing machine tops and for the very first time no feces or urine on the restroom floor. What really made me happy to applaud the hard working staff with this review is not once , but twice I witnessed the gentleman helping an elderly person with their laundry basket to their car.
Kudos to what I can only guess are new owners and their hiring process.

We've had several large area rugs cleaned here. They have done an excellent job. They were very helpful getting the rugs loaded into truck.

I gave my husband a jacket for Christmas 7 years ago; within a month, the pull tab for the zipper just fell off. He hung the jacket up in the closet, and it was forgotten about until a week before Christmas this year. I called Augusta Cleaners 2 days before Christmas, and the gentleman on the phone said to bring it in, and he could fix it. When I say I was in the shop for 5 minutes while this man fixed this jacket, I literally mean 5 minutes. The gentleman who fixed this jacket was so nice, and you should have seen the look on my husband's face when he saw it hanging front and center zipped up in the closet that evening! I'm sure they had plenty of things going in the shop that day, but this man took that jacket and immediately fixed it. I didn't catch his name, but if you're reading this, "thank you!"
