This is generally a good laundromat but most of his washing machines are broke down now so I had to go to a different laundromat I hope he gets the machines fixed or gets new ones soon

I’m really happy we have a local laundry mat. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and lay out. I had some horse blankets to wash and I found the machines did a great job and didn’t take long. They even have a kids play area for people who have to take their littles.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This laundromat is NEVER open. This is the second time in the last two weeks they have been “closed for repairs”. Even when they are open, the hours are unreliable. Very, very poor way to run a business.

The Clothesline Laundry

Did my laundry yesterday met the new owner He was very nice considerate he acknowledged each costumer there. He is doing a great job maintaining and fixing the place . The last time I came was in July majority of the machines wasn't working and are working now ! Overall it was a Friendly and Clean environment definitely will be coming back !!!

This is a very good place to do your laundry it is now under new ownership and the new owner is just great very nice very helpful and keeps his place very clean organized and he fixes his own machines it's nothing like it used to be I definitely recommend this laundromat

Decent laundromat.  It's clean- ish. Better than others, not as good as some. Same goes for the prices.  I looked around  and quite a few pieces of equipment were out of order. I was just looking for a laundry to use when we need.  I decided to use a different laundry in Ashville.

Washed my clothes here and then they smelled like mildew. This place is gone way downhill. I have to find a different place to go.

We are traveling and stopped here to do laundry because the reviews were good. The place is just dirty and neglected. A bunch of the machines are not working.

DOTHAN DRY CLEANER

I went by one day and they were at lunch with a sign that said "will return" but didn't say when. I rushed to get there before 5 the next day. I arrived at 4:55. The lady opened the locked door and said she just closed. It's a shame. I liked going there but this makes me want to switch.

STAY AWAY!!!

Took a high quality, very well known name brand black colored dress shirt in for dry cleaning after the first time I wore it. When I got it back there were disgusting white streaks all over it, it was covered in fuzz, and the best part was that there was a broken button from someone else’s clothing that fell into the shirt pocket and was pressed into it. Yes, they pressed the shirt with half of a broken button in the shirt pocket and melted the button into the shirt. I returned the shirt to them and the lady behind the counter apologized and stated that she would have to send it to her boss for review. A week later I went back to see if they fixed the shirt and was told they did. When I went to look at the shirt I noticed the seam on the left side was ripped apart from under the arm to the bottom of the shirt. Again the lady behind the counter apologized and said she had seen 4 others like this in the past week. She said she had to talk to her boss about replacement. After one week of me calling to see if there was an update I finally got an answer. I was told I could come pick up my shirt and they would not do anything for me. When I called and asked to speak to the boss (Deepa) I got someone else on the phone initially pretending to be her and then claiming he was her partner. I was promised a call back that same afternoon that even though he was her partner, he could not replace my shirt without talking to her first. He never returned my call as promised and refused to give me his name. This business is a total sham. This was not my first time having problems with them. Total lack of care for customers product and refuse to make things right when they mess up. I had dropped off the clothes at their remote location (Dothan Dry Cleaner) on main st in Dothan. However, the clothes are sent over to their parent location on Westgate (Penny Profit).

Highly recommend. They brought a 20 year old flower girl dress back to life! It is as stunning as it was back then and my granddaughter will be as beautiful in it as my her mother was when she wears it in her mother's wedding ❤️ They did an amazing job!

Brite Wash Laundry

This is a smallest laundromat to my experience. Prices range from $6.25 to $0.25 per machine. No card machine. Fairly clean. Parking is not so good on Sunday morning.

Although the building is kind of small, it's very affordable and clean. I went around 330 on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. And I could actually afford it. Definitely coming again

R & J Coin Laundry

This is the only laundromat that I will go to! It is always clean and all the machines work properly. I highly recommend this establishment!

Most of the washers are broken,  and it is VERY poorly managed.  If you have to use this location,  get there early.

Multiple washing machines have been broken for months forcing you to go to another laundromat or use the most expensive machines in the building. The holiday hours on google were incorrect and not posted at the business. The staff is nice

Most machines were in working order & appeared reasonably new. Checked inside machine prior to use. Appeared clean & was odor-free. Noted availability of top load as well as front load washers. Drink vending machine was out of order. No snack machine. ATM & coin machines present. Two or three coin games available as well as 1 television.

Not In a very good part of town.  Had numerous people ask me for money while here. Very uncomfortable setting. There are 2 other options in town that are much nicer.
