I've been here several times over the past few years. Its often dirty, they never provide hand soap or paper towels in the bathroom, and there's always several machines broken. On my most recent visit, my husband accidentally set a machine to cold when I needed it on warm so he stopped it, and it made us pay again to restart it. You cant even stop it to open the machine if you need to without paying to restart the machine. With machines that charge $10.50+ per load, thats absolutely crap. I've never had this issue at a Laundry mat, usually you can stop it and it'll restart where it was or it'll let you change settings mid-wash but not this place. I'm out that $10.50 and this place has lost my business.

It's called coin laundry?  It doesnt even accept coins.  Dryers are about as good as sun drying.  I gave two stars because the washing machines at least get the smell out of your clothes.  But not much else.

Went to wash two full loads during our PCS, pretty clean and fairly easy to use. Didn’t take much to dry, I recommend this place.

Very dirty inside and extremely expensive.  Washer were gross and smelly and the dryers took 3 times as long to dry a load as the other laundry mats did.

I used to come here for years but it has gone way down hill. Its bad, it used to be so clean but now its filthy, trash is over flowing it doesnt even seem like any one works here, the people before this used to clean and stay around. I will not be coming here anymore and I really hope you dont either.

Question: Can you bypass from downloading this app to make payment on each machine. Went in this place and it was very clean, nobody was in there, but it doesn’t show how much each machine is just to download this app and I do not feel comfortable. Downloading some app that I don’t know who controls it where it comes from who has access to it

This is my third time at this place, and it makes going to the laundromat a good experience. Every few weeks we wash our 9x12 rug, and all the dog beds and linens, and I take them to the laundromat, as their washers and dryers are significantly bigger than ours. The first two times I noticed how clean it was. Then today when I got here, there was a very nice man working on the benches for inside and outside for people to sit on. And then inside, there was a very nice lady cleaning, and mopping the floors. When one of the dog beds leaked foam all in the washing machine from a hole that I wasn’t aware of, she helped me pick it up, and went and got me a safety pin the pin it before putting it in the dryer. If you need a laundromat, I highly recommend this one!!

Had to pay for laundry twice?? Only one seat for the entire place. You also need to know you get 3 mins in the dryer for every quarter. They are passing the cost of the unneeded technology to the customer. Other then that, a nice clean place.

Validated, newer machines, options to purchase laundry products and pay by phone if you don't want to carry quarters!

While I was waiting on my clothes to dry, the owner stopped in to tidy up the facility that gave me a positive impression he is trying hard to provide a great service for the community.

Not very happy when an apparently working machine eats $8 and doesn’t add water. It was not marked as defective. Overall the facilities are decent but somewhat dirty at times.

Got my uniform dry cleaned here and was extremely disappointed. Double creases are now on my shirt sleeves and on the front and back of my pants. Would have been better saving my money and doing it myself instead of now trying to remove a second crease on my uniform.

I would highly recommend not going here with any uniform item.

They LOST my wife’s WEDDING dress. Avoid this place at all costs. We spent weeks going in almost every day to try and get them to look for it, every time the workers would be sitting on the ground smoking cigarettes, uncaring of my wife’s lost dress. They claim to have no idea what happened to it, then had the audacity to offer us store credit in compensation.

I had my wedding dress cleaned here after seeing some good reviews. I was hesitant at first and afraid of getting it cleaned at a place I hadn’t been to, but I was highly impressed! I had lost a button and one was about to fall off and they took care of it as well as found a replacement button for me! My dress was very dirty on the hem from a rainy wedding day and taking pictures on asphalt! My dress had been sitting in my closet for 4 months dirty and they still got the stains out. You’ll see in the before and after photos how well they did as well as getting the sweaty smell out that I was afraid wouldn’t come out! Would definitely go there again. Was told it would be done in a month, but got a call after only 2 weeks that it was finished. :)

I went in there last minute to get a suit pressed for an unexpected funeral.   They were already done for the day but fired up their machines and asked an employee to stick around for just a little longer.   This meant the world to me.   You didn't have to do this but you did, and the suit came back perfect in just 20 minutes.   I will never go anywhere else now.

Husband stood up there for 20 min no one is in the front when opening. Very very pissed off and online it says they open at 7 when they actually open at 6. Idc what yall are doing if you don’t have enough people to cover the front and back you shouldn’t be open for business makes no sense someone stand in a empty building for 20+min    10/30/25 at 6:00 am who opened that day ?

In 2025 if you change your hours you should know how to change it on Google or ask somebody . It is false advertising to leave on Google that you close at 6:00 PM when you actually have started closing at 5:00 pm.

I took a 3 piece suit, dress shirt, and Gucci headband to be dry cleaned, and after asking about the "mild treatment" instructions on the tag of the Gucci headband, they got their supervisor, and denied me service on all of my items. Stating that because I was unsure of what the "mild treatment" was, I had an attitude that exhibited a lack of trust in them. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. You would've thought they would've taken all my other items and politely declined to clean the Gucci item but they declined all service. They sent me down the road to Sessions Cleaners who gladly took all of my items and promised a turn around by 3:30 the next day. Don't go to Fleming. Go to Sessions. They're much better people and aren't intimidated by expensive designer fashion items. Do the math, and it doesn't make sense. Suits range from 50 dollars to upwards of 5,000 dollars... Why can't you dry clean a 300 dollar headband? It shows your error margin and mistakes are high. Sessions. Not Fleming. Trust me. Service with a smile, assurance, and mutual respect is where I'll take my business and where I'll send my clients for their designer fashion care.

Been using Fleming for over 10 years. Wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else. Employees are great.  They make you feel special when you walk through the door.

Poor quality of work. They pressed a crease INTO a jacket. Do you know how difficult that is to do?  But somehow the collar flairs out like I'm Elvis....on a NEW jacket.  Did I mention they popped a stitch?!  Don't believe me, check the pictures.

The last 3 times I have come to the facility it has been dirty!! The floors have caked on powered soap; can't tell    when the floors were mopped last. Most importantly though inside the washer have a musty & unclean odor!!!!! It's an very unpleasant  stench that's in the washer!! This disappoints bc It use to be very clean & it's 10 miles for my house. I would love for this facility to turn around in cleanliness.

All the machines working, washers do a really good job,u can tell there new ones, place is organized , has a coin changer that works , plus an ATM that works, dryers are hot , they have a verity of washers , it cost about the same as other laundry mats , easy in and out of parking,  plenty of parking,  and the machines use quarters,  not a card 😀

Had nothing but a nice experience. Manager was very helpful walking us through how to use the new machines. Manger does run a tight ship but it’s her job. Everything has a place and everything needs to go back to its place when you are done. Gotta take care of things in order to keep things nice and that’s all the manager is trying to do. So if you are looking at the other reviews you need to keep that in mind too. Give respect and respect will be returned.

The place is pretty new and shiny on the inside- including the machines! The attendant lady working there when I visited was friendly and helpful and offered to show me how everything worked as soon as I walked through the door, and even helped me weigh my choice of which machine I should use. It really isn't more expensive than the other places in Enterprise as of now PLUS they still take quarters and have a functional ATM or you can choose to use their app!

Needed my clothes dried and was instantly greeted and guided to the dryers, was told 20 minutes should do it and when time was up they were perfectly dry! Wish I got the lady’s name but she was very helpful from the second I walked in the door, and the brand new equipment worked perfectly and saved me tonight! Also it took quarters (ATM inside as well) which was great as that’s what I prefer. Overall would recommend 😁
