I switched to Cachet Cleaners after reading several positive reviews.  After my first few rounds of cleaning my tuxedo and dress shirts, I can confidently recommend this team to provide quality service at reasonable prices.  They do typically ask for 3 business days for laundry, but the shirts have always been ready on the committed date.

My dog had an accident on my dry clean only duvet cover. Took it here to get it cleaned. When I picked it up, they passed it off and didn’t say anything about it & charged me $50 for the cleaning, which I didn’t think anything of at the time.  When I got it home there was still a huge stain on the duvet & still smelled. I am not upset that the stain was unable to be removed necessarily and that they charged for the services because it does indeed look like they tried cleaning it. My issues is that during pick up they didn’t say anything about it, as if the stain came out and everything was perfectly fine with the cleaning process. I can understand that perhaps it was more difficult to clean than expected but wish they had brought that to my attention at pick up instead of just sending me back home thinking it had been taken care of successfully. I called to let them know about my dissatisfaction and they said they would try to make it right by cleaning it again for free. I appreciate them trying to rectify the situation.

Have been coming here for 14 years, off and on. Has been a while since I’ve been in but dropped of 6 pairs of pants to have dry cleaned. New guy I hadn’t seen there before. Said it was $8 a pair to be dry cleaned. Ok, no problem. Came in today to pick up and they couldn’t find my order. Took about 15 min and finally located it. The total is $62.03. I’m a math guy, and in my head that doesn’t sound quite right. I ask about it and he prints a receipt. $8.99 per pair plus and “ECC” charge that is about $8.00. I ask again about the $8.00 each (he’s the same guy who told he $8.00) and he says “well, you’ve already paid for it, so…”. It’s not about the $14 difference, it’s the attitude and incorrect info given. I’ll go elsewhere, thanks…

I have used this place for a few years and they have always done a a good job. I took a couple jackets there recently and they both came back smelling like cat pee and one jacket had yellow staining all over the back. Disappointed to see the cleaning go downhill to this degree. During my first visit, I dropped off several items for cleaning. After the associate printed the receipt, I placed one additional item — a suede jacket — on the counter. I was verbally assured by the woman at the front desk that it was fine to leave the jacket and that I could pick it up along with the rest of my order. However, when my father later picked up the completed order on my behalf (as I live out of town), the jacket was missing.

Upon returning to the store to inquire, I was met not with assistance but with hostility. I politely asked the male associate if he could check whether the jacket might have been left behind. Instead of helping, he immediately raised his voice, pointed aggressively at the receipt, and accused me of lying. He even went so far as to say, “I hate people like you.” No attempt was made to look for the jacket or take my concern seriously.

On a subsequent visit, I noticed two additional items were missing from the original 32-item order. Once again, I approached the staff respectfully and asked whether those pieces might have been left behind. I was met with the same aggressive demeanor, culminating in the associate threatening to call the police. He ultimately did contact law enforcement — and the dispatcher clearly stated that it was not an emergency and that there was no valid reason to involve police over a customer inquiry.

At no point was I hostile or disruptive. I simply expected a reasonable effort to locate missing items. Instead, I was met with an alarming level of defensiveness, verbal aggression, and blatant disrespect.

In response to the business’s public reply below: it is true that I had left an earlier review, which I temporarily removed in the hope of resolving the matter privately. That decision was made in good faith, not because the issue lacked merit. To suggest otherwise misrepresents the situation entirely. The people who work here are so incredibly kind and hospitable. They remember my name every time. I never have any issues with the clothes and their prices are the most reasonable that I have found. I highly recommend.

I got an evening gown dry cleaned here and the inside lining got completely messed up and twisted. I asked for them to take a look at the gown and fix it before I leave for this wedding on Friday. They apparently can’t do anything about it until I’m already gone. They made a mistake a did not resolve it in a timely manner.

First time in my life I have ever left a review for a cleaner, but these folks are exceptional.  Aside from ah excellent cleaning service, they are always prompt, pleasant to work with, and that Edilia and her ability to remember names and numbers!

Do not bring your clothes here, they will ruin them. The first time I came to this cleaners I brought in a white pair of pants and they were returned to me with a pink hue. Everybody makes mistakes so I figured I would give them another chance. This time I brought them a brand new (never worn, with tags still on) linen shirt, and I got it back with a large black stain on the back right shoulder. If you value your time and your clothes, go find a different dry cleaner.

Needed a last minute overnight cleaning of a suit jacket and pants for a wedding I had. Staff was super friendly and drop off/pick up was really easy. They charged me $25 total including a rush fee which I was ok with it.

Never thought I would be reviewing a laundromat but… Here I am! Did a family member’s laundry here. Amazingly clean laundromat in all aspects. No funky smells, nice music playing, some flat screens on with the volume down. No funky smells, cleanest floor I’ve seen in a laundromat, even the corners are clean! The washing machines are spotless, and there are plenty of them. On site human is very friendly and they sell detergent, softener, bleach, etc.. Laundromats have a bad reputation and this really changes my opinion. Very friendly people inside doing their laundry.

Went in to do my laundry before 7pm. Most of the washing machines were full I turned to the right and found a row.  Put 4 loads in  and soap i. Half before the employee comes over to tell me the area is closed.  Pointing to signs on the folding table. Asked me to move all of my clothes to the dryers on the other side after done and when I started to put soap in the remaining washers told me to move them.  There was still people on this side. Their loss. She was rude when I asked for her name and said she didn't have to give me her name. She also made an extremely rude comment about me not being able to read.  Like you would usually walk in and read signs on a folding table before you've even washed your clothes. Very unprofessional! I will never go here again and I've been coming here for years.

We RV around the country for months on end, so I’ve been to my share of laundromats. And this one is definitely 5-star. Clean, well-lit, machines accept credit cards, plenty of machines. Also, a sink for hand-washing clothes if you need it.

One of the cleanest laundromat that I have ever visited! They religiously clean the place and maintain all the washers and dryers. They sell soap and dryer sheets for convenience, reasonably priced.

Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Our washer at the house stopped working and we needed to get our laundry done before our trip. The owner and staff were extremely courteous and provided fast service to ensure I had my coats cleaned quickly. Everyone I spoke to was kind and I overall had an amazing customer experience.

I recently had a great experience with the customer service at this local dry cleaners. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure my clothes were cleaned to my satisfaction. They were able to accommodate a last minute request and the quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely be returning to this dry cleaners in the future.

Don’t go here unless you’re willing to pay ~$200 for 13 items of clothing. Never in my life have I ever paid THAT much for a dry cleaning service. They claim that they hand press/steam every item of clothing but so did the last place I went to and never did they every charged me this much. The owners also don’t have any pricing listed on any sort of website, don’t hand you an itemized receipt when you drop off and don’t have signage posted within their establishment notifying you of the cost. I think these people take advantage of the fact that the DTC is a high traffic area for big businesses and run up their prices. I understand that they’re trying to run a business but AT LEAST have your prices listed so that your consumers can make an informed decision about your services. The owners then was only able to provide 15% off on my NEXT visit. However, I will not be returning. Disappointed because I just moved to this area and was looking for a new dry cleaning company. The owners had decent customer service but really ruined the experience due to how they’ve handled their pricing. Posting this so that the next person knows before they go.

Not the fanciest but the machines are always clean and well maintained. Coin-op or credit card. Staff is friendly and helpful. A big plus... JP Nori Asian food restaurant next door while you're waiting.... I'm a long time fan, delicious and always fresh food.

I've used their machines on 4 separate visits. The place is typically pretty grungy, but not overly dirty. The restroom is only open from 10am to 5pm or something. They do not have hot water, but also do not charge for it like other places do.. but unlike other places, the dryers have a 30 min minimum instead of 5 min increments. Broken machines that are barely labeled as such are the norm, so be careful or you may waste a load of detergent. They also don't have a bill exchange machine; just a quarter machine. So if all you have is a $20 bill, you're getting 80 quarters. Which is probably intentional as they have of those quarter "gambling" drop machines to try and squeeze every last quarter from you while you have nothing better to do. Ask me how I know.

I would have given 3 stars, but on my last visit I was doing laundry late at night, and there were a couple others doing the same. At 930pm I loaded my stuff into 4 different dryers for 30 minutes in each, which would have timed perfectly for the 10pm closing. As many others do, I would go sit in my car any time I was waiting. I did this multiple times this night. The other customers started clearing out and after glancing up to see the last person leave the store at 945pm, I went back to staring at my phone. After this I did not see anyone else enter or leave the building. At 952pm I got out of my car in preparation to gather my clothes and exit by 10pm, only to discover that the doors were now locked and the open sign was no longer lit up. This was eight minutes prior to the advertised closing time and with 4 dryers full of my clothes  still clearly spinning. I don't know if they locked it remotely or if someone came from the back, but it had clearly just happened. So I pounded on the door and called their phone at least 20 times, but nobody ever answered the phone or came to the door. If they were there then they should have seen the 4 dryers going and the car parked outside with a person in it.. and if they did it remotely then they were clearly using cameras to see what they thought (I'm guessing) was the last customer leave, and if so then again they should have seen the dryers going.. as well as me putting the clothes in the dryers and walking out just prior to that.. and also me standing at the doors pounding on them for 30 min. It just so happens that I was leaving town that night, which is why I was there in the first place, and literally all of my clothes got locked inside with no possible way to retrieve them. I had to drive back over an hour at 6am in the morning, on my vacation, just to get my clothes and make sure nobody could steal them. Major, major inconvenience that shouldn't have ever happened. What's worse is they didn't even call me back until after 10am the next day. Never going back. Stay away. There are far better options not far away

The laundromat and washing machines are always clean. Owners are lovely people. Prices are pretty reasonable.
