They were so fantastic and helpful.  I used the giant machines to wash my down comforters.  It was a breeze.

The only annoying thing is having to swipe your card over and over again on the dryers to add time.

I've been doing my laundry at Dee's for close to 2 years now and I'll keep coming back.  Clean facility, friendly staff, hot dryers, and surprisingly good vending machines.  PS...comfy couches are a big plus.

Solid customer service. Solid pricing not dirt cheap but not expensive. Plenty of washers and dryers. My only issue is parking. Its awful at peak times very difficult to find parking i do understand they cant fix it but it can be annoying.

Clean, big, friendly staff.  Popular so can be crowded at peak hours.  Go early, no issues.  Plenty of comfortable seating.  Books are available for free reading as you wait.   Put the phone down.  Recommended.

Never again will I bring my clothes there brought in a suit with a coffee stain. They charged me 35 dollars and the stain was till there they said there is nothing they can do. And brought in before that a Nike tech and when I picked it up I noticed it was faded and shrunk and they said they could not do anything about it. And through all this the manager will not even speak with me.

I had 7 gorgeous high quality long drapes dry cleaned here recently and when I rehung them they were significantly shorter. The drapes had shrunk and now no longer fit the sliding glass doors they were purchased for. In fact they lost so much in length because they weren't handled properly even lowering the rod to avoid having to replace such costly items and so many of them since it's the whole back wall of my home, but it still would of been too short by 2 inches. Extremely disappointed!  They don't even sell the drapes any longer they are discontinued so I can't even replace them. The picture doesn't even do it justice because in person the length looks so much worse. Those drapes hung perfectly to the floor.

He’s really hard to please and requested a crisp press of a new white dress shirt and suit which arrived wrinkled and best cleaners did an amazing job. Very happy!
