When I brought my garment in, and when I picked it up, everything went so quickly, my ticket was scanned. Everything is automated the machine brought my garment right to me receiving it. I was impressed with all the automation, accuracy and efficiency.

I left a dress to be altered at best cleaners on June 2. According to the manager the seamstress is a separate entity I was promised the dress on July 27. I went to pick it up and nothing had been done. I then took the dress to another tailor costing me double because of time crunch wedding on Friday. Please don’t ever bring tailoring to the seamstress there. You will be sadly disappointed

Thankful to have the option of just pressing a suit without having to clean an already clean garment. It was perfectly pressed and available the very next day. The staff is always kind and friendly.

Would leave a zero star review - woman very rude to my wife today when picking up our clothes, pulled up upfront as she had a newborn in the car and the woman working scorned her and told her to use “common sense” about where to park for those 3 minutes.  Very rude and will NEVER go back to this over-priced establishment again.

Came from out of town & they were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a last minute dry clean for my suit. They were able to get me in & had me taken care of within an hour. After having plenty of other cloths to take care of. Most definitely coming back next time I’m in Connecticut! They have gained another client!
