Clean but I had to throw away one of my comforter it became hard as a board after drying
Half of dryer didn't work..spent more time paying for extra drying of my clothes I would never go to this place again..

Service is great, friendly staff. I’ve been going there for many years!! Amazing Tailoring, and dry cleaning. I’ve left my laundry there for so long and they would always secure it. They also have delivery service which is fantastic if your always busy and unable to pick up or drop off your laundry. Highly recommend!!

Nick has done my family’s dry cleaning for decades, with occasional tailoring as well. On Saturday close to closing time, I asked if he could take all my bedding and rush it—I got it back early this (Monday) afternoon. My savior! Seriously, Nick is amazing and knows what he’s doing, is VERY careful with your clothes and treats you just as well as the garments he works with.

I dropped my jacket for dry cleaning. After a week, I came to pick it up and he said how it needs to be sent for washing, can’t do dry cleaning, which is fine. He said to come back in a week and it’s going to be $14. I am coming back to pick it up after a week and it wasn't done. After another two weeks, I am there to pick up my jacket, and I wanted to pay with my card, and he saying how he told me that cards are not accepted, cash or check, and btw, he never said anything about it. I going to the ATM, withdrawing the money and going back. He tried to charge me $24 for my jacket after he said it’s going to be $14. He tried to say how he told me about it, but again, he never did. After a while, he said $20 is enough because of all inconvenience. You didn’t do me a favor for reducing the price for $4 after increasing the price and never told me about it. Never again with this guy.

Nick, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and he has an excellent relationship with everyone that comes in. I've never seen a family owned business have so many adoring customers; truly a pleasure to do business there.  A real diamond in the rough and a great Hartford staple! A+ always!
