This laundromat is dirty and poorly maintained. A few machines were out of order, and it's clear that the ones in use are not properly checked or cleaned between customers.

One of the washers I used had razor blades inside. I’m fortunate I didn’t get hurt, but this is a major safety concern that should never happen.

I informed the staff, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to issue a refund for the machine. I’ve attached photos to show exactly what I found.

I won’t be coming back—and I hope others will take caution before doing their laundry here.

Okay experience equipment is old and there are a lot of machines out of order. Also, it could use a facelift and a deep clean especially where you put the laundry detergent in.

The pick up & delivery laundry service is fantastic -- all items returned neatly folded and well-cared for. The dry cleaning is also excellent, and very convenient with reasonable prices for large & heavy items like duvets. Highly recommend!

Today my fiance and I got there very early did 2 loads and took 2 dryers. Set both dryers for the exact amount of time (60 mins). We walked and got a coffee, came back 10 minutes BEFORE our dry time was over and as I walked in I saw 1 of our dryers full of clothes was thrown in a basket, while the other on the bottom was still tumbling.
I commented aloud how rude and aggressive it was for whomever did it, this weird pervy guy turns around and starts yelling how it was him and the lady at the desk said he could.
Not only does the staff condone messing with other people’s laundry, but they encourage it. Our clothes weren’t even dry, they definitely needed the extra 10 minutes we still had on the timer.
There’s several issues with this, but the biggest would be if this is really the policy of just pulling laundry out when you feel like it, you’d think the staff would put gloves on and do it for the impatient customer, rather than encouraging some random man to dig through my underwear and the underwear of our young child. It’s gross and when I asked the workers about it they only stated “we’re not responsible for what happens to your clothes”… sure but you should ENCOURAGE it from random people off the street. I asked for the owners information, his name is Steve, and I was told by Ian and Sonia that this is Steve’s policy and he encourages it. So I will definitely not be back, and I do encourage you to avoid it as well if this is a policy they encourage and defend.

I've been using the washers and dryers there at least weekly for about two months.  Always a number of washers and dryers "out" of service. Today was the worst.  A very large number of washers and dryers were "out of service".  One of the washers and one of the dryers I used should have been "out of service" but instead just performed very poorly. No hot water and very little heat"  Also, customers left laundry in dryer for hours after dryer finished.  Not very considerate especially seeing that so many of the dryers were "out of service".  Considering going elsewhere next time.

Damaris is a pleasure to work with.  I am disabled. Damaris makes my experience with Best Cleaners as easy as possible.  Damaris takes my cleaning out of my vehicle when I arrive. She brings the clean clothes back out to my vehicle when I return to pick them up.  Damaris is pleasant and always has a smile on her face. It is my pleasure to do business with Best Cleaners because of Damaris.

I am partially disabled. The young lady was kind enough to open the front door as I entered the shop. She was extremely pleasant.  After paying for my cleaning. She automatically offered to take my cleaning out to my vehicle. Just as the young lady was getting my cleaning for me a Gentleman came into the shop and took my cleaning out to my vehicle. I appreciate the employee of Best Cleaners and the customer that helped me out with my cleaning.  I appreciate that there are still good people out there and around us.

Bought a coat at Savers and it had a tear on a seam.  Brought it in, had the rip fixed, and had the coat dry cleaned.  Very reasonably priced.

Pleasure to go inside and have sewing or dry cleaning done as they are very good representatives of the company BEST Cleaners. Summer the seamstress and her daughter at the desk are the best for getting work done in a friendly manner!!! Others who work at Sedgwick Rd are wonderful as well.! Dr.

I needed fast turn around time on several items including men’s suits and dress shirts, some cashmere sweaters and a very sentimental Italian linen dress. I was so impressed with the speed and quality of the service. The pricing was also extremely reasonable. I will absolutely be using them for all my dry cleaning needs in the future. They also do alternations and delivery and pickup depending on where you live. Overall phenomenal service all around.

I am so upset I drove an hour for wash and clean services and provided my own detergent and when I picked up my clothes my clothes reeked of scents and some random men’s underwear ended up in my clothes. They offered a refund on some items but now I am stuck paying double to get this fixed. I also found someone’s sock in my bedding that I got washed by them. Very upsetting.

Very impressed with the service here! I brought my wedding dress and my husband’s tux to get cleaned (and dress restored). What I expected to be several months wait period, they completed in about 4 days! Since it needed little care, they made sure to get it done quickly, and decreased the price as well. The cashiers and reception staff were very attentive and quick to service all customers!

Fair prices, quick service. We’ve flown in to the area twice in the past 2 months as wedding guests and had clothes dry cleaned and/or pressed after they’re wrinkled from the flight. Both times the prices were fair and we were able to either get same day service for just a press or next day turnaround for a dry cleaned/press. We will be using this place again in the future for any dry cleaning needs when we’re in town.

Their service is excellent. I appreciate the free delivery and pick up service. I also appreciate that when they have questions about items they have for cleaning I am either called or texted. Their prices are fair and comparable to other cleaners in the area.
