⭐ 1 star – Terrible customer service

Today, December 26 at 9:30 a.m., I had a completely unacceptable experience at this laundromat. While loading my clothes into the machines I was paying for, the employee spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, telling me to move because I was “in her way,” even though there were barely any customers.

It got worse: she removed the carts I was actively using, in an authoritarian and rude way, ordering me to put them back while I was still using them. I spent $65, only to be treated as if I were being scolded instead of served.

This employee’s attitude is hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. She behaves as if customers are a nuisance and as if the business belongs to her. With someone like this working here, it’s only a matter of time before customers stop coming.

This laundromat is much better when she is not there. I will not return as long as this employee continues to work here. Management should take this seriously.

Overall it’s a nice laundromat that’s open 24 hours. there are three different options to pay. Can be on the expensive side but you have to consider your options. Other laundries are in neighborhoods that are not so nice and the people hanging around are all very sketchy. You don't find that in Cooper City and you are much safer.

Zoi, the assistant, is so nice! The first laundry mat I’ve ever liked!! They also do your laundry for you. The large washer is $12 the large dryer is .25/4minutes. You can use a credit card or scan to pay.

I’ve been using their wash-and-fold service and I’m very happy with it. The laundromat is clean, organized, and the staff provides excellent service. My clothes always come back clean and neatly folded and hanged  Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face. I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 5 years already. The facility is always clean and smelling good.
