I had such a wonderful first experience at Spic N Span! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately helped. I’ll admit, I was "that customer" dropping off an item that needed alterations at the very last minute. To my surprise, Rosana made it happen! My item was ready to pick up in just 34 hours, at no extra charge. I was prepared to wait until Monday and pay a rush fee, but instead I left with a beautifully tailored piece and so much gratitude.

Wearing clothes that fit you perfectly is empowering, and I felt amazing at my concert last weekend in a new favorite outfit, thanks to Spic N Span. I’m looking forward to bringing more items here (with a normal timeline!) and making this my go-to spot for tailoring. Thank you, Rosana, for going above and beyond!

My first experience here because there's a tailor closer to my house. But I will now be a returning customer. Story: I had been trying to sew patches onto my husband's new Panther's jersey. Completed one, but the other two were being extremely difficult. Fabric too stiff to use in machine, and I broke two needles attempting to do them by hand. I gave up, came to Spic'N Span and asked if it could *please* be done today, or at the latest, the next day. (Because of course the game was the next day🤦‍♀️) After saying she'd do her best, I went on with my day. About an hour later she called me to say "DONE"!! WOOHOO!! I am beyond grateful that she was so accommodating, and the work was excellent! That kindness has earned you a new customer. Thank You!💖

The service is good but the actual ppl there are terrible!!! I called and told them I was on my way…. They said ok arrive before 4pm … I arrived one minute to 4 they were locked up and gone!!! That has to be the worst service EVER!!! Suppose I needed my stuff for Sunday ??? Terrible customer service !!!

So, full transparency, I’ve never been to a dry cleaners before. I think maybe once I went to a dry cleaner to see if they could clean a very large blanket that I had, but I don’t even recall, leaving it with them. In any case, as I am fairly new to the neighborhood and am within walking distance, I thought this was a great time to See what this dry cleaning thing was all about. Shortly after my birthday brunch, I noticed one or two very faint smears on my very new and very clean cream-colored knit joggers. I took them in on a Monday or Tuesday and they were ready by Thursday, but I totally forgot and picked it up a few days after. If you ever think you’re going to forget your cleaning slip, my tip is to take a picture of it. They can easily use that if you don’t remember to bring the paper with you. It’s very interesting that your clothes are delivered through an automation task that opens a special window on the outside of the store to let you get your belongings. I will probably wear these pants again to brunch in the near future and either Services again. Thank you!

Although initially, I wasn't too happy with the results. I explained what happened and the worker went above and beyond to make sure that everything I took in care of and delivered to me. The same day, so I appreciate that

This place isn’t open during what’s supposed to be operating hours. It seems the staff that we’re supposed to open the dry cleaner did not come to work today. Very strange for a big business like Oxxo. Wish there were more local cleaners. This one has a lot of issues.

They damaged my $500 skirt and did not take accountability. Said they would refund me the $10 I paid to clean it. I noticed the damage immediately and contacted them. It took a week for me to finally get in touch with management. The manager said they received it damaged and they take pictures of all their garments. When she looked through the pictures, she did not see any damages. Said they did not take pictures of the side that was damaged. You would think they would take pics of the “damaged” side  to protect themselves if it was indeed damaged. But I sent them a perfectly good skirt. She then insisted that one of her employees took personal photos on her phone. She contacted the employee and the employee had no photos!!!! This is unacceptable. I am 1000% sure I did not send any damaged goods and very upset at how I received my skirt. Do not send your garment to oxxo

My first time going to this place. Front desk was nice when I dropped off. Took a couple shirts in for dry cleaning and a dress that started to come unstitched and paid xtra for next day cleaning for pick up. Total 4 items and approx. $79. They have a $17 credit for 1st time customer.  Next day- Walked in and everything was ready upon pick up. When I got home to look at the shirts…they were still dirty and not nicely pressed. The dress was not fixed either.  Won’t be back ever again sadly.
