This man is a very dishonest person, a thief n I’ll never enter this facility again if the machine take your money you won’t get your money back. I called this sorry excuse for a human being explaining how the machine was in an error when I added my money to the machine and hit start and this man hanged up the phone and wouldnt answer the phone, again over $3.25 as a business owner you’re robbing a customer $3.25? It’s the fact that you hanged up in my face why im mad as long as I live here I’ll tell everyone I know not to go here.

Did a lot of clothes here spent hours and $80 to have the cops called on me for being here too long. Owner has terrible attitude was very rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend. Crackhead looking bums loitering outside also.

Great place to do your laundry.  The machines are clean & roomy. You can get a lot done for less. Attendees keep place clean. My sister likes the fact her clothes are no longer covered in lint from the washers. You can go at any hour. Highly recommend.

Lady working there was pretty rude. Asked to use the sink in the restroom to was laundry cap out and she seemed to be annoyed. I said thank you when she opened the door and she ignored me. Other than that good price for the machines and dryers dry good. I will not be going back there when I travel back here.

OMG! Half the machines were out of order. The bathroom is locked for customers. Place is dirty and people hang about outside who aren't customers. Machine took my money and the guy who worked there told me I had to bang on it for it to work..I never did get my money back! Would avoid this place and Google safe, clean and modern laundromat.

I had my suit dry cleaned here, and it came back looking sharp. There was a minor delay in pick-up, but the quality was excellent. Great for business attire, and I’ll be using them again soon.

I had a stained suit I needed clean the next day for a new job, the owner did not gouge me on prices (though he could have easily) and I had my suit within 24 hours with zero stains. Excellent excellent excellent customer service, prices, and quality of clean. Highly recommended!

I went there to get coats cleaned and spent around $70 and they came out still having a slight moldy smell (that was the reason we took them)

Tried again with my husband’s suits and other items- spent $128 and there were spots that were not there prior to taking them, collars looked dingy and dirty, and it had a not so pleasant smell.

I will be returning to see if I can get some of my money as the job was poor and now we have to pay another cleaner…. I will update on the response.

Sadly, I would not recommend this place.

I love this dry cleaner! The people who work here and the owners are truly genuine caring people. As an example, I went and dropped off a bunch of high-end Robert Graham shirts today ... I mentioned a button needing replacement, and the owner told me (and showed me the filled drawer) that she purposely bought various Robert Graham buttons just in case I needed them.  They do great work and the go above and beyond what is expected from this type of service. Thank you!

Namer is very kind and helpful when dropping off my cleaning. I get a uniform dry cleaned there and he always spots stains I miss! I also appreciate the attention to detail. My pants are always creased appropriately and everything is hung neatly. The wash, dry, fold service is spectacular at a reasonable price, I can get all my clothes for the week cleaned and smelling great! I've also had a queen sized blanket (not comforter) washed for only like $5 or something? Way cheaper than I expected. I really like this place and Namer always has a convenient time for me to pick up my clothes. I'll be continuing to use this cleaner in it's convenient location for a while to come!

My brother passed away in late October (2024). My father needed a suit cleaned within 24 hours. I talked to American Drive-In cleaners on the phone. Steve and his family cleaned my father's suit, and when I went to pay, he told me there was no charge and that he was sorry for my loss. I was speechless because I was grieving, but the kindness of a stranger made me smile. Please support their business. Good businesses are hard to find these days.

I'm a construction worker and 80% of the time I'm shorts and a T-shirt and the other 20 I'm jeans and whatever. Needed my one and only suit dry cleaned for a wedding. Pants, jacket and a white short. Haven't worn them in 2 years and I hung it in my closet without cleaning it last time I wore it. Inside the collar of my white shirt had a little staining that had set in for 2 years. Dropped it off here and the shirt is 100% spotless and the jacket and pants look wonderful. I investigated and checked reviews online and chose American Drive-In Cleaners because they had a 4.8 rating and they were nearby. Their rating is 100% justified and the next time I dry clean my suit I will be more than happy to patronize them again. Thank you for a wonderful full job American Drive-In  Cleaners!!

I get my dress clothes cleaned here, and have been a few times. I have heard of some places in town with slightly lower prices, but I am unwilling to make the switch, because of how pleased I am with American Drive-In Cleaners. They are still affordable, and their customer service is excellent. I screwed up recently and read my ticket for the wrong day, so I came in when not everything was ready. They were very understanding, and they already had some of my order ready. They saw that it wasn't supposed to be ready yet, but they offered to give me a call as soon as it was done so I could pop right back in and get it done. I've always gotten friendly service, and the quality of the dry cleaning is great. I recommend!

Absolutely not. Rude and inconsistent. I would recommend anyone stay away from this place.

I originally went here to get a jacket taken in and sleeve shortened. After having a little bit of a conversation, the owner thought it would be better for me to order the jacket and a size smaller and come back to see if it still needed to be adjusted. By me doing so he probably saved me about $60. I recently moved into the area and can assure that he has a lifelong customer whenever I need any of the many services he offers.

I went to this business after I called to see how much to clean dress pants he said 2.50 or 2.60 then when I got up there to get my pants dryed cleaned about 11 pair he told before I can get them out of bag it's 3.05 with tax then when I let him know that I were the one he just talked to he said oh that's tax , REALLY then I said your sign say 2.50 how are you going to add 55 cents tax , so I didn't argue went back to the car and called again disguising my voice the price 2.50. I guess 3.05 for me. RACIST. Look on the board he will beat people of color

I may be rating them a little high; I had a dress shirt that had blue Jean  stains on them.  I do not believe that I had the stain but overall value  is good.  Only  used twice

When you really got to get a king size comforter and a bunch of jeans and towels done. That's the place to go. Largest capacity new washers I found locally. Staff is nice and the Wi-Fi is free. Bathrooms are clean too. And if you feel froggy there's a good lounge right next door. Go and have yourself a beer and wait for your clothes

I've had a past positive experience with Sand Dollar.  But the disaster in service I received this week is crushing.  I took a suede jacket, a suede dress, and a sequined top/miniskirt set.  Sand Dollar was running a suede cleaning special.  My mom picked up for me, so when I got home and took the plastic off I wanted to cry.  The collar has been totally ruined.  Whatever solution that was used totally bleached the dye, and the beautiful yellow color is faded.  You can see where the solution was just poured on the collar and has run down the jacket.  I called Mr. Thompson and told him I was upset.  He said, "Oh nothing could be done the solution reacted with the dye."  WHAT?  You are supposed to be a professional. HAVE YOU NOT HEARD OF SPOT CHECK?  This is totally unacceptable.  And I tried to continue with the other issues and he just cut me off.  He was totally unapologetic. He just kept cutting me off and said bring it back and we'll see what we can do. FOR WHAT? The damage is done and you've had your chance. I want my $70 back AT LEAST. My dress looks like it was put in a washing machine.  The nap of the suede is gone. And it's a crumpled mess. Why is it like this? The suede dress they cleaned last year was flat and nicely done(the reason I went back).  I can't prove it but the Sequin top/mini set looks as if they didn't even bother to clean, and just put on a hanger from how I dropped it off.  The stain, which is on the cotton section, is still there.  Sand Dollar totally failed at there motto, "Quality you can see. Service you can trust, and value you can depend on. Guaranteed."  It's printed on the laundry bag he gifted, which I consider as an admission of guilt and failure.  DON'T TRUST WITH YOUR SUEDE.

I have been here a couple of times for some small clothing repairs and alterations.  I have had a very pleasant experience and will be happy to return again.

A Greener Cleaner

My riding leathers got mildew on them due to improper ventilation in my closet. I had to pull everything out and wash all the clothes, but you can't put leather in the washing machine. After a friend suggested A Greener Cleaner, I read some reviews and decided to bring my vest, chaps, jacket, halter top, and purse in. I'm so glad I did. I only took a before picture of the vest to remember where the pins go, but it is a good representation of how all of the pieces looked and how they look now. I'm so pleased. 10/10 would recommend!

Emailed this place because I wanted my wedding gown dry cleaned and preserved. Young reached out and asked for photos. He then told me the process and after seeing other reviews I felt like this was the place. I dropped my dress off and veil on 12/7 then he contacted me this past Saturday advising it was done and sent pics of it cleaned and in this beautiful box. I love this cleaner! The service has been fast and reliable for years, and I'm grateful to have them in Mandarin. Recently I brought in a cover for our couch cushion that was badly stained. This is the cleanest most efficient laundry mat I’ve ever been to. The worker was very helpful explaining how to use the industrial washer and dryers. We bought a laundry card to reuse for future use. Definitely recommend and will return.

My first visit to Patio Laundromat was a great experience.  I had planned to drop off my bedspread and comforter to let an attendant take care of it because I had some errands I needed to run.  But after speaking with the attendant (Dwayne), I decided to use the self service to save some $.  Dwayne showed me everything I needed to do.  So when I got ready to run my errands, I wanted to let Dwayne know to make sure it was going to be ok.  He said that was fine and he would be leaving at 3.  When I had not returned by the time the washer and dryer had finished, he took them out, folded them nicely and wrapped them in plastic.  Not only is he a great representation of the company, he is an exceptionally nice guy.   Great employee for your organization.  He’s a keeper.  Thank you so much Dwayne.  You were another blessing in our already blessed day.  Jesus was all up in our business today.  Thank you Jesus!

I love this dry cleaner. Years ago, I brought a camel-hair hat from Afghanistan in here. It had something weird really stuck on it, like wood glue or something, in big gobs. They cleaned it and it looks brand new. They do a great job with other items too. I wouldn’t say they’re complete perfectionists, but they are expert at removing stains and do a fine press. I will say that once, I forgot to take a stick of gum out of my pants, and that ended up melting and making a stain in some dress pants, and they couldn’t get it out, so that wasn’t good but it was also partly my fault for leaving the gum in my pocket. (Rip’s in Gainesville did eventually get the gum and the stain out, somehow.) They’re cash only, but even with the $3.50 ATM fee, the prices far surpass a place like Deluxe Cleaners that’s also nearby but more expensive, more rude, and with worse results and worse hours. Why I ever stopped coming here is beyond me.

I’ve been to a couple other laundromats in the neighborhood and I can tell you I won’t go anywhere but here. I both do my own laundry and have had things dry cleaned. I had my half leather, half cotton welding jacket cleaned here and it came back cleaner than when I got it. I brought a jacket to get dry cleaned and they fixed the ripped pocket for a couple bucks. besides that, Mr. Lee and his family are so kind! I’d rather come here and sit on a comfy couch while I wait for my laundry than go to any of the other spots.

If you're looking to get your garments done, this is the place. They did a magnificent job on my son's FFA jacket.  Very fast and quality workmanship.

This cleaners is near my home and I was disappointed when I stopped by to drop off a piece of clothing for alterations and learned that they no longer have that service. I’ve had dry cleaning done there before, and it was satisfactory.

Get my suits cleaned here. Staff is always very nice and friendly. They do good work would recommend.

My son is home on leave from the Airforce. He will be reporting to a new base upon return and needed his new rank patch sown on each sleeve and uniforms cleaned.  We are a big Navy town and they advertise military patches. I was VERY impressed they asked many questions of regulations of the USAF and also called to verify regulations to insure his uniforms were perfect and ready for inspection vs just assuming the regulations were the same as the Navy.  The fee to clean and add patches  to 6 shirts, 1 dress coat and to clean 5 pants, trench coat, windbreaker and cover (hat) was right at $200.  I had a bit of sticker shock initially, however, the customer service and peace of mind that my baby boy is ready for his new adventure is worth every bit of the money!  Thank you guys insuring his uniforms are success ready

This is one of the top Dry Cleaners in the Orange Park area. I used their service for my daughter’s ROTC uniform. With superior customer service by the ladies, they offer next day service and don’t over charge. FYI - They close early Saturdays and are closed Sundays. I don’t mind it, they need a break too 😊.

The owner and wife are very unprofessional!! Family members visited the Edgewood Ave Jacksonville Florida location back in September 2024. The cleaners messed up her dress, and it's now December.

The owner called her this morning after she spoke with his wife yesterday. He told her she had to pick up the damaged dress and never return to his store. He was very rude and disrespectful, so I gave him a call.

I advised him since he felt ok to disrespect a woman... I would gather my family and friends to picket that location respectfully.

He called the law and twisted my words. What he failed to realize is I was perfectly within my rights to do so. The officer called me, and after explaining the truth, his lies failed. Don't patronize any of their establishments.

Do NOT have your clothes altered here!!! I have been using their dry cleaning services without any problem so decided to have them hem a new pair of jeans. I specifically asked for an ORIGINAL hem and paid extra for this service. When I picked up my jeans, they were hemmed without the original hem. When I complained about this, the sales woman said that she could only give me $5 back unless she sends my jeans out (at least another week) since they contract with outside tailors to do alterations. Because I was afraid that I would possibly not get my jeans back, I declined and so wasted a ton of money for an alteration I didn’t ask for. Plus, they threw away my original hem so it’s not like I can take it elsewhere to be fixed. I feel like since they acknowledged the mistake they should take accountability and at least reimburse me for what I paid. Very unprofessional, will never return even for dry cleaning.

Unpleasant Experience and Misleading Pricing

I recently visited this establishment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member I interacted with was notably discourteous, frequently addressing me in a manner I found disrespectful. This was particularly surprising to me as someone accustomed to the directness of NYC.

Furthermore, there was a significant discrepancy in the pricing information provided. Initially, I was quoted $1 per pound for wash and fold services, but at the time of payment, the price was unexpectedly doubled to $2 per pound. This lack of transparency in pricing was concerning.

Additionally, my inquiries about service completion were met with dismissiveness. My first question was ignored, and upon repeating my query, the response was both rude and unhelpful, pointing to a note that had not yet been shared with me.

Given these experiences, I chose to take my business elsewhere, as I prefer to support establishments that offer respectful customer service and clear communication. It's disheartening to leave such a review, but I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of these issues.

Laundry mat is very clean and comfortable We are trucker and travel all 48 states. The only thing I didn’t like is how the night security guard was very rude and had an attitude .He told us we needed to move our truck and we did . He called the police on us on July 16 2024@5:50am  . But the police didn’t tell us anything because we moved across the street. When we brought our laundry in the man (security guard )was talking bad to  other customers about us . I did our laundry . I will not pin point this laundry mat for others truckers . So they don’t have to go through what we had to go through. Very embarrassing. But thank you for letting us wash our laundry. Have a great week. Mahalo

Great place to do laundry at night 24/7  plenty of parking

Wash is $3.00 up to $3.50. Dryer is $.25 never timed it so not really sure for how long, but they do get HOT.
Major down side is NO air conditioning it does get a little warm.  No issues with anything not working or eating money.  I don't get bothered by anyone when I'm there no one asking for money or anything else. Most of the people that come here are friendly.

My go to laundromat. I usually visit early in the morning. I like that the owner is usually there ( He's a really nice guy, offered on many occasions to buy me a drink) and I feel safe. It's well lit, he has cameras and its fairly clean. Prices are reasonable and the back wall dryers get super hot.

First timer. Went there to dry clothes. Dryer on my side went out. It was about 2 a.m. place was open 24 hours. It wasn't clean but it wasn't horrible either. They have 3 types of washers. 5.00 for the big ones plenty of them and 3.00 for the medium washers. And 2.25 for the regular loads. Dryer cost 25 to dry. Idk, how long dryers run for. 25, but I do know has dryers and they worked awesome all but 32. Second from end. It stopped spinning but it was hot, hot, hot!! I will recommend and will visit again this week.

I bought a brand new shirt and jacket and took them in to have them pressed for a wedding and got it afterwards and it had a black oil spot on it, I asked about it and was told it was already on there it must’ve been from my car like what the actual. I took this shirt out of the wrapper and I get once in a blue moon that may happen but very unlikely. Don’t recommend this spot

Happy to say that I needed a pair of jeans himmed for a event and it was last minute. The staff took the jeans and within 20 minutes I was out and it was a great time there with the staff

Brought in my husbands shirt to be pressed and when I got it home I realized it had a new shirt sticker ironed/melted into the collar.  When I brought it back in to see if they would remove it they refused.  They said I would have to pay for them to try and get it out.  They refused to believe me and refused to make it right.   Previously they’ve always done good work, but I cannot continue to take my business to folks who won’t take responsibility for their mistake. He actually blamed me.  I could never recommend this location to anyone. You can see by the shirt size and the sticker that they’re not the same size.  I also know for a fact the shirt was not new as I had had it dry cleaned there at least 2-3 times before.  All of the shirts that I brought in I had already washed.  They were just to be pressed.  Even IF the sticker came off of my husbands other shirts the person doing the ironing should’ve noticed it prior to ironing it and should’ve removed it.  Just negligence on their part.  Ive made mistakes before when servicing a client and I’ve always taken responsibility and make it right.  Poor business, poor customer service, poor standards.

Brought in my favorite suede jacket to be cleaned. They charged me $50 because they said it'd need to be brushed out, which was fair enough. Picked it up and it clearly hadn't been brushed - looked like they just ran it through a machine. The color was darkened, streaked, and the texture roughened. They didn't *quite* ruin the jacket but it certainly looked better before I brought it to them.

They've done nice work for me in the past so I was very surprised and disappointed. I won't be doing business with them again.

I was charged $74 for the cleaning of two children’s dresses and an alteration to a pair of pants. $74!!! Then when I asked for an itemized receipt the lady told me she couldn’t print one. Then she told me I was late picking up my OWN CLOTHES! So was I charged a late fee? I’ll never ever give them my hard earned money. Save your coins and find someone who will provide great customer care & not overcharge you!

Edit: I get home & my daughter’s dress is burned. I called, was hung up on, go up there and they dismissed me and would not refund me at all. The man calls the lady on the phone and she says “bring receipt and I give your little twenty dollars.” I called the police, police wouldn’t get involved due to it being a civil matter. And guess what? I snatch the itemized  receipt and they charged me for three dresses when I only dropped  two dresses. They overcharge, burn items and won’t refund.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I read all of the fantastic reviews, brought my beautiful, white curtains in and they came out worse than I brought them to Andrew's. I will never ever bring my things here. Ever again. He's nice but you can't ruin expensive things and just expect being nice to fix it. I want my money back.

I took some uniform items here.  The owner is very friendly and accommodating.  The service is very quick as well.  It was a next day service but he was very meticulous with my items.  He showed me how to take off some buttons that were on the dress coat so they wouldn’t be damaged.  I’m not an avid dry cleaner so he taught me a bit as well.  The only reason I would say 4 stars is because one of my shirts were still stained.  For all I know it is a stain that can’t be removed.  I would have just liked a heads up that it was still stained.  I didn’t notice it until I got home.  But the other items were great so I would still highly recommend this place.

I had the absolute worst experience at this dry cleaner in Jacksonville, FL. I trusted them with a designer satin gown that needed to be cleaned and pressed for a family event. Not only did they wash it without bothering to understand the fabric or care instructions, but they also ruined it. PSA to avoid goalpost laundry for your dry cleaning needs. I brought my dress in for cleaning. I had only worn this dress once and I don’t dry clean often but this dress was very expensive and I wanted it properly cared for.  I dropped it off the Wednesday for pickup today. Again, I have only work this dress once and it was never anywhere near bleach. When I picked it up, the bleach stains on the back were the very first thing I noticed. I asked why there were bleach stains on my dress and he claimed I brought it in that way. I insisted I did not, there was no way. He said it was noted on the ticket. I told him it was not as it wasn’t on my ticket and it wasn’t noted when I dropped it off. He said they noted it after I dropped it off. He refused to do anything about it insisting it was my fault. I could feel by how quiet he was and the way he avoided eye contact with me that he knew they had messed it up.

I am livid. My nice dress is ruined. And it’s so obvious that I saw it as soon as he handed it to me. Wih no way to prove they ruined it, I’m stuck with the damaged dress. So please, avoid this place. There are enough other places to go that it’s not worth l the risk.

I've been using this location for two years, mostly after the employees are finished for the day. I like the atmosphere here. A lot of customers are willing to help with advice on machines if you ask. Dryers cost are 6 minutes for a quarter. All the washing machines are relatively easy to use with instructions  on them.

I do suggest that when you go to dry your clothes, start with 1 quarter to begin with to make sure the dryer is heating up. It is not hot by 4 minutes in, check that the settings are correct. It the settings are correct and it is still not hot by the end of the 6 minutes, then you need to switch to a different dryer. Doing this can save you time and money.

I have not had a reason to use the dry cleaner services, but they steady business and repeat customers. This tells me that the employees work hard and are good at what they do.

There is a picnic table just outside the door if you want to eat. There is no wifi service and pets are not allowed inside. The door can be opened in both directions and can stay open if pushed far enough (it is not automatic). I do suggest bringing your own toliet paper for the restroom as the employees are not there in the evening to resupply it if it runs out.

My stackable washer and dryer are too small for my comforter so I bundled up the piece and headed here to use the jumbo machines. All in all it took less than 2 hours start to finish. Cost less than 8 bucks. I believe it was 3.75 for the washer and about the same for the dryer.  Had I used a dry cleaner the cost would have been over 25 bucks. The place was clean. Parking right outside the front door. They also offer a service to wash your clothes.

Decent dry cleaners. My clothes came back better than expected. Cheaper than the others in the area too. I only gave three stars because the hours are terrible. The front window says one set of hours, the door inside says something else, and the receipt listed totally different times. When you rely on clean clothes for your job, operating hours make a difference as to where you can take stuff to clean.

Honestly, this is the best place in town. Great prices and GREAT service. He always has my king comforter done the same day. And the cousin owns the sandwich shop next door! So while you’re doing your laundry, get a sandwich next door. Support local businesses like this one!

I dropped off $65 worth of dry cleaning, including my military uniform, with a clear pickup date and time. When I arrived as scheduled, I was first told it would be an hour late, then informed it wouldn't be available until the next day — no explanation, no apology. The staff, particularly the front desk employee (whose name began with “D”), was rude and dismissive. I was then told I could go pick it up myself from the plant where they outsource the cleaning — a 25-minute drive each way. I ended up spending an hour driving to retrieve my own order, and when I asked the owner for a reasonable price adjustment for the inconvenience, he refused, stating he couldn’t give it to me "for free" — even though I never asked for that. He eventually offered a $15 credit for my next visit but made no apology and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. I paid the full price, received poor service, and was treated with indifference. There was a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, or basic customer courtesy. I would not trust this business again — especially if your items are time-sensitive or important.

Excellence in business!  Consistency is key and this place is on point.  It's just dry-cleaning until your business clothes get jacked up by a cleaner.  These guys are amazing and the price is good too.  Never had a problem with the service or quality and I have been a customer for 5 years now.  I highly recommend these cleaners.  Try them out you won't be disappointed.

This establishment does not even rate a 1 star. My son's FFA jacket was dropped off to be cleaned after his steer showing at the Clay County Fair. The jacket was picked up in a plastic covering but not checked to see how it looked. It was brought home and hung in the closet.  Today, my son had a function with the FFA and had to wear his jacket. He pulled it out of the plastic cover and immediately called me. I took one look at it and could not believe the poor quality of the service from chimney lakes dry cleaners. It appears that they possibly ran a brush across it and were done. All the same spots still had the dry dirt in between the groves of the jacket. Just poor quality cleaners are what they are. Then, when you go there to inform them, the individuals working can not give a refund. The owner has to do it. And as you can guess, he was not there. As you can see from the photos, their quality of cleaning is sub-par.  The jacket still smelt like livestock. I can guarantee you'd get better cleaning using a rock in a stream. Update two days later, the owner has been called three separate times with messages left each time and no replies. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY both in customer care and workmanship...

They have about fifty washing machines in this building. I don't think more than 10 of them work, and it's been that way for at least the last six months. Yeah, I still come here, but only because they don't have enough clientele that I have to compete with anyone for a working machine. The machines that work WILL eat about an extra dollar with of quarters claiming some kind of error that you will not get back.
There's no AC in the building, so they've instead got about 3k dollars worth in shop fans that are almost certainly drawing much more power than an AC system would draw without actually providing any relief because the heat has nowhere to go.
Most of the dryers work. And it's cheap. But with their inability to do any serious amount of work, I don't know how this place can stay in business.

I mean it's not a bad place to wash clothes I just wish more of the washers and dryers worked and it has the potential to be a great place to wash for us locals

Not sure why they haven't rated them yet but.... I been going here for years now. I know people that lives on the north side and travels cross the bride to come here. The process ate the best in town. And the work is superb quality. I made a mistake and called around to see if they had any competitive prices near by omg I'm staying here.

Workers refuse to help with services informing me that my number is wrong.  I’ve been coming here for years. This is the worst experience ever.    Any suggestions on another location

Paid $12 to get a blanket laundered. They returned it to me in the same condition as I had left it. It had been packed away and had a musty smell. I wanted it clean and they just gave it back to me unwashed. They took my money and only offered to dry clean it for $40. I suspect that employees just folded it and handed it back to me without actually ever washing it. Will take my business elsewhere as these guys are just skipping out on customers.

L & L Cleaners

They ruined my expensive item — faded fabric and white ironing marks — then claimed nothing was wrong. Refused proper reimbursement and offered an eBay-level amount which I did not take. They even lost it and told me to “come back in the afternoon.” The manager was shockingly unprofessional over the phone, with zero interest in resolving the issue. She’s not suited for any customer-facing role. Absolutely unacceptable.

We brought my husband's suit and his white button down shirt to be dry cleaned here. The suit turned out fine but his white shirt was ruined. Came back with holes in it and basically the same stains that it went in with. When I asked the owner about the stains still present, she said don't worry about the stains, his suit jacket will cover the stains and no one will see it. We had to find him a new shirt the night before our trip. Not the service I was hoping for....won't be using this company again.

My favorite AX T-Shirt had a seemingly set stain that I took to different cleaners,hoping they get it removed but i got disappointed every time!
My friend ,Joe,suggested I take it to Mr Philip Dry Cleaners in Julington Creek.I thought I didn't have anything to lose by trying one more time so I dropped it off on my way to work.Three days later,I went to pick up my clothes,and lo and behold,the stain was gone.I was amazed and upon further inquiry I found out the owner,Mr Philip,is a credentialed chemist and member of the American Chemists Society.I would definitely recommend these cleaners to any one looking for an excellent job done on their clothes.

Have used this dry cleaner for 20 years but NO more.  Brought in son’s AFJROTC shirt on Saturday and was told it would be ready Tuesday after 5.  At 5:50 on Tuesday told it came out of the machine with a spot on it so it’s being re-washed and will be ready when they open at 7:30 am.  My husband explained our son needed it for a uniform inspection grade Wednesday morning.  Still not ready Tuesday at 7:30 am so returned on his way to school with my son.  Waited 30 minutes and they can’t find it!  Don’t know why they take your phone number when they never call it.  Going in again today and if they still can’t find it I’ll be informing them they owe us $15 because that’s what we’re going to have to reimburse the U.S. Air Force.  Not to mention our wasted time and gas.  I had to email his sergeant so his grade wasn’t impacted.  My son had already explained and showed him the dry cleaning receipt.  I see from a Yelp review this is happening to others here recently.  NEVER AGAIN!  Go elsewhere!

Very clean laundromat, very cool inside, safe atmosphere, reasonably priced and outstanding staff. The lady on duty was so kind, patient, friendly and so professional

Excellent laundromat. Absolutely spotless, easy to use, loads of free parking, and reasonable prices. The attendant, Jamie, was very helpful in explaining how to pay and which washers were best for the size load I was washing. No damage to my clothes, I was in and out in an hour, and I felt safe while I was there. They have a drop-off wash and fold service as well. Highly recommend.

While I mostly had a good experience, I brought two huge containers of gain and two huge scent beads as well. We dropped off 28 pounds of laundry, around $215 or so. I appreciated being able to have my laundry done and same day, ALL of my laundry detergent and scent beads were used. I've done the same amount of laundry at my house & not used all of my supplies. The fact it was all used was super wasteful. It's expensive. Just be mindful in the future or ask your customers if they want "heavy scent" or the normal amount used per instructions on the detergent or scent beads.

I have been using the drop- off service for the last month at the Laundry Spot. The facility is easy to access and extremely clean. The staff are friendly and professional. Taylor and Theresa go above and beyond to ensure my experience is positive. I highly recommend the Laundry Spot.

Brite Star Cleaners

I brought 3 items to be cleaned. A white shirt that was laundered, a Tie and a pair of dress pants to be dry cleaned and resize the pants. All 3 were done on time as promised and done right. No issues with the Tailoring of the pants. Very nice professional staff. I will be back.

The people were nice but the cleaning job was very bad. I did not ask for starch on my brand new  jeans. They were so starched my cowhide brand labels hardened, shrunk my belt loop area and cracked up. My khaki suite still had spots. I made a mistake going there and ruined a new pair of expensive jeans
