Update my mom got her pants today (Wednesday) as promised the second time  so that is good.

Told my mom today (monday) that her pants that she had hemmed would be ready after 3pm.....went there after 3 and they said they won't be ready until Wednesday. So why did they make me waste my time and gas going there when they could've just told my mom on the phone that they weren't ready..... Also how long does it take to hem 2 pairs of pants 3 inches. They should have been done. I should have looked at the reviews before going. So many people are having similar problems.

They altered my dress in less than a week, whereas in the Villages I was told it would take over a month!  The girl at the counter, Shanice, was also super friendly and knowledgeable.  They will always have my business going forward!

Dropped off a suit and one pair of jeans bill came to $32 because there was pet hair on item. They charged me $5 per item for pet hair . There is no sign with prices in store nor anything stating the pet hair policy . This is a discount cleaners . When I called owner his response was they can do that with vomit blood etc . Ok but pet hair . Horrible attitude .

I called before dropping off my son's imitation leather jacket. The girl told me it would be $5 and change. She said over the phone that it would be $75 if it was "real" leather. I assured her that it was imitation.

I dropped off the jacket and we had the same conversation. I paid up front for the cleaning so my son could pick it up on Wednesday.

I get a call today from the same girl and she said the owner said he is not going to clean the jacket Because it has to be cleaned the same way as leather. I told them I already paid and want my item cleaned. After reading these reviews I am going to just get a refund and pick it up.

DO NOT GO THERE. THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE AND DON'T WANT HIM TO DAMAGE MY ITEM INTENTIONALLY BECAUSE I ARGUED ABOUT A PRICE.

Dry Clean City, 13745 N US Hwy 441 in Lady Lake.  Stay away from this place. I don't know what they do as far as dry cleaning, but I gave 2 shirts to them for a simple bottom hem, and it took them 3 weeks to return the shirts done correctly.  First of all, they send your stuff out to Leesburg, about 30 miles away to be done. Next, my shirts were never ready when I went there to pick them up. The person who I gave them to spoke little English, it was on a Thursday, and she  wrote they would be ready by the following Wednesday after 3 PM.  I go there and I find out not only are they not ready, but they are not even in the store.  I wanted them for a vacation I was leaving for on Saturday.  I called Thursday and Friday and they still were not back.  Now I come back a week later and find the shirts not done as I requested.  Seems the person I left them with was the owner's wife, who speaks so little English, she didn't understand what I told her to do, and didn't put it in the computer either.  Now the person there sent them back on a Monday and told me she would put a rush on it.  I called Friday and this same person told me they were there.  I go there ( 8 miles, for the 3rd time ) and she can't find them. They were not there, still in Leesburg !  Then this woman asks me if I spoke to her.  She was the only one there when I went there and called.  Now I have to wait another 3 days.  So it took me 4 trips and a half dozen calls to get my shirts.  No wonder they make you pay first, that way they can hold your clothes as long as they want and they know you will be back for them. I don't know how this place stays in business, but I found a private alterations person to go to. Half the price, nearby, and she doesn't send out your clothes to another place or hold them hostage for weeks.
