DO NOT COME HERE. They have only TWO washing machines working everything else is broken, this place is clearly falling apart and going out of service. Unless you want to wait in a line don’t come here

I came in early morning to wash one load of clothes. Elderly Spanish woman staring at me for 20 minutes. Remind you I been using this wash house for over 20 years. She comes in accuse me of smoking But got a junkie in the corner who was smoking..  Then she walks by me again talking about the machine ain’t working turns off my machine. Act like it’s broke. Disrespectful

This place should be called out of service, coin, laundry… because everything is out of service check out the pictures

employees here are not friendly and had a issue with me washing my clothes 1 hour and 20 min before closing they clearly dont want to work much less the lssue of the amount of washing machines arent working! terrible service

Horrible, I would never come back, machines are full of mildue when you open to put your dererget, half of the dryers are out of service, then you have to wait in line to dry your clothes, worst experience I ever had at a laundry, when you tell the emoloyees about it they answer sarcastically and with an attitude 👎👎👎👎👎

I’m giving them 5 stars because of how Brian handled a situation. The Situation: My first time using their service someone removed a temporary hem that I put into the pants (admittedly not the biggest of deals; minor nuisance) but the second time I used them not only was one of my designer work shirts (that I got on sale) damaged but the cuffs were not scrubbed clean. I sent Brian photos and he apologized profusely. He offered to cover the cost of the shirt and I was doubtful that he would because I had bought a set of 4x$120 at The Men’s Warehouse. This man went to the store and replaced the exact same woven shirt in my exact size. I was floored. No one does that. Most places would blame you for the damage and send you to hell. I got furloughed from my job and no longer have use for dry-cleaning but when I do I’ll use this service again.
