clothes look like they just press and didn’t dry clean my pants no way I should still have dirt on them and I was over charged

Just picked up a jacket and the cost was $45. My fault for not asking how much when I dropped it off but I never in my wildest dreams would’ve thought $45 to have a jacket cleaned. Called around to two other dry cleaners and the price was around $25. I will not be back.

charge $22.80 for a dress.  I wanted only a dress to be pressed, not cleaned.  But was advised that the dress would have to go through the whole dry cleaning process.  I found out differently.  Not good.

No matter how many chances, this dry cleaner and I cannot come to terms. I did l drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way.

They gave me a price of $26 to clean a brand new mother of the bride gown when I dropped it off then called me saying it was $$46 because the tag said bridal then when I picked it up they charged me $56 because it had a little jacket (the lady saw that when I dropped it off in the first place).
