We needed both wash and fold service as well as dry cleaning during a recent stay in The Villages, FL.  Our washer and dryer were on the blink and having this service was terrific!  They had some large loads of our dirty laundry and completed it perfectly with in less than 24 hours.  They saved us!  Thanks to Virginia for her pleasant and nice way and for taking a worry off our shoulders.  We will definitely use them again as their prices were also very reasonable.

Terrible customer service. Takes four days to dry clean a suit. Dropped it off Saturday and they told me it would be ready Thursday. Went in Monday and asked for it back because I figured I’d just take it somewhere else that wouldn’t take four days. Said they couldn’t give it back to me because they had to “find it” which is fine. Found it and when I asked if it would still be available Thursday they said “I’ll get it done today or tomorrow.” I received a text at 2 pm saying that the order was ready and it would be $30 dollars. When I went to pay, they charged me an extra 20 dollars and said “well we had to add extra because you wanted it sooner” when I just initially wanted to take it to a different dry cleaner because this one didn’t seem up to par. I asked about the charge and the lady goes “well you didn’t ask” Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful and lacked clear communication. Wouldn’t recommend. I truly wish there were better options in the area because this was the worst dry cleaning experience I’ve encountered.

If I could give a zero star I would . The customer service is terrible there, the attitudes of the employees come off as if you are an inconvenience. I have been treated terrible and my wife - the eye rolls when you bring in item in to be done the huffs and puffs , the impatient attitudes.  When we initially went in there we thought the lady was just having a rough day and then when we experienced that everyone as such.  We will not be doing business anymore with them. Apparently they dont need our business.

I have been a customer of Wildwood Quality Cleaners for the past 13 years.   I am always pleased with the quality of their work.  They take great care with all items; clothing, quilts, etc.  And, I am particularly pleased with the extra care taken re: a jacket with delicate buttons.  They always do a beautiful job! If you’re looking for quality alterations I would look elsewhere. They’re rather overpriced—I was quoted fifteen dollars for them to hem a  bridesmaid dress and they ended up charging me nearly thirty dollars and they honestly didn’t do a great job. They also were unable to do anything past the simple hemming so again, if you’re looking for a place to do alterations I would look elsewhere. Overall I was unsatisfied with the experience.

I come in every weekend and Tammy is the sweetest employee ever! Tammy is always so polite and kind! She’s always helping others that need help! She’s consistently cleaning and working hard! Washer and dryers are very fast!

It was so peaceful and quiet. I sat and read my book, and the service was sweet and polite. The place was clean and safe.

No warm or hot water going to washers in back even though I paid for that, cold water only, owner so stingy she would not refund measly $2.75, never go back

I was at the laundry mat this morning and the girl Tammy was working and she said she liked my hair color and told me before I looked like I was 70 and I'm no where near 70 I was quite insulted, I hardly ever go on Friday because of her. I will go back any other day when Diane is there she is the best works hard and is very nice and polite.

I am impressed with the wonderful support to their customers provided at Rock & Wash III.  It had been quite awhile since I had been at the laundromat, and the attendant Tammy noted my uncertainty as I searched for free machines.  She saw my stacks of blankets, quilts, and pillows, and immediately offered help in grouping the items in determining the best selection of machines—for washing and then for drying.  Tammy was friendly, organized, and keeps a clean facility.  She was terrific, even helping to fold large quilts.  I definitely will be going back.
