I have brought in a variety of clothing items with various stains (including wine & oil) and they all come back looking perfect. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. My boyfriend and I came in here to drop off some rare vintage art to be cleaned and inquire about some other pieces we had and the guys in there that I believe are the owners were so helpful and enthusiastic about what they do. I couldn’t really say the same about another female employee present that didn’t really greet us so kindly. We came in greeting her and I smiled at her greeting her back and she stared at me as if I had said something to offend her…Overall, we didn’t let this impact doing what we were doing. We still  accomplished what needed to be accomplished.

Disappointed with the service. I left my formal dress here to get dry cleaned and the one small spot was never cleaned (they even put a sticker on it to note there’s a stain) and there’s two additional oil spots on the front. It came back worse than when I dropped it off.

I've been going to Cleantopia for about a year now and they are as consistent as they are friendly, and excellent at the services they provide. Recently, I brought a tux shirt in that got completely covered in red wine, fully expecting it to be a loss. They were able to remove all of the stains and the shirt came back looking brand new (a true miracle). Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent dry cleaner. A little more expensive than most in the area, but they take pride in their work and are able to clean many different types of fabrics. The service is quick and friendly.

Mr. Kim, I have been a regular customer at Cleantopia since 2023. Each visit, I have a large order of approximately 10-35+ garments, spending a range of $200-$600 per visit. The customer service is not good and the cleaning quality is inconsistent. With each order, I find simple stains in my clothes and have to return them to be re-cleaned.

Joy is continuously unpleasant and rude during every one of my visits when she is checking me in. Today 8/2/25 I visited with a large order of 40 garments to be cleaned (see photos attached) and inquired about a customer discount due to the large order, and the fact that I am a regular, loyal customer with consistently large orders.

Joy was rude to me as usual, and refused to provide a discount of any kind, although she knows I’m a loyal, regular customer with large orders. Based her ongoing negative attitude and refusal to work with me as a loyal customer, I took all 40+ of my garments and left the store, resulting in a loss of a $500-$600 sale today, and the loss of a long term customer with consistent large orders of 10-35+ garments on a regular basis. I also tip Nicolas when he helps me to the car.

Mr. Kim, you lost a loyal customer today due to Joy’s ongoing poor customer service and unwillingness to work with a customer. During a previous visit, I personally witnessed Joy and Yung work with another customer who was extremely upset over a matter at your business. I was not offered the same level of customer service today. Joy allowed me to leave the store today with all 40 of my garments and offered zero customer service, kindness or any accommodations.

This is not the way to treat customers, particularly loyal customers who spend large sums of money with your business on a consistent basis. On average, the bulk of your customers are not coming in this level of volume on a regular basis. Feel free to review my account history in your system.

Mr. Kim, I am requesting to speak you personally regarding this matter, as I do not like the way I was treated by your staff today.

Response: Mr. Kim, your unwillingness to extend the common courtesy to speak with me regarding this matter, and instead typing a response describing my experience with your staff as “our best” does not reflect well on your business, customer service and your leadership style as the owner.

I will not patronize a business who stands by being rude and treating customers in this manner. I will not be returning to Cleantopia.

There are other cleaners that provide a higher standard of care and customer service that deserve my business. All the best.

Have been coming here for a while now and they’ve always been great with cleaning and even alterations. But today they solved a huge problem for me and so I want to leave an extra positive review. I used them to alter a dress I had gotten for a bridal photo shoot. I dropped the dress off on Wednesday and asked if they could have it done by Friday. The woman said yes which was great. Well by Friday, we had a rare snowstorm and they were closed (reasonably so). I went on Saturday morning to see about the dress, hopeful that someone had still worked on it. Well; someone did work on it but it wasn’t in the physical location, it was away at someone else’s shop and the woman said I wouldn’t be able to get it until Monday afternoon.  That presented a problem because I needed the dress by Monday morning for a photo shoot. Well, she pulled some strings and got the dress back today (Saturday!) at 3 PM. Thank you for going above and beyond!! Truly makes a difference, AND the dress fits beautifully.

Visiting town for a conference and needed a jacket cleaned before flying out. They got it done quickly and well and were very friendly and responsive. Incredibly helpful.

1) Have your garments returned to you several shades lighter than when you brought them in, not to mention the fabric ruined.
2)Be asked to produce picture proof that your garments were the color that you say they were.
3) Receive an apology when you produce requested proof.
4) Be Offered a $100 store credit to make up for the discolored, ruined garment. (lol, as if you would ever trust them with another piece of your clothing.)
5) Be later told that this credit was not offered because they believed that they ruined your garment, but because you “demanded” it. (Sure, Jan.)
6) Be accused of doctoring photos of your garment.
7) Be accused of lying about the value of the garment, while…
8) Being lied to at the same time about having found the exact same garment (in this case a 10 year old coat) on the designer’s website. (I think we all are clear as to why this is a bold-faced lie.)

If that’s the kind of experience you’d like from your cleaner, go for it.  If not, you might want to try another business.  Honestly, you can't make this up. I wish I could leave negative stars.

I updated my bedroom and wanted to reuse my drapes. They'd been hanging for about 9yrs 🫣. While they weren't awful, they needed some love, and that's exactly what they got. Ellen's inspected my drapes and managed my expectations. The turnaround time was pretty quick, about 2.5 days for 5 panels, and they were reasonably priced. Great place for certified alterations. We spent a lot of money on our Halloween costumes and unfortunately the designers where we purchased them sent our sizes too large despite us coming here and getting fitted. They assured us that we had nothing to worry about and they would fix it to our liking. Came in here today to try to get my dressed fixed. Upon arrival the lady was very sweet, as she was pinning certain areas in my dress she stated a few times we may not be able to do anything, come on Monday when owner is there to double check with my sizing.

I was the only one in the store until a white man walked in, everything seemed rushed. The man expressed to her it’s okay he’ll wait. My dress was not even finished being taking in for measurement and she tried walking away. When I stated I still wasn’t done look at the dress there’s certain areas that have not been pinned, she then tried to rush the process. I told her it’s okay I’ll come back Monday, she said okay that’s fine. You may get undressed. Rushing away from me still my dress having Pins all over. I expressed to her I understand there ONE other guests that just walked in but how am I suppose to get undressed with all these pins on my neck that I can’t see to undress. I felt undervalued.

Excellent dry cleaning and alterations.  I have been bringing my dry cleaning here for years and they always do a great job. I had a couple of last minute events come up recently and I needed a suit or shirt pressed, they did it while I waited.

I had my vintage wool coat redesigned and the alterations were excellent,  the attention to detail was impeccable and the craftsmanship was far better than I anticipated.   I'm bringing all of my alterations here from now on.

I have been a customer of " Sunny's cleaners" since 1996. The previous owner, Sunny, sold the business and the new owners have completely moved away from excellent customer service.
I have received a 30% discount off of my dry cleaning bill since 2011 because of my loyalty and annual cleaning bill at Sunny's cleaners. I noticed a few weeks ago that the new owner greatly increase my prices and when I asked why, he said "because you get 30% off and you are the only customer that gets 30% off". He basically jacked up my prices to compensate for the discount that the previous owner Generously offered. Not once did the new owner tell me that my prices were going to go up and that my discount was no longer valid. This was all shady and done behind my back and I will not do business with someone like this. I am a business owner myself and I believe Customer Service is the back bone of my business.

The guy who works here on Saturday could try to be more friendly - the interaction I had with him made me feel a bit uncomfortable since he constantly asked me “does it make sense” in a way that felt passive aggressive. There isn’t anything that could not make sense. I felt like he was mansplaining alterations to me. Also I did not realize that the fastest they can do for alterations is a week (according to the guy). And the person who actually alters was not in the store.

This is my go to spot for my clergy vestments. The turn around is quick and inexpensive

I took 2 severely ripped jeans to them.  New these jeans are about 250 a piece so I wanted to see if I could patch them to get perhaps another year out of them.  They did a PHENOMENAL job on the repairs. So much better than expected.  Definitely have a new customer.

This place does good work but the lady who works nd owns this spot gave me the impression many’s times like she doesn’t like to service black people! , I watched how she acted towards me vs a person who isn’t of color and the whole interaction. I just picked up my clothes from here for the first time, now it's been years since I've dropped off clothes to any cleaners so the price seemed a bit high but that could be the norm for 2025 so I won't hold that against them but what I will hold against them is the fact of, when I dropped off my clothes she counted the pieces and told me what the total was. When I went in today to pick them up she told me her count was wrong and it would cost me more. Now am I wrong for thinking in this instance she should have eaten that cost as a show of how great their  customer service is, and that she valued me as new customer that would come back time and time again? Now I am very customer service oriented so it could just wishful thinking on my part on how customers should be treated.

Best dry cleaners in Brookhaven area!!! It was a little far from my house but I went because I trusted the reviews & I wasn’t disappointed. I borrowed my friends dress for a wedding and got spray tan all over it. The nice lady got every spot out. And they have a cute dog named Valentine that greets you in the drive through.

Only thing to note, I don’t think I was notified that my dress was ready. I don’t know if they do that or not. I could have missed it. Anyways just know that beforehand—I kept my receipt and went 3 weeks after and it was ready but it was probably ready sooner than that. No issues at all, highly recommend!

Our representative from Renew, Jonathan, was friendly, timely, and very efficient. He explained processes clearly and let us know exactly what to expect. In the wake of a scary fire, it was reassuring to have such competent help in the cleanup.

Worst company ever to deal with. Picked up items promising to return items in 24-48 hours. They held my stuff four months avoiding phone calls, not producing an invoice, and couldn’t confirm what work had been done or not done. Supervisors were rude. When insurance paid them they took two more weeks to deliver items.  My electronics were not packaged with care they were haphazardly thrown in boxes with no protective bubble wrap and boxes were not even sealed shut. My big screen tv was missing. When asked where it was the representative called warehouse to locate only to find out they had damaged my tv.  They did replace, but I was not happy that in four months of them holding my belongings I was not informed ahead of time. They added to my tragedy instead of being a helpful resource. Do not use!

If you are dealing with electronics cleaning, especially for insurance purposes, I would choose someone else. They were very nice and responsive, but created a total lack of transparency when it came to how they actually tested the electronics. We found that several items were not working when we got them back, even though they claimed to have tested them and passed their tests. When I asked which tests they passed, they could not provide me with an answer. They charged hundreds of dollars to “clean” and “test” each electronic. I would not recommend them or use them again.

I found the representatives and their trainer to be very helpful in my recovery from a catastrophic house fire. I had a lot of textile items, including heirloom quilts that I was concerned about restoring. Now I am waiting to see if they can restore my 1960's 7 Up Santa to his original glory!

I use this place often for my kids band uniform and have had zero issues. This weekend I left the band uniform, her white suit, and my Mrs Claus dress.  I picked them up today to find that the white fur on my dress is now pink! I have events the next 2 weekends with Santa! I was in shock. All he said was "nothing i can do about that,  sorry." As he walked away,  leaving me at the counter in tears.  I get the garments home to find additional damages to my dress.  It appears something was sprayed on it and there's pieces of the red fabric actually MISSING.  I dont know what to do at this point. Highly disappointed at his lack of concern and poor customer service.

I should have listened to that voice in my head that said don’t have your dress dry cleaned at TP Tailor Dry Cleaner, near Cascade and Fulton Industrial. My regular dry cleaners was closed.

I am glad that I thoroughly enjoyed my silver sequin dress on NYE, because the dry cleaner ruined the dress. To make matters worse, the owner tried to convince me that I brought in a black dress with very few, sporadically placed silver sequins. When I requested compensation for him ruining my dress, he said that normally he doesn’t give compensation and that next time he won’t. Of course, I let him know there won’t be a next time.

Good people work here, and they offer pretty good customer service. However, every thing I have ever brought here has significantly shrunk, some pretty expensive suit items, jeans, and button ups had to be thrown away because I couldn't fit them anymore. I stopped getting my clothes dry cleaners here, but recently brought a pair of jeans to get them patched up, and the first time I wore them, the patch tore. I noticed after they appeared to have been patched with a paper like material, I have attached a video of that below. I don't understand why jeans would be patched with thin paper material... I live closeby and have tried to work through the challenges because they're so close to home, but I simply can't keep ruining my clothes by bringing them here. The owner is a great person though, very understanding and kind.

Very poor service, this was a brand new shirt, taken to the dry cleaners and returned completely ruined. The letters are missing and coming up, the embroidery is destroyed. The sweatpants were also returned with stains and lint balls on them. I am appalled by the service received. This was not the first time having a problem with the dry cleaning service, everytime is a new issue. This time they just went too far. There is no way that a brand new shirt could be completely destroyed in such a manner, care was clearly not given in any way whatsoever.

I came running in and they saved me. I got a job because they worked with me last minute to get me to that interview and I can’t thank them enough. The pricing is amazing for pieces. Got me clean and pressed so fast!

I have never been to a public laundromat before but I had a fantastic experience at this laundromat! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to use. What really stood out was the store manager, Ms. Mathis.  She was absolutely great and incredibly helpful. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly while I was there and not just for me.  They were helpful and pleasant to everyone.   It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and it made the whole visit stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!  If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I recently visited this location because my washer at home was not working. I was pleasantly surprised by how well kept the facility is. The staff was amazing and helped me figure out how to work the machines as it was my 1st time. If ever I'm in need again, I would definitely return! Very disappointed service and customer service skills also washes me maintenance. I paid for three $14.95 washers to come back with the cycle finish and my clothes were still soaking wet. I asked the manager could she please run just a spin cycle she told me that I will have to pay for my washes again in order to get the washer. She told me I had too much washing powder and a tin low washer. Also washer is leaking water While the second wash cycle is running.

It sucks no the work is here. They suck the machine they suck. I had gotten the machine with low water pressure and I had one of the workers here to help me with that and she poured two bottles of her drinking water in the machine and told her manager, they had water in the machine so they would not give me a working machine I paid 1435 for the machine and close not clean. I would never come back to this washing house To do my laundry there is one in Hapeville and I have been coming there for a while. Try them better customer service, better workers better walk working machines 24 hours to.

There is a young lady there by the name of Jay who is always so pleasant and professional. I have been a client now for just over a year and though she is a new face she has gone above and beyond every time I’ve gone for alterations or cleaning and it really makes for an amazing experience. I’m definitely sticking to this place and would highly recommend.

JD is very pleasant and attentive; excellent customer service. She calls me each time my clothes are ready and assists me in taking them to my car. She's very personable, which is great.

The Cascade location ruined a brand new with tag dresses that was to be pressed only and has not sought to resolve the situation, the new mexican woman clerk, Teresa is gone,  said she remembers it was a new dress but later the same day lied and said she did not intake the dress when there was one employee there that day., and only one employee.   Will take the proof to small claims court.

Jae was very professional and friendly with smile and you answered all my question and she offered to give me a courtesy call when my clothes are ready.

I wash here really often. The Attendant is super friendly and helpful. The prices for the washer ranges from $4.00 to $9.00 at the most. The dryer is free if you're washing there. Washer's and dryer's are normally available during non peak hours. Check location for the peak hours.

Been staying in the area over 16 years!! This is the first time I got charged for washing and drying after 20 mins before 10pm… had to cash app $5 to pick up my own clothes at 10:40…. I also been trying to work here but the lady I had to cash app said she’s the owner!! After washing here for over 16 years and I gotta pay you to pick up my clothes I’m good!!!

I was in Atlanta for six weeks doing job training and tried out several different laundromats, and this was by far the best one. The machines are great and much faster than the other laundromats I tried. This place was also super cheap! They give you a free dry with every wash. I spent $3.50 a load to wash and used the free dry. I was done in 40minutes with everything. Also they’re open late.

Miss Tee,  I have been using this laundry for more than a year, it was time for this year xmas raffle draw, I picked a paper and wrote my sons name, because he insisted I used his name. You guys called me and informed me that I won a xmas gift, I told the caller that my sons name, I came to your office the following day, then I discovered it was a Air fryer, I wanted to pick it up for my son, and the lady insisted he would like to take a picture of my son holding the gift, I told her my son his out of town and won't be back until weekend, I took a picture of the gift,  and send  it to my sister, just to inforrm him about the gift he won. Sunday I was there to pick up the gift because he's around, they told me they can't find the gift, I was surprised when I called yesterday and I was told they can't give him the gift because he his too young to use it, I believe this is nothing but a scam, you guys need to do better.
