Spry Dry Cleaners

We've tried to pick up our dry cleaning three different times; every time they're closed. They don't answer the phone and it's been this is Saturday, January 31st, that we've been trying to pick up our dry cleaning.

We won't be coming back once we get our dry cleaning that's currently there.  Multiple people were in the lot just now trying to get their dry cleaning but they're all complaining that they're never opening it either.

This review would have been higher....but because I like to be fair, it's not as low as it should be.

In the middle of July, we dropped off a coat and a backpack style suitcase

Jacket was done quickly and met expectations.

Now....Its Oct 11, 2024, and the backpack still isn't done.

We knew it was going to take 4-6 weeks, and we knew that at the time of drop-off.

After many unreturned calls and broken promises of looking into the progress,  I decided they weren't going to clean the bag as promised and just needed to pick it up.

3 months.....many broken promises and 0 returned messages is NOT good business practice.

Before I expreesed my disappointment,  I thought I heard the lady say that they shouldnt have even taken it in....I hope I heard her incorrectly....if not, I will be forced to find another dry cleaner that knows the value of follow through and their customer.

With no competition, having a monoply gives them the ability to do things like this....just be forthright about the services offered.

I have used them several times over the last few years with quick service and a great job done. BUT, i dropped a comforter off and came back a week past the pick up date to be told it wasn't ready. Which leaves me in a pickle because it is for our rental cabin. Was told she had no idea when it would be ready. So i am at their mercy. If i ever get it back i will think twice before using them again.

What a great dry cleaners great service, great friendly people great location very clean and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

To the owner of this place: get a phone that works. I have been by there so many times to find that you closed it is maddening. Answer the phone. You have great employees so don’t keep messing them up with no phone that works.
