WORST EXPERIENCE

First visit, we took my husband's shirt and pants.  Button was missing from the shirt, and leg hem was completely gone.  First experience didn't go so well, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt.  Wrong decision.

Took my wedding dress in to get dry cleaned and boxed.  When I went to pick it up the first time, it wasn't boxed.  Second time I went to pick it up, it was boxed, and they dropped it from 10 feet above and expected me to take the dress.  The drop dented the box, and the dress became off-centered and the skirt became wrinkled.  I told them they needed to box it again.  Third time I went to pick it up, you will see the end results in my pictures.  They didn't put it in a new box.  They didn't center it.  They didn't fix the wrinkles.  It also appears that they put the box in a hail store because there at 8+ dents in the top.

At this point, I didn't feel comfortable with my wedding dress being in their hands and just took it home.

I don't trust these people to handle my clothes.  Also, when I asked about the dents in the box, they said that "boxes crease."  My dog would do a better job dry cleaning than they do.

Save your money and give other dry cleaners a chance.  As I've discussed this with people around town, I've found they had bad experiences here so far.  This isn't a one time thing; this is their way of work.  Bad service and bad results.

But I have really good service here they go the extra miles to get your clothes clean and ready thank you

I took my daughter's wedding dress in on Tuesday telling them I needed it back Friday for the wedding on Saturday.  There was a bad spot on that absolutely had to come out.  They discussed with me needing to clean the entire dress so there was no watermark from spot cleaning.  I received a call where I was told they did not fully clean the dress because of so much beading, BUT the ugly spot was gone and no watermark!!!!  They also steamed out her veil!!!  My daughter was radiant on her special day!  Thank you Strato's!!!  We will be bringing the dress, veil, and groom's vest back to you one more time to be preserved!  Your service was impeccable!

I had a mostly positive experience here. The only downsides are the cost of the machines and the intermittent screeches that emanate from the running dryers. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the location is kept cool. I felt safe here, and I was not bothered by solicitors.

Needs help! More broken machines than working ones, no AC. The vending machine thats in some of the pictures is no longer there so dont expect a cold drink. I was frankly aftaid to enter the bathroom. The only plus side is it is about 1/4 the price of the place across the street

Last few times i went something was broken. It does not look like it has been cleaned in a while and this time both lg. Dryers kept throwing codes and i wasted almost 10 dollars. So now my clothes are sprawled out drying in my apt.
There is no recourse and no one monitoring or to get in touch with. I'll try the phone number connected later but, there should be something or someone you can immediately reach out to if stuff breaks down

This is one nasty laundromat. I took several pictures. There were many out of order machines. The working ones were disgusting and have not been cleaned in a while because there were washing powder and dirt inside. There was left underwear on the counters by the flower vase, no running bathroom, out of order vending machine, a washer full of brown water, and just filth. The tables were dirty and the machines take  more money than shown. At least clean this place up since your customers come to spend Their money here. Washer will ruin your clothed and old fashion out of date dryers look like microwaves don't dry the clothes well. I'll never go back here again.

It was morning 11/02/2022 . I got there about 9ish. I only went to dry my clothes. The machines work fine.  The television was on. I didn't need to use any of the vending machines.

The place was dirty, though. It didn't even smell clean. The floors had trash all around, Machines lint traps were fairly clean, The tops needed to be cleaned. The tables could use a serious cleaning. There were clothes in several places. Put them in a place to claim. No one had cleaned up the night before or at opening. There are cameras but I didn't feel safe there, so I had my 'protection'. Just be careful. There is no way I would go there at night.

I usually support local small businesses. But how can I when it's at this level.

Classic Laundromat is top-notch! Very clean and beautifully modern facility with plenty of space. The staff are lovely, friendly, and super helpful. Their wash-and-fold service is excellent and priced very reasonably. The self-serve machines are spotless and easy to use, ranging from just $6 up to $10 for the largest loads. Great prices, great service, and a really comfortable place to do laundry—I highly recommend!

This laundromat is new, it's very clean, the machines are modern with touchscreens. The laundry card to operate the machines is free and we load money using cash or credit card. The prices are reasonable compared to the other laundromats in the area.
While drying my laundry I needed to use the restroom. Regardless of how new a business is we can always tell how well it is maintained by the cleanliness of its restrooms. These are unisex restrooms and they are very clean and well stocked with paper and even Clorox wipes. A well maintained restroom shows how much the owners and operators care about the customers.

Today was my first visit. Wednesday morning, about 10am. Lots of machines open. Very reasonable.  I was able to do linens for two queen size beds in two regular machines. Everything came out great! Will be back. Very clean. Lots of folding space.

If I had to design my own Laundromat, this would be it!
The location is great and the parking area is decent. This is a brand spanking new establishment so everything is working and in top tier shape. It still has that “new building” smell.
The doors are automatic and that was a nice surprise for the most part. No more fumbling with your laundry bags/basket and holding the door open at the same time.
The payment system doesn’t require coins. You load your amount on a card that the kiosk provides for free and you can pay using debit/credit cards and ApplePay.
The laundry card is fully integrated with the vending machines. If you want to purchase laundry supplies or snacks/bevs, the laundry card is how you do just that and not have to pay with a separate card or cash/coins.
They have 3 different sizes of washing machines for you to choose from 2 different dryer sizes. You can wash huge loads and dry large comforters/duvets easily.
There’s 2 different styled laundry carts and they’re also designed for large loads at one time.
You have the option to drop off your laundry and they also do pick up and drop off services.
The tables to fold your clothes on is extremely sturdy and the bathroom is a decent size and clean.

If you ever need to use a laundry mat and want to feel like you are having a personal experience this is the place. I personally watched one of the owners take pride when cleaning and disinfecting the washers and dryers which is something that is done throughout the day. The prices are a bit high than most in the area but well worth it. It was stellar. My reason for 4 star rather than 5 was the lack of accessibility of a lower folding table for patrons who could not stand

My workout pants split in the middle and they fixed It without even noticing there was any work done and my button fell off my jeans and they fixed it as well.
