This place is extremely clean and very nice every thing is new,clean,spacious bathrooms are clean. They have an app to make everything very easy to wash and dry clothes. Prices are reasonable and machines are fast at washing and drying. Will definitely be back. All the machines take quarters and there’s a change machine. They also use the Speed Queen app to pay with card.

It is a new facility. I believe opened at the beginning of 2025.  The smell isn't the best in there, don't know if it's the sewage or the machines themselves.  ... Things have really slacked off at this place.  The last 4 or 5 times I've been I've noticed.....  The public toilet is a mess and never has paper. The floors are filled with dirt and grime,the trash is overflowing and  there is always trash on the floor  spilled soap  and dryer sheets laying around. The coin machine is always out and the app when it wants to work some times takes up to 45 minutes to add your money so you can begin washing . Make sure the washer or dryer works before adding laundry products . Machines sometimes don't return coins either There isn't a phone number to call anyone for issues/problems. The vending machines for laundry products are never stocked nor is the vending machine for drinks .

This is THE place to do your laundry in the Byron area! New machines and an owner who is interested in making the customer happy. Their large washers can easily handle king sized comforters and the dry times are surprisingly fast.

Machines are nice. It is a big hastle to download their app to pay, took a while. So bring cash. My complaint is there are nowhere for people to sit. There is only one “lunchroom” type table with 4 seats. With many people having to sit in their cars.

Love this place and how clean it is.  Each time I have come there has been someone cleaning.  Bathrooms are clean and fresh as well.  I have recommended it to friends already.

Washers and dryers are fast, but be prepared to spend your paycheck there, because it's a high dollar joint. Almost 9 bucks for a large washer and almost 5 for the small ones. $2.50 for a dryer. Nice clean place and great machines, but the cost killed it.

I was traveling and was so pleased with this place. Extremely clean. I started to appreciate the air conditioning in early April after I went next door to buy some juice and they seemed to have the HEAT on. Not a thing wrong with the machines. The owners are super cute and friendly and dog lovers to boot. Plenty of space inside and good parking. I love the stainless steal folding tables, I fully trust that they are clean (what's worse than folding your clean laundry on a dirty table?) There's a change machine, ATM, convenience detergent for sale, wash and fold service, reading material, coffee maker, pretty plants...this place has everything.

I arrived early in the morning.  The place was clean and seemed well kept. I only used a dryer,  as my washer machine still works. Washers and dryers have come a long way since I last used a commercial one in a laundromat.  You can either add money directly to the machine or use an app!
Plenty of supplies in a vending machine if you don't have any. Also, vending snack and drink machine available.  TV was on, and I enjoyed my coffee and watched TV while my clothes were drying.

This is the only place I wash clothes outside of my home. I go to this laundromat to wash our blankets, bedsheets, comforters and curtains. It is a very safe area. I go late at night because there are not a lot people there after 11pm. Until 11pm, it is super packed out. I am never scared of being there that late. I have never ran into anyone who creeped me out. I run into very nice, polite people. It has  great equipment to use. It has change machines, also. It has TVs for entertaining you, while washing and waiting. Oh and they have free Wifi. The bathroom is closed at night. That way they prevent people coming in to do something besides laundry.

Good place to do laundry. They even have an attendant who does laundry service, too. I think that's awesome! 😎 The attendant is available to help and answer questions as well.

I’m working in Warner Robins for a few weeks and needed my clothes washed since my hotel’s guest laundry is out of service currently. I drove 18 minutes to get here just to have the soap dispenser for the box Gain washing powder to rob me and get my box stuck. Had to buy a second powder I didn’t need just to get the first one down. After my clothes wash, I go to dryer number 10 on the wall where the vending machine is and my quarters all jam. Moved my clothes to dryer 8 on the same wall and again my quarters jam inside the intake spot. I then move my clothes once again, this time to dryer 9. My quarters finally go in smoothly and I can start the dryer. Next, I go to the vending machine to grab a drink while I wait for my clothes to dry. First try I go for a Mountain Dew and it’s out. Then, I try for regular Pepsi, and yep, you guessed it, it’s out. Then I try for a Mellow Yellow and it works!! The machine drops my drink so I can reach in and get it. The Mellow Yellow is room temperature. Needless to say I will not be back. First impressions are everything and as for my next few weeks here, I’ll be finding another laundromat to wash my clothes at.

We are experiencing prolonged power outage related to Hurricane Helene in a nearby region. We needed to wash our clothes, for work and school, so we found a laundromat in Warner Robins with good reviews. I am happy to report that this laundromat is clean,  has 2 six load washers and several 4 load washers,  all in working order. An employee came through (maybe the owner) while we were here, he was very friendly and performing general upkeep. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bathroom was not open for use.

People this is a public laundromat please don’t expect a five star hotel. This place is cleaner than any laundromats I seen the attendant is constantly cleaning the place and helpful and best part. It’s not that many people there. I was able to wash two big loads of clothes and in an hour could’ve been less if I will use the bigger one

Let's just clearly express that I definitely spent 80 plus bucks washing and drying 3 loads of clothes  and my clothes were not fully dry . I gave up and left and decided I would not return . I had to deal with the damp clothes smell. I do not recommend if you are looking for good washers and dryers this place is not it .

I was initially going to give a 5star review because I liked this place but won't be returning only because if you look in the last two images I shared, I pointed at the little white camera, they have three that I visibly saw, these cameras take images, look at the image that has faces of curstomers blocked out and is circled, and it uses some sort of smart technology to scan your face when you walk past it. I did not notice these until I was about to leave. I don't like that they have this type of technology that uses facial recognition technology for a laundry mat. If I were in the police department or something, that would be different. I don't mind being recorded on the security camera as that's normal to ensure everyones safety as well as store protection but the image technology portion, I am not a fan of at all. The location is in a good area, the people who were here when I came were friendly, and the employee is a very sweet woman who even offered to help me out which isn't seen everywhere. The facility is very clean, smells clean, washers are clean, soap dispenser on top of wash units and dryers were clean too which was a plus. I wahsed in all six units up front. The prices for these were 5.75-10.75 which was reasonable because they litterally held about what would have been 20 loads of clothes and comforter sets in the average home washer of a 4.2cu size which usually only holds one comforter or 19 towels max at your home. They have cheaper washers that are smaller that seemed to start at 2.75 but since I was coming to laundry mat, I brought all my bed sets, couch covers, the small floor carpters, towels, and laundry to get it over with in one stop. The wash cycle was complete witing 35 minutes which was amazing compared to your home washer. The washers left all of my clothing clean so I can't complain. Also, if you want to use the dryer for free, go between 7AM-7PM when they are free for use. It definitely makes a difference when you have to dry in 9 seperate dryers to get them for free. I feel the price of the wash is reasonable, especially if you go during the free hours because it takes having to spend the extra amount. Also, the dryer dried my full size thick comforters in 25 mins and towels in 35 mins. Clothing took about 15mins to dry and carpets about 20mins so I can't complain about that. The folding tables and carts are all clean and great for a quick fold and bag so items aren't wrinkled when you get home. They had sitting areas spread out around the facility as well which were all clean. The other customers were friendly and one even helped me load all my items into the bed of my truck which was awesome! I liked this place alot and would have returned here in the future if I ever needed to use a laundry mat again if it wasn't for the image-scan technology being used to take individual pictures of people.

We used to come here a lot, but it's gone downhill! The Big washers stop working in the middle of them washing, the dryers stop working too. The number posted is a text app number and they never answer. We text it one time and the girl was very rude and unprofessional. She said she would refund us, after calling us liars, then never answered the phone or texts from us again. The washers and dryers are filthy. The 1 table to sit at has smeared who knows what all over it, little hairs and food. It's smells and has a desk to the side filled with stinky clothes & a plate someone ate off of with cockroaches crawling everywhere. The bathrooms are so unsanitary and smell. I will never return here and waste my time and money again.

Someday it's just easier to get out of the house and complete laundry at one time. I chose to stop here and it was a super easy, quick, and peaceful time. The store was clean and the attendee was polite. They have television to occupy your time if need be. There were maybe two machines that could not be used but it will not stop you. There is multiple-size washers at different price points.

The name is extremely misleading.  They are not open 24/7, only til 11 p.m. (which still isn't bad).  There was ample parking.  The facility was clean and bright. The restroom was immaculate.  They have an atm, change machine, vending machines for snacks and drinks, as well as laundry detergent.
They had several size washers from regular home sized top loaders, to the larger industrial size.  I went here to wash a bunch linen, so I  needed the largest washer available.  That will run you $7.00 per load.  The other washers were $5.50 and under.
The dryers only came in two sizes - 30 lbs. and 45 lbs.  The labels for the dryers were misleading as well.  The 45 lb dryer says $2.50 for 30 minutes, but it was actually  $2.75.  I don't know how much it costs to use the 30 lb machine; the sign says $2.00 for 30 minutes.  Each additional 7 minutes will cost you $0.25.
It would be more convenient if the machines had card readers instead of change only.  The ATM has a $3.00 service charge.  Although they're open until 11, the attendant is only on duty til 10 p.m.

Had to visit a laundromat while in town for the hurricane. Super clean place. Staff was friendly. They have drop off laundry charge too if you need to run errands. TV for the kids and a nice waiting area. Also, there is a bathroom to use. Safe area. They have a change provider here , and u can buy small size detergent and dryer sheets. Would highly recommend.

I had an issues which has now been corrected but if the attendant was able to readily be able to get her manager to approve the refund we would have been good. But Ellen did make right the lost. Thank you Ellen.

They're open 7 am to 11 pm, yet the open sign stays lit up 27/7 and it's called 24/7... Makes no logical sense and is very misleading. Right now my clothes are locked inside mildewing because the 24/7 laundry isn't open 24/7

Stay away it's a Ripoff & Scam  Laundry.  You get 4 minutes for the first 25¢ you put in the dryer. Sounded reasonable, but after that first quarter. you only get 1 minute added for 25¢. Never in my life have I paid $3 to dry clothes and STILL ended up with damp/wet clothes. By their little sign, you're led to believe you'll get 48 minutes of drying time. I got 15. Make it make sense.

Going to the coin machine there's a sign instructing you to download an app and add money to use the machines. After you do all that and go to use the app to pay for your load it says the washers aren't connected. Card swipe doesn't work. The money card machine doesn't work either.

Buttons are missing from some machines, but is clean. The payment app used to pay for the machines is not user friendly. This location has never been crowded, which is a plus for me

The only reason I’m giving CYBER WASH ONE STAR CAUSE I HAVE TOO CAUSE THAT THE ONLY WAY I LEAVE MY REVIEW soap still in my  clothes at the end. Spin cycle cause washing machine doesn’t wash on wash or regular cycle.

There is NEVER an attendant here when you have trouble with the change machine or when machines are not working properly. Beware and look closely at the change given by these machines. I have received Canadian coins, and the washing machine did not accept the coins. I have also witnessed people purchasing the cards that they used to wash, and those cards did not work. They also do NOT empty the change compartments on the machines. The monies just keep coming back out. I would not recommend this place because of the reasons stated.

I sent my dress in to get cleaned and steamed and it was there for a week and a half and I gave them 3 extra days and I got it back preserved not only was it not cleaned or steamed but I found the same spots on it from before I took it and I found the same black smear so now I'm taking it to my appointment the next day which I'm spending nearly 700 to get it cleaned and steamed

Used the location at Carl Vinson & Russell, dropped off a formal dress, returned to pick it up on Thursday planning to wear it on Saturday.  Employee could not locate dress, advised that they would search/investigate what happened to it and someone would contact me as soon as possible.  I repeated that I needed it for an event on Saturday.  Heard from no one until the next Monday when a representative called to tell me they were planning to work on it later that week and would be in touch again later.  Thanks for the update and lackadaisical approach?!?  I had to purchase another outfit to wear that Saturday.  Took them about a week to locate the dress I no longer needed and that was after I called them to inquire.  I was told that it was given to the wrong customer who eventually returned it—shout out of thanks to that person!  I went to pick it along with one other item I had also dropped off and was charged $28.  It’s fair to charge for work that you do so I paid it, but it surely left the feeling that no one cared a bit about the inconvenience and expense caused by their mistake.  I was nice throughout the process and recognize that everyone makes mistakes—but it resonates how it is handled.  In this case, I’d recommend considering other options for your dry cleaning needs.

Not only is this an excellent cleaner for all of your dry cleaning needs, it is an awesome consignment shop. Total class no matter how you look at. The ladies that work in there are very helpful and friendly. Everything in there is neat, clean and organized. Easy shopping .I love it!!

I took my $1500 wedding dress in to be cleaned mid December. The cleaning, and process time that I was given was 2 weeks. I waited an extra 2 weeks to go by and pick up my dress. Due to previous problems with this cleaners, I fully inspected my dress. My dress was not clean, the smell of chemicals was so strong as soon as you untie the plastic bag, you start sneezing, and my dress was ripped. I drove over to the commercial circle location to speak with the OWNERS WIFE about the condition of my wedding dress. While speaking with the owners wife about the condition of my wedding dress, she showed no remorse or interest. She told me she would take care of it! I asked how, she stated they would reclean it. I asked how was she going to repair the rips, she said...."I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS DRESS, SO I DON'T KNOW! 😳😭! Susan is the owners wife. She’s very money hungry!!!!! Whitney PLEASE get your Dads business and run it! Susan is only interested in MONEY! All I want is my dress cleaned and back the way I dropped it off. It was dirty around the bottom and everything was in tac. You want put this dress in your musty consignment/ cleaners. Too cheap to separate the 2 businesses. MASTER CLEANERS HAS BECOME A NIGHTMARE!

Usually I use whichever service I'm reviewing before I give a review, but this is pretty bad. This is based on my first use of their dry cleaning and alteration service.The items were:

1 2-piece suit that needed only dry cleaning;
1 sports coat that needed a mend job as well as cleaning;
1 sports coat that needed only dry cleaning.

Pros:
The lady at the register was relatively polite when answering questions about how long the wait time usually is, what all services they render, and their respective prices. She even went so far as writing the services and prices down for me, which was nice. The mend job appears adequate.

Cons:
The suit jacket was returned with a significant crease under the right side pocket as well as smaller wrinkles on the lapels above the notches. The blazer that just needed to be cleaned has a pale orange stain on the left arm seam where it attaches to the shoulder.

I will not be using this service again.
