Went there late at night which is nice because it is not as busy as I am sure it is during the day. Used the Speed Queen App, load $ on it from credit or debit card, which is really helpful. Use the app and pick which machine you are using and then on your phone, next to the machines number, will be the time left for each machine. If you need to add money, do it from your phone. Quarters are also accepted.

I am a Speed Queen app user which makes using the washers and dryers very convenient for me. Unfortunately I am having to come weekly for now and I make sure to come every Sunday because I know Rhonda will be here to greet me with a friendly smile. She is such a delight. Since day one when I came in she came right up to me and helped me get set up on the app and explained how to use the machines and made me feel at home right away and for that I give them 5 stars and won’t go anywhere else. Sure they have a problem with some homeless people outside but they are working on handling it. It’s a problem nationwide people.

Dryers are 1.75 for 30 min where at other places you can dry for less time and that is the only bad thing about the place. All the machines look new and none are out of order. There was staff presence as well.

Great cleaner! I take my work suits and my daughter's karate uniform in regularly. Prices are fair but I'm sure there are cheaper places.
I've never been disappointed. If you have your clothes in there before 9 am, you can pick up after 5 pm the same day.
She also does mending. One of our sofa cushions ripped at the seam, we took it in and she mended it so well, you couldn't tell it ever ripped.
The drive through pick up is great. She brings the clothes to your car and hangs then inside. You never have to get out of your car.

Do not use this business!! Especially for alterations. Tells you things are “too hard” and they will not do “complicated” alterations when the alteration is a typical task for a seamstress. Also does not have seamstress in house, which is very unhelpful for needed alterations. Go somewhere else and save your time!

Not sure why this place isn't rated higher.  I have been going here for 4 years for my dry cleaning of my work clothes.  Never once had a bad experience.  Everyone that has worked there has always been kind and professional.  I moved to Holly Springs over a year ago but I still make the 30 minute drive to go here every week.  Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought a suit jacket in to be dry cleaned and when I got it back, there was a hole in the back. When I brought the jacket back to ask what happened, I was told, “It was MY problem, not theirs”. When I asked to have it fixed, I was told I would have to pay. This is a great place! Whenever I go to a dry cleaner in the past you walk in, it’s usually dingy looking and not very clean and so so customer service that barely can say hi, how are you. Not this place! The first thing you notice is how clean and great the place looks! Then they are so very nice to you and on top of that, they are with the times! You get a text when your clothes are ready along with the price. I love that and every time I’ve dropped off something, it’s been back before the estimated day. I’m new in town and this was the third place I tried and now will be the only place I go to!

Very poor craftsmanship. I dropped off a pair of dress slacks to be dry clean and they burned lines into them and said that it was just the. material and that it will come out. Needless to say it didn’t come out and they ended up having to pay to replace my pants. On another visit, I dropped off a jacket to have a simple under the arm seam sewn back together.  I paid $15 for about a dollars worth of thread which was OK but she didn’t repair it. It still needed work so I returned it and they gave it back to me again and it still was not correct. My grandmother was a seamstress for 25 years and the level and quality of that work was horrible for her to only tell me in a text message that my jacket was cheap. How expensive does any jacket need to be in order to complete a simple seamstress repair.  Poor work and an unprofessional excuse is all I got for my $15.

I would stay away from this place at all cost especially if you need seamstress or alteration work done.

I took a comforter in for its first cleaning had ticket for pickup and pickup was delayed however not an issue I then returned was able to grab bag with comforter nicely folded and returned home well here we are time to change bedding again and to open bag and reveal that the comforter picked up has several holes and burn marks on it even the tag is burnt to the point that it is hard like plastic I reached out to contact the cleaners and explain what I just noticed for her to answer and tell me she don’t know sorry and hang up on me I honestly believe mistakes can happen and it can be fixed but to rudely hang up in someone face is just utterly total disrespect

Great prices and relatively quick service and never had a problem before today. Dropped a brand new shirt to be laundered and pressed and came back with a stain that wasn’t present prior to dropping it off. They attempted to remove the stain (they created) and could not do so. After asking for a credit for future dry cleaning, they proceeded to then say the stain was already present. When asking to speak to the manager, he promptly played dumb and sent his wife back out to basically say just deal with it. I will just take my business elsewhere seeing this establishment has zero “Accountability”

BEWARE! I am new to the area and went there to get a pair of pants sewn. I had been told that they over charge men compared to women going in for the same thing. Which is normally reverse. I needed a seam about 1in sewed, it was twice the price of where I normally go. I dropped it off Thursday and was supposed to be ready Friday the next day. I couldn't make, so I went in on Monday as they are closed Sunday. They could not find my pants and both the man and woman keep asking if I picked it up Friday. I asked them if it showed in their computer that it had been picked up and paid for? They told me no!  Finally the lady went into the changing room and pulled out my pants wadded up, and they had not been mended yet. She was handing them to me asking if I still needed them fixed. She sewed them real quick and then still wanted full price. Any where else would have cut it in half or given it for free. She took $1 dollar off .
Point of this is review is they will lose your stuff and over charge you especially if you are a Male. I would not recommend that anyone cross the threshold of their door.

I needed a comforter cleaned and repaired. The repair was fine, however, the same stains were on it and it smelled worse than when I dropped it off. They stated it was cleaned but I have no idea how it was.

This place has the best consumer service and the quality of work is consistent. I pass 2-3 other cleaners just to get here. I am very well pleased at all services at this location.
