It's a public laundromat, people.  You can't expect it to be spic&span clean all the time.  This is a nice place.  Relatively quiet as long as it isn't packed.  I recommend going any day before noon.  Especially on Sunday.  I feel like you could wash & dry clothes once a week here  cheaper than you could do it at home.

We did our laundry here, its very expensive, but they have some huge washing mashines (you've heard of triple loaders, they have an 8-loader...i easily could have crawled inside it). Its very small, and busy, and some dryers will eat your money. The non-working ones are not marked and there are no employees to help or get your money back.

Fed a $20 bill into the change machine. Gave me a $1 in quarters and then said out of service. No contact number posted anywhere. On purpose? Who knows. Beware

WORST EXPERIENCE

First visit, we took my husband's shirt and pants.  Button was missing from the shirt, and leg hem was completely gone.  First experience didn't go so well, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt.  Wrong decision.

Took my wedding dress in to get dry cleaned and boxed.  When I went to pick it up the first time, it wasn't boxed.  Second time I went to pick it up, it was boxed, and they dropped it from 10 feet above and expected me to take the dress.  The drop dented the box, and the dress became off-centered and the skirt became wrinkled.  I told them they needed to box it again.  Third time I went to pick it up, you will see the end results in my pictures.  They didn't put it in a new box.  They didn't center it.  They didn't fix the wrinkles.  It also appears that they put the box in a hail store because there at 8+ dents in the top.

At this point, I didn't feel comfortable with my wedding dress being in their hands and just took it home.

I don't trust these people to handle my clothes.  Also, when I asked about the dents in the box, they said that "boxes crease."  My dog would do a better job dry cleaning than they do.

Save your money and give other dry cleaners a chance.  As I've discussed this with people around town, I've found they had bad experiences here so far.  This isn't a one time thing; this is their way of work.  Bad service and bad results.

I took my daughter's wedding dress in on Tuesday telling them I needed it back Friday for the wedding on Saturday.  There was a bad spot on that absolutely had to come out.  They discussed with me needing to clean the entire dress so there was no watermark from spot cleaning.  I received a call where I was told they did not fully clean the dress because of so much beading, BUT the ugly spot was gone and no watermark!!!!  They also steamed out her veil!!!  My daughter was radiant on her special day!  Thank you Strato's!!!  We will be bringing the dress, veil, and groom's vest back to you one more time to be preserved!  Your service was impeccable!

First time using their services and they did an outstanding job. Took my uniform to get pressed, and was very satisfied. Would recommend.
