I have been coming here for years. Not really an issue until recently. One of the shirts I got clean a few times before bled in certain spots. They said  nothing when I picked it up. Usually they would call me or flag it if there was an issue.

When I took it back, they basically said oh well and said we can only try to clean it again. “It’s nothing we can do”. So now I have a ruined $100 polo shirt and a “sorry”

I have seen clothes bleed before. It’s in random areas. The bleed on my shirt was in very specific areas and consistent, which makes me think something happened during their process that was different and they neglected to tell me that they screwed it up.

This is a really bad way to treat your repeat customer. Especially with your higher prices and longer turnaround times.

Absolutely no accountability or desire to make it right.

I always enjoy bringing my clothes to Snow Cleaners.  The staff is consistently pleasant and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of their work is top-notch. My clothes come back perfectly pressed and impeccably clean every time!

This was my second experience with this cleaners and they were friendly and service was excellent. I recommend them if you want great service.

I've been  during  business for over  20 years. They are very professional  and dependable.

I will NEVER patronize this cleaners again.  I put three T-shirts one polo shirt, two pair short sweats and two pair short pants just to be pressed and they charge me $42.84.  Please stay away from this cleaners. They used to be very good with pricing, now the prices are outrageous.look at the two receipts. One is for $41.39 and the other one is for $42.84 interesting huh!
