Dropped off 1 pant and 1 shirt today to be cleaned and pressed today. Asked if they could have items ready same day as this is usually hard to come across. The young lady assured me that they could have everything ready by 02:00 PM, and they did! Items clean, pressed, and creased perfectly. Being law enforcement this is very important. I really appreciate you guys and would recommend anyone with anything to entrust Bunn’s to take care of it!

Questionable on the service. I called first and asked if they do steam press, young lady advised "yes bring it in and we'll take care of it." I arrived and hour later and a older lady advised me "if it's not in by 930am we don't take service" I ask if I could leave it for a day I was in no rush to get it back but she refused service anyway. What changed from the phone call to seeing me in person? All love. I'll just simply take my business elsewhere 👍🏾🤎

I dropped of my ROTC uniform and when I had to get it I realized it looked brand new so they did a good job.

I was really disappointed when I got home to learn my shirts didnt have starch and my sleeves did not have creases in them. I took over 40 button up shirts here for nothing. I wasted my hard earned money on something that I could have used doing something differently.  For future reference I guess you have to ask for starch and creases in your shirts.  Totally disappointed. Will NEVER go back.

Absolutely unacceptable! I brought in a suit, shirt and two ties to be cleaned. I needed the pants hem lowered as well.
This was on a Wednesday. I explained that I needed them done in time for a funeral on Sunday.
The lady, I believe she was the manager, said alterations normally took five days but assured me that she could have everything by Friday. I would not have left them otherwise.
There was also the concern of impending winter weather on Friday, again assured that they would be ready.
Since I drive by daily I stopped in on Thursday afternoon on the off chance they might be ready. Again I was assured that they would be ready on Friday.
Friday comes with snow and they are closed due to snow in spite of the roads being open and driveable.
Saturday I arrive to pick up what was supposed to be ready the day before.
Total disaster! Not ready and while I was a little warm I remained calm when I was told that it was impossible for them to be done that day.
It went downhill from there.
I asked for my clothes to be returned so that I could seek an alternative service. That's when the two ladies working got really rude. They said the the pants wouldn't be ready until the 15th. Wednesday of the next week, and weren't even in the building.
After much searching and about 30 minutes they located the coat, pulled the shirt still wet out of the wash and finally the two ties. I asked for the pants to be delivered or tell me where to go pick them up. That got even more nasty comments. Eventually they located the pants with hem lowered but not cleaned or pressed.
I don't know what sort of goat rope they are running here but it's obvious they can not be trusted to speak the truth and stand behind it.

First and last time and I highly recommend that no one should ever use this service

Addendum;

A follow up to this review. A day or so later I received a rather nasty text message from someone claiming to be the owner. She claimed that I was out of line to expect my suit to be done on time as promised and that I was rude to her employees when it was her employees who were rude, particularly the younger one who snapped off at me first.
Evidently the problems at this establishment go right to the very top.
