DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!

I have taken clothing to Cents-ible Cleaners for about 4 years. It seems that over the last couple of years the cleaning has gotten worse. Our clothing has come back with spots like it was splashed with something and whatever it is won't come out. I took my husband's wool coat there in March with lint on it and I asked that they get the lint off of it. I literally tried picking it up at least 4 times until July when they finally told me that they had to change the filter on the machine to try to get it all off. But this is the very last time I'll be taking anything there. I just noticed one of the shirts I recently picked up. My husband wore this shirt one time to dinner. I took the shirt, along with 5 other shirts and 5 dress shorts to be cleaned. All of the shirts except one came back fine. This shirt had spots that they tagged as "special attention", meaning they were unable to get them out. Instead of bringing it to my attention when I picked it up, they just took my money and sent me on my way. How "Cents-ible" is that? There was another white shirt that wasn't damaged, so what happened? These spots or stains aren't in an area where he may have gotten food on it and I know they would've been noticeable when he put the shirt on, so I know they weren't on the shirt prior to him wearing it. I spent $51+ only to have one of my items stained and not able to be cleaned or worn again. Thank you so much for ruining the shirt, you all did an AMAZING job!

Terrible service. Time after time I continue to bring my Dress shirts, Make a point on asking for starch. Time and time again without any  starch.  Some items  doesn’t even appear to be cleaned. Shirts Returned burnt  on their press, Excuse is that they must be old. Not only will they not credit you, For destroying your clothes and for not  having you made an effort., there are hidden extra Environmental charges. Overall, terrible place to bring your fine clothes . They do not stand behind their work, nor would you be credited for anything damaged?. Beware

I own a professional catering business. I dropped off seven monogrammed aprons and a party dress that I had wore to my daughter’s wedding. They charge me  upfront went back in a week to pick them up.. They could not find them said that someone else had picked them up. I assured them that they hadn’t that I had a copy of my receipt and what I had dropped off. I was all but called a liar. I told Chris, the owner that I had $350 in the aprons $250 in the dress would he make it good? And he accuse me of extorting money from him! Two years later this week, One of their employees Found my dress and aprons, I confronted him about them, And he assured me it wasn’t at his fault, He can’t help what his employee does!!!! I asked him at least give me the money back on the laundry, which was $84 And they still had the ticket on them where I Paid that amount, He told me eight dollars was fare! Beware, When you leave your items here, it’s a gamble when you’ll get them back!!!

Just. Don't. Do. It!  They have RUINED Two pairs of pants and one shirt within the last year. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I am leaving this because of my husband He put in a brand new suit that was just supposed to be pressed. Apparently it was too high and inside the pocket it’s stain the outside of the pocket and then they say they can clean the soup jacket, of course and it seems to me. The jacket looks faded. They do not want to pay for a new suit which my husband went to purchase a new suit which he already had a new suit. I feel that they need to reimburse him back. His money was Farris fair times a hard right now. For everyone. Our son is getting married in several weeks This is why mainly Why he needed the suit I am so deeply disappointed at this time right now my husband is very Stand up guy Who believes in people doing the right thing but in this times People will take advantage of you, but I’m not gonna allow that to happen to my husband. Business is business never had a problem with these people before Until now, heartbroken

It gets the job done, but we could definitely use a very nice laundromat in Hiram/Dallas. Bathroom is out of order. Dispensers are out of order. Change machine has always worked. no TV and no sink.

Went to this location to wash an oversize rug and king size bed bedspread. They had one large washer. It was $8.75 to do a-load. I I had difficulty with my coins going in to the slot. I was up to eight dollars when I couldn’t get any more coins to go into the slot, the button to get it to refund my coins would not work. There was no one there to talk to. I called the number that was on a poster on the wall. I even sent a text message. Nobody responded to my message so I am out over eight dollars in quarters. I drove another 3 miles to J&M laundry what a change they had several washers that were oversized and all of them were in working condition and took my coins with no issues. Don’t go here unless you want to lose your money.   Go to J&M coin laundry you will be happy, there the machines are more up-to-date and are in working condition.

Not very clean at all, and we saw a roach. It’s affordable but don’t recommend personally

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here on and off to do our laundry for the last few years. It’s by far not the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to, but it gets the job done. It is rather small and it can get crowded on busy days. The A/C either doesn’t work or can’t keep up with the amount of heat the machines let off, so it not super comfortable to hang out in there especially during the summer. Regulars are pretty messy. Dryer sheets just get left on the floor a lot of times and the place can get kinda trashy, but the washers and dryers work well. I would suggest smelling them before you put your clothes in cause sometimes they do smell, but more often than not they’re fine. Do I wish there was something nicer close by? Yes, but this place works in a pinch and is at least close to home.

I just walked in here to start drying my clothes.  This is the first time I have been inside here to use their facilities.  So far , so good.  Folks commenting about how the place is messy or nasty and that's because the prior customers don't throw their trash 🗑️ in the trash cans.  Folks just drop their stuff on the floor and won't pick them up.  It's a good place and the mess is mainly because of customers.  Nice place to do your clothes.  👍.

Brought a Loewe jean shirt in to get altered however wasn't expecting much from the experience. What I was met with blew my mind. Not only was the service amazing, timely and completely pleasant the alterations were done beautiful and the shirt fit me better than expected. 10/10 I will always recommend !

First Monday 6/3 I drop my WEDDING dress off just for a steam press. The lady at the store said she could do it. I come to pick it up on wed 6/5 and then she tells me she’s waiting on the guy I thought was weird when I dropped it off at her store. So I waited he comes drops off my dress to her in a plastic bag. I get it home take the bag off to realize my dress in not steamed it is in fact still wrinkled. I express that I’m not satisfied, over the phone she tells me “what do I want to do I called her to complain know what do I want her to do”! So I tell her I want a full refund and she tells me the guy needs to see it to give her money back for his work. I take my dress back just so he can see what I saw and anyone with eyes that my dress was not steamed. I go to pick it up and she tells me she’s not giving me a Full refund because the guy did what he was supposed to. Below will be pictures of what he did. The guy who does their steaming told me to hush as he was telling me what he did. Both were completely unprofessional and I expressed to her that she shouldn’t have given my dress to anyone else when the outside of her store says wedding dresses! She also didn’t let me know she lets others do her steaming jobs, had I known they would not have gotten my business. The husband finally stepped in and told her to give me a full refund. I’ll never go here again and I hope no one needs their wedding dress done , because they don’t do that there no matter what the outside window says!! I should’ve known when she kept telling my dress is too long , because if she couldn’t handle my dress the outside should say just short dresses!! Need I mention again this is my wedding dress and my wedding is in 8 days!!! Pictures below of the work I paid for!!

They did an exceptional job removing black stains from my white pants... awesome job!  I would definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs.

Service is great very kind and nice. I had a cushion that was very dirty and when I went to a cushion specialist he said it was 100$ but here they said they would do it for much cheaper so I went and do it here. The lady in there made sure my designer cushion was kept clean.

Horrible experience! I took in a quilt and comforter that are irreplaceable! I paid $100 for the quilt at a major craft a store, over fifteen years ago and it’s very special to me. I had already washed it and put fabric softener in it, so it smelled fresh and clean. I repeatedly told her NOT to wash it!  All I wanted were a few holes mended and where some of the patchwork seams were coming apart, to be sewn back together. Everything was noted on the ticket. (‘No dry clean. Mend holes only. Paid.) When I arrived to pick it up, it was in a plastic bag, so I could tell that it had been dry cleaned. When I pulled the plastic off, it no longer smelled of Downy but smelled like chemicals. I was furious! I tried to discuss it with her and all of a sudden she acted like she no longer spoke English. Which is funny, because my husband had been using her for over ten years and there was never any language barrier with him. Secondary to that, the chemicals bleached the color out of the back of the blanket and NONE of the repair work had been done. Holes were still there. She refused to fix them unless I paid her again! (I had pre paid my ticket and had it in hand.) I’ll be honest….it ended in a screaming match and a tug of war back and forth, across the counter like two kindergartners! Next is my beautiful ($350) and also irreplaceable comforter that was literally ‘melted’ within some of the seams. And still has stains on it!!
I told her I was not paying for it again either. The ticket clearly showed it was paid and she tried to say that wasn’t her handwriting. My son is up there right now, trying to pick up a suit he needs for court tomorrow and she can’t seem to locate it. Unfortunately, he had taken it in, before knowing what happened to me. It’s a custom suit that we paid $250 for. She never offered a resolution, she never offered my money back….nothing. At this point, I am having to dispute everything with my credit card company. I will NEVER step foot back in this place again.

Second time I’ve paid to have pants altered and they can’t seem to do it.
Brought in three pair to be altered from 33 1/2” length to 31” length only one pair got altered but charged for all three.
I will go across town to find a reputable cleaner.

I was pleased with my clothes cleaning. I was not told before hand that it would be $20+ more than the time before with the same exact items 4 pants and 7 shirts. She said it was because of the size she charges $3 more per shirt.

Terrible experience here brought 4 shirts and a pants here. Picked up the clothes and all the shirts shrinked. Haven’t tried the pants on yet. I came in with one of the shirts on so she can see and all she could say is they never shrink, she asked me to bring in the other shirts and I tried on that she picked out so she could she and it was just like the others. Don’t bring your clothes here I came here because of location But the lady didn’t want to take ownership of what happened while they were in here possession. Now I’m out of 4 shirts and maybe a pants.

I had a jersey resized and they double charged me for the work. I showed them when the charge was made and the man was insistent on running my card again stating it didn’t go through. I let them run my card again(dumb on my part) and both charges went through. I provided proof and they still wouldn’t pay me my funds back. Now i have to dispute the charge which is going to take forever and on top of that they ruined my jersey. I will never recommend them or ever go there again…..

Do NOT do business with this cleaner! I took a brand new jumpsuit in for her to replace the zipper and she put a shorter zipper on it and sewed up the rest of it and made it impossible for me to fit into my jumpsuit. I took it back for them to repair and she wanted to charge me again for her sloppy job! DO NOT GO THERE! Bad business! Her husband was in it with her and wouldn't make right what they wronged!

Don't recommend this place. The lady was also not very friendly when I got there to pick up my jacket, not good customer service skills.

I have a friend who's daughter is recently divorced with two children and no job at the moment!! My wife had a nice winter coat that was too small so we're giving it to her!! It was a bit dirty and dry clean only so my wife took it in, explained the situation to her and the price went from $30 to $20!!!
These people are great if you take time and make sure they know what you need!!
