Love this place!! I was in search of a cleaners with a one day turn around for a black dress with chiffon sleeves. The owners were incredibly nice! His wife even gave me tips on how she could alternate the sleeves to look more appealing and match the bottom of the dress. Worth the drive!

My washer has been broken waiting on the replacement parts for about three weeks now. Full time student and full time job had no time to get three weeks worth of laundry done. The staff here was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did laundry by the pound. Washed, folded and even stored in clear plastic bags so I could tell what was what when I got it home. They cleaned King sized comforter and even had it in its own clear zipped storage bag like it came in when I bought it. Had accumulated about 66 lbs of laundry, dropped it off on Tuesday around 3 PM  it was ready as promised next day by 5:00 PM. The price was reasonable and well worth the time it saved me. They even helped me carry it all out to my car and load it up. Very pleased with the way everything turned out and I will certainly be using them from now on

Horrible customer service! I have dedicated 8 years to Chick-fil-a so I know what good customer service is. I am having to take my comforter back because after opening it, I found it is not clean. But I will not be going back here. Also the bag I dropped my comforter off in, the original bag it came in, I was told I could not have it back because it was torn. I explained the bag was in great condition when I dropped it off just 3 days prior. And then the lady proceeded to tell me she torn my nice quality bag and gave me her plastic cheap bag in return! I have had my comforter dry cleaned in several different locations and was always given my original bag back. I will never be going back here!!

I won't be going back to this cleaners. His prices are too high. He wanted to charge $40 for six pair culottes with starch. I thought that was ridiculous.  Without it was $36. I am a first time customer and brought a white linen suit in to be cleaned I only wore once with no stains,  really only needed pressing but I paid to get it cleaned. Unfortunately it was ruined, the color was no longer white with discoloration all over. I still gave 3 stars because despite the ruined suit the owner made it right and compensated me for the suit. It may not have been the full cost but I felt he had the integrity to do the right thing. That showed he has good business practices and that is rare nowadays!

With most dry cleaning services you have to typically choose between service, quality of work, and price. Here, you get the best of all three.

I hardly write reviews for places but felt like it was necessary for Pro Care Cleaners. Was in a pinch to get a police uniform dry cleaned for a ceremony. Reached out to Pro Care and was met with amazing customer service over the phone and even better in person. I was able to get the uniform dry cleaned within the short timeframe and it looked fantastic! I couldn’t recommend this business enough for your dry cleaning needs!

This place is just bad. Had my pants hemmed and take a look at the pic to see what they gave me. Horrible. I had to go to another cleaners across the street to have it done right.  Also, They don't turn on the A/C in the summer so it's 100 degrees inside. Why would they do this to customers. I tried to support my fellow West Indians but this is unacceptable. The manager is very nice however I will not go back. Neither should you.

Unfortunately, I have to take legal action against Smart Care Cleaners and its Owner Jimmie. It’s sad it has come to this.

In July, Smart Care Cleaners destroyed a very expensive Louis Vuitton Shirt of mine (see images attached). Over the past 4 months I have tried to reason with Smart Care Cleaners owner Jimmie. Jimmie refused to compensate me for my shirt. I gave him every opportunity to pay for the shirt. I provided him with the receipt and all I asked was for him to compensate me what I paid. The shirt is sold out at Louis Vuitton and can not be re-purchased.

I’ve attached original images of the shirt should look like as well as the original damage caused and the attempt to paint over the damage. The owner is in the images as well.

It is very sad I have to take legal action. Because Jimmie would not respond to my text or calls, I went to the store on 11/7/25 to reason with him once more. Jimmie laughed off my attempt to receive compensation. Therefore, I have taken legal action.

As a public figure, my image and brand included style and fashion. This has caused irreparable damage to my band and image and trying to paint over the damage so I wouldn’t notice it, was very disrespectful and even more damaging to my brand.

Again, DO NOT SUPPORT SMART CARE CLEANERS. They do not respect customers valuable items and WILL NOT accept responsibility when they damage your items.

Mecho ia the absolute best! I came in for a last minute fix on two dresses, and she came through in only 4 hours. Jimmy was also amazing. He helped us with dry cleaning two suits last minute. Broke all the buttons on my suit. When I confronted him about it he made it seem like it was my fault and was combative. He then started saying disrespectful things in Korean, without knowing I spoke Korean. Very disrespectful and unaccountable. Best dry cleaner in my opinion. One of my hoodies was stained and I went to a different dry cleaner and they couldn't fix the stain and charged me a huge price. This dry cleaner was cheaper and they even managed to get rid of the stain that a different place couldn't fix. Highly recommend!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I brought in a dress to be pressed/steamed, and when I picked it up, NOTHING had been done. It looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. When I politely brought this up to the owner, instead of taking accountability, he was completely nasty and rude. No professionalism, no customer service, just attitude.

This business takes your money and delivers NOTHING. The owner’s attitude alone is reason enough to never step foot in here. They should be embarrassed to even call this a “dry cleaner.”

Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your money or time. There are plenty of dry cleaners who actually know how to treat customers and do the job right—this is NOT one of them.

I haven’t used them for services, but they should update their hours.  It shows that they open at 8am on Google, but when I got there at 8:06am, the “OPEN” sign was off and there were employees working inside, but I got to the door to find a sign listing temporary hours, where they aren’t opening unit 9am. Not sure I will go back since this was an inconvenience to me.

I must say this is an exceptional dry cleaners. I called on a Monday around 5:30pm to see if they could clean my college graduation dress. Rosa assured me if I brought it in she could give a time estimate on the dry cleaning. I brought my dress in that day @ 6:30pm and was able to pick it up the next day @ 3pm for $15. It was freshly pressed and looked beautiful. I had a small breakdown but Rosa helped me and assured me I would look beautiful in my dress. Thank you Rosa! Everyone loved my dress! I felt like a princess. GREAT SERVICE!

I've been utilizing 786 Hello Laundry's pickup and delivery service for the past couple of months and I couldn't be any more pleased with the quality of service that I've received thus far. The entire process, at least for my pickup location, takes 48-hours or less and I'm informed via email (or text) regarding the progress of each step in that process. It is so nice to have great smelling, freshly folded clothes dropped off at my door. All that remains is for me to transfer the clean clothes to my closet / clothes drawers. This is one of those fantastic, quality of life improving services that I wish I had taken advantage of years ago. Thank you!

They picked it up, advocated for me with their dry cleaning provider, and ultimately decided to wash it in-house instead, in order to save me money. On top of that, they surprised me with a new client discount I wasn’t expecting. I had been stressed trying to figure out how and where to get the rug cleaned, but they turned it into a smooth, worry-free experience. I haven’t been here in years but my washer went out a month ago. So I came back since it’s close to my home and the upgrades are tremendous and it was great customer service. Everything electric but if you have cash they will assist you. New machines even bigger ones and they offer a pick and delivery wash and fold. My first time back in years and we love it.
