Took my $10 and haven’t heard back from them yet. I called the number on the website. None of the cars readers worked. If this is new management we already need a new manager. Update: The man called later that night. I got my refund and plan on coming here in the future. Nice people. Honest. Thank you.

Was in ATL on business and needed 2 shirts(one with food stains) laundered pressed and ready in just 24 hours.  A hearing a few ‘can’t do its’ from other cleaners in the area, called Goodcent.  The very nice lady who answered(sorry, didn’t get her name) said they could do it.  Dropped them off to her shortly after the call. Both were cleaned, pressed and ready to pick up, as promised and on time, the next day.  Prices were very fair and the lady behind the desk(who had also answered the phone the day before) was a pleasure to deal with.
All businesses should be this good.

This place is horrible! Don't believe the reviews. They act like they don't like black people to begin with and then on top of that they wanted to charge extra for a sweatshirt saying that it wasn't a shirt. Huh?!
Five star reviews are usually fake and they don't deserve your business if you're a person of color because if you are a person of color they don't like you. They just like your money

My daughter turned me on to Pio's. I hate ironing and will bring items here for a press. However, my daughter had a sweatshirt that she had messed up and asked them to clean it. The stains got lighter instead of being removed. Luis offered to pay for the damage, but my daughter declined because she didn't think the sweat shirt could be saved anyway.  I appreciated that they were willing to reimburse her for the sweatshirt even though it was nothing they could have done to save it.  I loved their customer service and have been coming ever since. Now my other daughter uses them as well. We are a black family. I could care less about someone's race as long as they treat me with respect.

My dad has been coming here to get his more formal clothes cleaned for years. I remember coming here with him as a kid to pick up his clothes on a pretty consistent basis, and to this day, he always speaks very highly of the owner and this place. Recently, I've started coming here to get my comforter clean - I come in, drop it off, and get it back within a couple of days - no hassle. Because of the pandemic, I haven't had a need to get any of my business clothes cleaned, but once I'm back at the office, I can definitely see myself using this place consistently as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable cleaner! I don't think there's any in the area that's as good as this place!

I have been taking my clothes here for years and I have never had any problems with respect or the way they clean my clothes. I am sorry you're so angry you want to bad month a person's business. But that is not the way to handle your dispute.  I give this cleaner's a 5 star because they are good at what they do. I have gone to others, but not other places compared to Pio's Cleaners.
