Majik Cleaners  has been my dry cleaner since 2007.   I love their services and even though I have moved from the immediate area.  We still drop our items off.

We just moved here from Portland, Oregon almost 4 months ago. Still getting all moved in. We needed our new curtains pressed. This was the first time we hired Magik Touch. I met Jay the owner. Jay is a wonderful man, very nice, classy, very accommodating. I am so appreciative of a good person like him. His team did a excellent job on making our drapes look fabulous. Quickly done in a few days, more than fair what we were charged. Thank you Jay for taking good care of us. Jay and his team at Magik Touch are highly recommended by us! No one has reached out yet about our missing shirt.
This is written 2 weeks since my original review. I have left messages, and I still haven't received any responses or any return phone calls. I have still not been given back the article of clothing(original drop off was on ~December 20th).

Brought in 3 pieces of clothing a week and a half before I needed it, and they lost a shirt we needed for my father's funeral.  At first, they seemed to want to correct the situation. And offered to drive the garment to us when they found it. "Rina...sp?" Called me from her cell phone and said she would be in contact when she figured it out. I called several days later after the funeral, and she still has not returned my call.

I have used this cleaners once before to clean a comforter years ago.  Never went back because the price was crazy to me.  Decided to try them again recently just to press some items.  Well I’ve learned that pricing isn’t the biggest issue! Now two of my items are ruined and the others look the same as when I dropped them off. I can see where they ‘attempted’ to press the items. I mean it is very clear. Because of all the creases everywhere!  And why don’t they know where to place the dry cleaner tag so as not to place holes in a shirt!  The placement matters depending on the type of shirt and the material.  Ugh. Never again. Do not recommend.

I used this dry cleaning service three times and will never went back. First visit you have to pay upfront for your cleaning services.
Second visit was okay. Third visit they held one of my garment for a week because they messed up the fabric.I was told I would receive a phone call when my dress is ready no one called me.  They were not apologetic when I went back to pick up dress. It felt like they were doing me favor.

I put a coat in to be dry cleaned and they just hung it on a hanger, did not clean, steam, press or even bother to button the coat properly. Still wrinkled, still stale smelling. I paid them for a hanger and some plastic. Won’t be going back.

They cleaned my comforter like new, only took a few days...it didn't cost an arm & a leg.

Took a dress to be hemmed, they charged me $40 to hem a dress and didn't even do it right. The hem was uneven,  they cut entirely way more than I asked. Will never set foot here again. Dress useless now and can't be worn.  Wasted my money and ruined my dress

I have been very pleased with the customer service and the cleaning. I was impressed (and didn't think anyone) by the spills on a suede jacket, removed and like new. Always on time and always pleasant!!

Recently took two linen shirts (same brand) in two separate trips to this cleaner with 30-40 other pieces. The shirts were actually dropped off in different loads. I got the first linen shirt back in the first drop off and it was ruined. I didn't say anything and left their "not our fault" tags on. Yesterday I picked up another load and they ruined yet another shirt of the same fabric (linen) and brand, just a different color. I now had proof that they had ruined the same shirt twice. I have dropped off close to probably 200 items total since using them. Thought they were convenient being close to Publix and my house but DO NOT drop off your nice garments here or they could get ruined. The worst part was the owner suggested it was my fault and did nothing to offer assistance for the damage. One of the employees suggested turning the shirt into a cutoff to hide the damage. I'm dumbfounded that they didn't offer to discount or replace the items after the obvious evidence. I told them to keep the shirts they ruined and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Drive the extra distance and use another cleaner, especially if you have nice suits and shirts.
