Brought in 2 lab coats to be cleaned. It was nice to have them ready in 2 days. However, when I went to go pick them up, the price was almost $40! I've never paid so much for dry cleaning including formal dress wear! There is still a dark spot on my sleeve but otherwise, they were pressed appropriately. I will not be coming back due to the extremely high price.

Tessa is absolutely amazing!!! I was in desperate need of her services ASAP and she made it work. Backstory; I received my bridesmaid dress back from alterations damaged with a MASSIVE grease stain. I know, talk about anxiety! I was two days away from flying out to be in my best friends wedding and I was freaking out about how I was going to get this grease stain out of my dress. Tessa didn’t promise she’d be able to get it out, but she did promise to provide great care, and try her absolute best. Sure enough, the stain was about to come out and a disaster was avoided! They took my dress shirts for launder ling and pressing, then without notification they charged me over double for some of them because they “required hand pressing.”  $5.50 a shirt!  They said that because they contain a certain type of material they can’t be used in the standard press. These years are at least 3-5 years old and have been laundered and pressed at several other dry cleaners and I was never told this or charged this ridiculous rate. Sorry, but it sounds like a complete scam. If a service is going to be different and cost double than quoted, you should call the customer for approval.  Imagine if it were a vehicle repair or home repair. They aren’t going to charge double without notifying the customer. Bad business and I won’t be going back!  I recommend you stay away, too.

This is not a recommendation - it is a beware message.  I took a new skirt that I had worn for 3 hours to the cleaners. There was a very small hairspray spot near the hem and because I loved the skirt and it was new I decided to have it cleaned professionally. It came back with a large discolored (almost bleached out) spot about the size of a fist half way up the skirt. They insisted that I had another spot there - probably perfume. I don't wear perfume! In the end, they said there was no way they could have done anything to the skirt - it was me. I left almost in tears. So disappointed - dishonesty and lack of responsibility on their part. Don't take anything you love or treasure to "Best Quality Cleaners". Definitely not the best quality or service.

I had a short fused need to get a suit and sport coat cleaned.  They delivered same day, they look great, and at a great price.  I'll be back.

They appeared have washed my clothes instead of dry cleaning them. Both pair of my pants are completely faded & have shrunken to the point they no longer fit. And they put creases in my pants which causes a fade line the length of my pants. Both pair of jeans cost my over 80$... Now I have to donate them!!!

I’ve used this cleaner twice, . The first time, I was told the cost per shirt was $3. When I dropped off 13 shirts the second time, I expected the same price—$3 per shirt, which should have totaled around $39 plus  tax. Instead, I was handed a receipt for $60!

My wife and I love going to Yun’s for our dry cleaning! We’ve  always gotten our clothes back in a reasonable time and a decent price. The customer service makes it feel like a friend is doing it for us because he always remembers who we are!

I have been going to this cleaner for 6+ years and when I returned from an international business trip I dropped off over 8 items. Now, he claims I never dropped them off and refuses to reimburse me for the loss, which was in excess of $300 as the clothes were purchased for my international trip. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER as he does not stand behind his services.

NO TRUST -- I had my black suit dry cleaned. Next time I went to put it on, the pants were someone else's. When I went back, the man never apologized and tried to say I waited too long to bring the suit back. Is that my fault, or should the business pair up jacket and pants dropped off at the same time? Terrible treatment; I would have acted differently if there was any empathy or regret from this one-man operation.

Came by to pick up my dry cleaning today and I was told rudely that they did not have it. I was also told that their computer never makes mistakes. Owners treated  me like a thief trying to steal size 44 pants. Said it wasn't their problem. I asked to look around for my pants. After a short time I find them.  After driving around for an hour, searching my closet, and genuinely believing I might be wrong. After driving back, still rude, no discount, still insuated I was in the wrong even though they assigned my laundry to a totally different customer. Mistakes happen. Treatment was painful.Never again.

I have been there countless times and yet to say this, they are perfect. I have had no issues with my shirts at all. However, make sure to tell them exactly how much starch you want because they do starch pretty hard.

I sent my sports coat for drying cleaning there. When I tried to wear it after 2-3 weeks, I found several irregular holes and stretch marks on one of the sleeves. I went back to them. They told me the cost was damaged when it was sent to them. They denied any responsibility. They even told me it is moth, which I do not agree.
This coat was custom made. So I sent it to my cloth rep. He told me that it must be the machine in the dry cleaner. He had seen many of this situation. It would not be moth.  Now the coat is with being fixed with the weaver which will cost more than $100.

DO NOT USE this cleaner unless you can check your cloth when you drop off and pick up.

P.S. I would give 0 star if I have a choice.

BTW: The 5 star comment made was the owner herself. LOL.

This place is a joke. I used this"cleaner" twice and the first time I went they broke a button of my import suit, and for some reason I went for the second time for a white shirt. From the moment I called Matthew asked questions that would lead him to advise when it was best for me to bring my dress in and estimated cost for it. Upon bringing my dress, he mentioned that there were some spots that he would try to remove as a courtesy but could not guarantee they would be removed. He explained what would be the process if that was the case and his recommendation. Thankfully, he was able to remove the spots and the dress was ready just as he said it would. Matthew at the Swiss Cleaners did an INCREDIBLE job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress. They really paid attention to detail and successfully got ALL the spots out on the bottom of my dress. And they went extra mile to make sure I could see my wedding dress in person and make sure I was happy with it BEFORE they preserved it. Since I was on my honeymoon, they graciously kept the wedding dress for over two weeks and waited for my inspection upon return.

Brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved. They did such an amazing job. After my wedding, the bottom of my dress looked like it was used as a mop on the dance floor. Swiss made the bottom of my dress look like that never happened and got some wine stains out as well. They even got a super old stain out of the veil that was handed down to me from my mom. Signature has been my dry cleaner for many years. That ended today. Ownership has clearly changed and they have an arrogant, smug child working the drive-thru. I came to pick up my dry cleaning at 2:45 pm; it was scheduled to be ready at 4:00 pm. She told me it wasn't ready solely based on the fact that it wasn't 4:00 yet. I asked her to check. She finally did and it WAS ready. When I suggested that the standard should be to at least check so the customer doesn't have to make two trips unnecessarily, the smugness took over. She just smiled and laughed when I talked about maybe finding a new dry cleaner. I work with small business owners everyday. Employees like this cost businesses money. I have a 9 x 12 washable rug that definitely does not fit in my home washing machine.  I tried Smart Laundry based on the stellar reviews and I was not disappointed. They have plenty of washers in multiple sizes (40 lbs, 60 lbs, 80 lbs) and an equal number of dryers.  They have an app that you use to pay (tip:  the minimum is $10 to load the app so make sure you know how much you need to wash and dry before adding funds to the app). The washer did a fabulous job of washing and spinning the massive and heavy rug.  So much so that the dryer only took 30 minutes. There were plenty of carts available and long stainless steel folding tables. The staff were polite and very helpful.

Great machines. I needed to go here to wash my King-sized comforter. I used the largest washer and it got my comforter nice and clean. The attendant was nice as well. Clean rest rooms. I am satisfied with this place.

I tried this location for the very first time after driving around to multiple locations that did not even look up to par. Elena helped me get started and set up. She made sure that I had the correct machine sizes. While waiting Elena actively cleaned out the dryer vents and ensured all work spaces were neat and clean. They even have a place to charge devices.

The location was clean ALL of the machines worked wonderfully. The areas used to fold your clothes are immaculate. The bins used to carry the clothes were all clean.

There are areas to sit down. Stools to stand on. Parking is easily available. Signage was honest and clear. Most importantly it was quiet and loud music was not blasting through the radio.

I was very impressed and plan on returning.

This used to be my favorite laundromat yet today I had a rather unpleasant experience with one of the employees. I had my comforter in the dryer for an extra 15 mins because it didn’t completely dry. By the time I got back, my comforter was out of the dryer and in one of those communal baskets that everyone puts their dirty laundry baskets in that they’re placing on the floor. When i initially asked who took my stuff out, the employees folding clothes just looked at me. I asked again and one of them finally said it was her. I asked her why she took it out, she said that it was burning, yet there are no burn marks on my comforter and if it were actually burning wouldn’t the dryer be stopped for some time? Mind you, this is a span of just 15 mins. I came back in before my time was up but there was already another load in the dryer I was using. Interesting. I’m PISSED and I never want to deal with this again. I would suggest everyone to just watch your stuff closely and don’t leave the side of your items. Because why would you put my CLEAN items in a dirty basket and then on top of that WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING MY STUFF???????

I been coming here quiet a while, but i love this laundry mat, the workers here are always friendly and welcoming, it has free drying which helps save money, they have a card you have to purchase to use all machine's  its very easy to load, if you have any electronics you are able to charge them and the wifi is great here. They are located  in the plaza on cobb across from campero resturante.

The new WaveMax laundry in Marietta was brand new. Just opened 5 days ago, staff was kind, super helpful and I did 3 loads there within just over an hour. Machines were clean and super efficient. Bonus, they even have free WiFi which was helpful and used during my visit. Would highly recommend and will be back for future laundromat needs.

I used to go to another laundry down street, but all the laundry machines were closed with a tape today, so google took to this amazing laundry. The place is really clean and Martha helped me a lot ( I only brought coins from the other place) so she changed them for me, gave me a card and explained me everything. I didn't even need to ask, she just show that I was a bit confused trying to find out how to pay.

This company is fantastic! Very reliable, and the work the perform is wonderful. We had a pipe burst and flood our entire house. CRDN was there within 24 hours, and out of all the clothes, shoes, and electronics CRDN would be addressing, they let us choose clothes, and etc to have rushed, and delivered to us within 24 hours to the hotel my family was staying in. When we were ready after the contents had been processed, we were allowed a warehouse visit to go through the contents and discard or donate anything  unwanted. CRDN treats their customers like family, and I would recommend them to anyone requiring textile restoration!

This is the best laundromat I have been to in years. Yearsssss! It is well kept and so clean I can sit bare bottom on the toilet seat and be comfortable with it. Jackie does it right, too. She is on top of everything. First time here and I already love her.

Honestly love this laundromat!! All of the machines work so well and fairly quick, and you can use an app instead of coins. Everything is SO clean because Jackie is on top of everything. She is also incredibly sweet and personable and there to help if you have any questions. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a laundromat. :)

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. The bathroom is clean, the place is clean and the staff, Jackie, is very attentive and proactive in the care of not just the machines but the customers as well. It's very family friendly and calm. Been going to Drip Drop Laundry for about 9 months and there’s a Latina lady, Jackie that is nothing less than AWESOME. She’s always cleaning the machines, the lint drawers, sweeping and mopping, doing drop of laundry and helping the customers. ALL AT THE SAME DAMN TIME. The machines actually wash your clothes and it doesn’t take hours for your clothes to be dry.  And the machines are the lowest in this area. This is such a great cleaners. The owner is kind. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed perfectly.  He probably doesn’t remember giving me a box for my wire hangers that I like to return, to the cleaners, but it has travelled with me to a few states and I still have and use it. I’ve returned after years away and it’s the only cleaner’s that I will use.

I left an expensive Croscill comforter with Ritz Cleaners on Dallas Hwy to be DRY cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, the woman at the desk gave me money for a refund, saying I'd been overcharged. The reason, she said, was that they had laundered my comforter instead of dry cleaning it. I told her I had requested dry cleaning. She said that "they" saw the label, and it said to launder, not dry clean, so they were following label instructions.

EXCEPT, I had removed the labels. There was no label to instruct them. They lied. Had I been feeling better, I'd have made her show me the label, but the truth is, this woman is not the one that made the decision to launder my comforter, so why ruin her day? I'm guessing she has to deal with this a lot.

There is another reviewer stating Ritz Cleaners did the same thing to their comforter (and the reviewer said it was ruined as a result). Luckily, mine was not "ruined," but it doesn't look as nice as it did-- kind of worn and old-looking now with some pilling of the fabric. To be fair, I really don't know if it would have come out looking better with dry cleaning, but when it was cleaned last year, it WAS dry cleaned and looked almost new afterward. As the comforter is only 2 years old and used only half the year, I had reasons to expect a better result.

If you REALLY want your item dry cleaned, I suggest you don't go here. They'll do whatever works best for them, no matter your request or what you pay for.

The super kind man who owns the dry cleaners handed over a $20 bill that was found inside my husband’s pants. I was astonished. I had no idea he left cash in his pants and never would have known had the owner kept it. I will never go anywhere else!

Been twice in the past week, dropped a shirt off late in the afternoon and was told that it would be ready after 3pm the next day. Dropped 7 shirts off on Friday and they had them ready to go by saturday. Great work and pretty remarkable prices on dress shirts. $2 - $3 per shirt, I received a better price when I brought 7 shirts in.

Terrible Customer Service! I have clothes cleaned here fairly often (due to their relatively fast turnaround time).I needed to drop a few pieces off and a staff member (an older woman) that I have never encountered was working. When I pulled up, she didn’t provide a greeting whatsoever. No problem. I gave her my phone number while I reached for my clothes in the front seat. She yelled at me “What’s your name?!!”. I said  “ Excuse me.” She yelled in a very belligerent voice, even louder this time “What’s your name?!!!”. I stated plainly to her “You really shouldn’t speak to customers in that manner”, then proceeded to drive off. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for speaking disrespectfully to customers. There are many dry cleaners in the area and customer service goes a long way.

Business sneaks in extra charges and fees hoping you don't notice, then sends you on your way. When you finally realize, he tells you to not come back to store. Story below:

Dropped a few shirts off for $18. After arriving home from picking them up, I noticed I was charged $42. I went back and spoke with the owner thinking this was some sort of accident or mistake. He told me the extra charge was for my shirts being "too slim". I'm a size Large, and by no means a skinny guy, so not still not exactly sure what he was talking about.

Long story short, I kindly offered to pay the original price and be refunded for the extra charges. He told me to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, and to never come back to his store. I'm still blown away a business could be ran like this.

If I could give this a zero star I would do so.  DO NOT do business with Best Cleaners. I will do whatever I can to shut them down. One of my daughters took a dress in there 1.5 weeks ago. They took it in too much in the waist and removed the hook and eye out and didn't replace. When she went back to get it, they promised to fix it and told her to pick up on Monday. She went back in on the day they asked to come in, and they had not worked on it and told her she didn't give them enough time. She told them she would just pay for it and take it (which I thought was generous given they didn't do it correctly in the first place.) They said it would be $80 and then charged her $195. When she told them that is not what they just said, the owner took her dress and said, "This is my dress mine now. You'll need to find another one by Friday." She finally got the dress and left, but PLEASE do not support this business. We are left with a dress that is too tight now and no time to fix it. We gave them the ability to charge the amount they first said, but would not. We disputed the charges and will NOT be paying a dime, but I don't want you our your family to go through what she went through.

I was charged $72 to hem 2 golf skirts.  Not difficult material. Also called and told them right after I dropped them off and they couldn’t quote me a price, that if they were over $20 each to not do them. They never called me back.  Hope their dry cleaning is more reasonably priced.

My experience with Best Cleaners was horrible!!  My wife dropped off and article of clothing to be altered and was given a quoted price for the work.  A couple of days later when she picked up her clothing, the price had increased 8 times the original quote!  When she asked why the dramatic price change the owner of the business came to the front and began to scream at her very loudly.  My wife was frightened be the owners actions and violent language towards her.  She asked for her clothes back and that the owner honors the quoted price.  The owner (Mr. Kim) again shouted at her and said that the only way to get her clothing was to pay the fee.  This was clearly extortion!!! We have never had a business treat us this way and my wife was very scared of Mr. Kim the owner.
Please take caution with this business and the owner (Mr. Kim) they are deceitful and unscrupulous.  I will never return to Best Cleaners and will advise all of my friends and family to stay far away from the business and the owner.  With the way he reacted with a simple business matter, he is clearly unhinged and could strike out at the next customer that has a disagreement with his business.

Dropped off my née police uniforms off to be pressed only. 5 pants and 8 shirts. 98$ at pick up.  Wow !  Thought it was a mistake and returned the following day to ask about price. I should of ask when I dropped them off but I did not. She said that the price is correct and yes they are higher than most places.  My Sargent told me to use his guy from now on. They charge about 35$ to press. I will not use them again.

We have been using Power Cleaners for many years for our dry cleaning. Excellent customer service and quality of care. We've also used them for tailoring and highly recommend.

I was looking for a place just to do a few shirts every week. First of all their price on shirts is a bit high. Second, the shirts are wrinkly, they don't even look good. And third they gave me an attitude because I wanted to use card and didn't have cash. It was $4.20 and I'm sorry I didn't have cash for it but if cash is required that's what they should say. Won't be going back here again I would stay away if I were you.

Horrible service I dropped my kids shirt for their graduation so the lady gave me a price $1.70 each shirt so I dropped 4 shirts 2 for each child to choose one. @the graduation day my husband went to pick up the shirts but they never did it 5 days after I dropped.  They never call me or say anything the lady told my husband the girl gave the wrong price so they didn't do it. So irresponsible so not professional.  They also aways have the rude voice and face always mad....

I've been using Power Cleaners for years for my husband's work clothes. They're always friendly and professional and I think the pricing is very fair.
