I had a bridal corset with some tricky stains that I didn't know how to remove myself, and was too scared to try, because I didn't want to ruin the fabric, or make the situation worse in any way. I read some reviews for this shop, and decided to give them a call about my problem. After explaining the stain over the phone, I was reassured that the stain could be removed if I brought the piece into the store and let them take care of it. So, I brought the corset into the shop and was met with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The shop owner was very reassuring, informative, and confident that she could help resolve my issue. She handled my garment with care, and removed the stains very quickly. She was incredibly kind and I will now be a forever customer. 🤍

When you leave clothes or something there there's no way of calling them because nothing never goes through, their dryers suck they do not dry clothes properly and whenever we try to use pay range the dryers were completely mixed up and constantly moving my clothes I was not satisfied but I promise I will never be going back there again

I'm extremely disappointed with the state of this laundry facility. Most washers and dryers aren't working, yet there's no indication of this. Customers, including myself, are inserting money only to find the machines don't work.

When this place first opened, it was great. Now, it's falling apart. Furthermore, the supervisor has been removing customers' clothes from machines without their knowledge. I won't be returning.

What a bummer! Just last year I was saying that this was the greatest laundromat ever. Now it’s totally gross. Horrible smell. Nothing wiped down. Broken machines without notice that will still take your money. German cockroaches just scattered everywhere when I started a washer.

I’ve been using this laundromat for over a year now and it has def gone downhill. There is a terrible scent now and it hits you as soon as you walk in the door. Smells like something has died inside and its been lingering for over a month now. The machines are constantly broken, the bathroom stays locked and if there is no attendant available you cant use it. Its not fair to the customers who are spending their money here. By far, this is still the best upkeep and most clean laundromat that I have visited recently. When I have comforters or large bath rubs, I will make the trip to Smyrna. This facility was very clean. The bathroom was fresh and clean. Someone needs to be onsite to unlock it for you, and there's a sink with warm water to wash your hands. As you can see, you can choose to sit in your car or sit in the facility. Andrea and her team work hard to keep up this laundromat. Community, please dont ruin it.

Come on in, have a seat. Do your laundry while you rest your feet. Yeah, it’s just that chill in there. The owner is even chiller. Is chiller a word? It is when it comes to Fresh laundry. Until I get my own w/d, this is my place to do laundry. Make it yours.

This place is convenient and the hours are great. I came a couple times because I was too late for another laundry. The 3 loader machine is good for 1 load. The washing machines do NOT have sufficient water. I took pictures & video during wash and rinse cycle. Others have posted pictures too. I have never seen an attendant but there is a number posted. I called before due to the low water level. The attendant showed up and tried to explain to me the low level of water in an empty machine was sufficient for clothes-it was low without any clothes.  The 3 load machine is $4 and $1 is required to dry for 32 minutes.

When my Kenmore washer finally passed on, I brought my laundry here for months. I  pass this laundromat many times and knew it was a safe area. I could see the machines took card and to date the only time I've had an issue with a machine 'eating my money' --(the owner is very good about refunding the money lost, just call the number on the door and give the info and the machine number)-- was when I took too long to hit start, so from that point on I only swipe my card when I'm ready to hit START. Haven't had a problem again.
I was happily surprised there's plenty of carts to use to haul your laundry to and from your car, and the facility is immaculately clean. The washers take 27 minutes, and the dryers are so hot that you can't touch your bed sheets when you first take them out (if you're using HIGH HEAT anyways). I usually bring my own detergent; bleach; softener; etc and the machines always dispense it properly and my laundry always comes out clean. We had an awful mite problem thanks to my dog, and washing here is the only way it got under control, so yes the machines clean and sanitize properly thankfully. The washer brand is Speed Queen and they're basically good to run for a century or more lol, so don't be filled if they seem 'old'.
I don't know how the price compares to other laundromats, but as others have said the staff, the facility, even the restroom(!!!) is all wonderful. I have never felt unsafe here, and I usually go alone. You see all types of people coming here and I think that stands to reason how nice of a facility this is. From the person driving up in their Audi to a homeless man just washing a small load, everyone is always kind and respectful. Similarly, if my dryer load is running late, --note: the doors automatically lock at 10pm--, I usually try to pick up some dryer sheets floating around the floor and put the carts neatly back in the corner for the staff in the morning. It does feel like a nice community place and I try to help keep it the way it was when I leave too. Highly recommend!!

Great local Laundromat. My husband has been getting his shorts laundered here for years. I've had comforters, shirts, dresses, etc all dry cleaned here. I most recently had some roman shades altered here. I bought standard length shades and had Smyrna Silver Cleaner's cut them down to a custom size. It came out beautifully.

We've used these cleaners for years (since the previous owners) and Ms. Nancy is wonderful but we've become disenchanted as of late.  We tried to pick up a big bundle of clothes yesterday for work and travel we have coming up and were told the credit card machine was down.  So our clothes were basically being held hostage.  It's not like they couldn't give them to us and call us when the machine is up to pay then--we're good for it as we spend a couple hundred dollars here per month.  We don't really carry much cash around since it's become such a "cashless society".  We go back today and the machine was still down.  So we had to go out of our way to find an ATM, get cash and circle back to the cleaners.  Just silly and a waste of valuable time.  Not sure we'll be back.

This establishment has been a neighborhood staple for over 25 years, and the previous owners were fantastic. Last year, I brought in a coat for a simple zipper repair. They replaced the entire zipper for a hefty $50. After only three wears, the poorly stitched zipper completely failed. I advised them that I know that it was a year  since the service however, I had military duty that had me away the entire winter and summer and I was only able to wear it again when I returned. I contacted them, explaining the issue and the minimal wear. They initially agreed to fix it at no cost, but now they've reneged on their promise. The new owners are a disgrace to the business's legacy because they refuse to stand behind their work. Their customer service is abysmal as the male on the end argued with me the entire phone call, and their workmanship is even worse. The photos clearly show shoddy stitching, with gaps and loose ends that caused the zipper to unravel. It's obvious they didn't take the time to do the job right. Their incompetence is an insult to the previous owners' reputation."

They never answer the phone. Business hours are unpredictable, and most importantly, THEY OUTSOURCE THE CLEANING! One week turnaround is unacceptable for laundering a shirt. As explained to me after the fact, they ship the clothes out to any one of four local cleaners and deliveries are made Wednesday afternoon at 3PM.

They will not receive my business again.

Steer clear of this Cleaners.  I was recommended by a friend. I took several items to be cleaned gave specific instructions on the starched level, clothes where half cleaned and ironed. The last straw occurred on October 24th. I picked up my brand new dress and advised them to press ..Dress was half pressure and have grease stains and the end of the dress. If you want yours not done right. This is the place for you. My dress is ruin that I have to wear for an occasion on Sunday.

My husband has been using this dry cleaner for years. I just send clothes to be pressed. In July, I had a dress and pants missing when clothes came back. When I went back to ask for them, the owner said there was no way they could have lost them, so I thought maybe I was crazy and had just lost them on a trip or something. Just got them back in October with a July ticket and they acted like we just hadn't picked them up in three months, but my husband goes weekly. Now a brand new shirt is missing, and they just looked at me and shrugged. No offer to replace. Very frustrating, bc it was getting pressed to be worn for the 1st time and is now missing.  I think it has something to do with it only getting pressed, but sad the dry cleaner took no responsibility and I'm out a shirt.

Great deal but lately when I pick up my suiting today,  the shirt collars has a stain that looks like blood after my pick up. Noticed it when I get home & when I called, The lady tried to imply that I wore the shirt even though the dry cleaning tag is still on it. Was a good customer for a while but will not return! Worst dry cleaner ever. Customer service is terrible also. I dropped off my suit jacket to get pressed. When I got back home after picking my suit jacket up I discovered it was ruined. When I went back to ask for an explanation they couldn’t tell me what went wrong or how I could fix it.

This cleaners always has my dresses and suits on point! Great customer service too.

Destroyed my wife's vintage Gucci suede vest worth quite a bit of money.

They supposedly have someone outside who handles leather, but it looks like they tried to clean this themselves. The leather shrunk and doesn't fit the lining, looks like they washed it and pressed it (creases don't line up anymore) and has two new stains.

However it happened, when we went back for a refund, they wanted to fight about it. Called us liars. At one point they tried to take it from us. We did get a refund but it took quite a bit of work.

The elderly woman in line in front of us also had a bad experience, she felt like they were gouging her (she'd been in recently and been charged less) and left very unhappy.

The name on the refund check is Patel. I know that's a very common surname, but notice all the five star reviews here by people with the same name. Makes you wonder.

I just realized that I’ve never posted a review for this business.  I have been using King Springs Cleaners for at least seven years, and now will drive out of my way to take my clothing and blankets there.  They have always done an excellent job in cleaning and caring for my things, offer affordable pricing, and are run by a lovely family!  When I lived in New York for two years, I would bring down a suitcase full of clothes on visits home to Smyrna...better quality service at about 1/4 the price of dry cleaners in Manhattan!
