Staff nice but I brought in a bed cover that I needed back Wed, as we had guests coming in Thur. They said fine, after 4pm. When I got there at 5pm, they couldn’t find it, had to call somebody, said come back Thur at 10am. I was on a business trip and put on my shirt fresh from Fabric Touch cleaner, and there was a tear along the back left shoulder. I grabbed the second shirt same tear nearly same location back left shoulder. My wife went to ask them what happened. The young man quickly got defensive and said they called me, about the tear, and my voicemail was full which isn’t true my voicemail is NEVER full. Then they said I must of torn it myself getting in my car. I wear custom made shirts and was really sad they had such poor customer service.

One problem I did run into is that their hours are not updated on google maps. I came one day at 6:30 after work one day expecting the store to be open until 7pm, but they actually close at 6:30 now.

I have been using this cleaners for years .. they do a good job with dry cleaning most of the time. I’ve had some things shrunk.. but the worse part is not getting back all that I gave.. or sometimes getting other people’s items. They charge far too much to lose, shrink or mix up items. They aren’t as friendly as the previous owners but I ignore it as it’s a dry cleansers. I would recommend having a better tracking system for items. Also, when someone says they didn’t get something back, pay them and care.

Best dry cleaner in my opinion. One of my hoodies was stained and I went to a different dry cleaner and they couldn't fix the stain and charged me a huge price. This dry cleaner was cheaper and they even managed to get rid of the stain that a different place couldn't fix. Highly recommend!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I brought in a dress to be pressed/steamed, and when I picked it up, NOTHING had been done. It looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. When I politely brought this up to the owner, instead of taking accountability, he was completely nasty and rude. No professionalism, no customer service, just attitude.

This business takes your money and delivers NOTHING. The owner’s attitude alone is reason enough to never step foot in here. They should be embarrassed to even call this a “dry cleaner.”

Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your money or time. There are plenty of dry cleaners who actually know how to treat customers and do the job right—this is NOT one of them.

I haven’t used them for services, but they should update their hours.  It shows that they open at 8am on Google, but when I got there at 8:06am, the “OPEN” sign was off and there were employees working inside, but I got to the door to find a sign listing temporary hours, where they aren’t opening unit 9am. Not sure I will go back since this was an inconvenience to me.

I must say this is an exceptional dry cleaners. I called on a Monday around 5:30pm to see if they could clean my college graduation dress. Rosa assured me if I brought it in she could give a time estimate on the dry cleaning. I brought my dress in that day @ 6:30pm and was able to pick it up the next day @ 3pm for $15. It was freshly pressed and looked beautiful. I had a small breakdown but Rosa helped me and assured me I would look beautiful in my dress. Thank you Rosa! Everyone loved my dress! Unfortunately, I have to take legal action against Smart Care Cleaners and its Owner Jimmie. It’s sad it has come to this.

In July, Smart Care Cleaners destroyed a very expensive Louis Vuitton Shirt of mine (see images attached). Over the past 4 months I have tried to reason with Smart Care Cleaners owner Jimmie. Jimmie refused to compensate me for my shirt. I gave him every opportunity to pay for the shirt. I provided him with the receipt and all I asked was for him to compensate me what I paid. The shirt is sold out at Louis Vuitton and can not be re-purchased.

I’ve attached original images of the shirt should look like as well as the original damage caused and the attempt to paint over the damage. The owner is in the images as well.

It is very sad I have to take legal action. Because Jimmie would not respond to my text or calls, I went to the store on 11/7/25 to reason with him once more. Jimmie laughed off my attempt to receive compensation. Therefore, I have taken legal action.

As a public figure, my image and brand included style and fashion. This has caused irreparable damage to my band and image and trying to paint over the damage so I wouldn’t notice it, was very disrespectful and even more damaging to my brand.

Again, DO NOT SUPPORT SMART CARE CLEANERS. They do not respect customers valuable items and WILL NOT accept responsibility when they damage your items.

I have been using this Dry Cleaner for about two Years now.

The Family that runs the cleaner is very nice and the service is great.

You tell them what you want and they make it happen.  I am very happy with the quality of the service and the people that run the Dry Cleaners.

FYI:  This is a pre-pay Discount Dry Cleaner.  I do not understand how someone was told one price and charge another at pick up.  You pay for the service when you drop off the items you want cleaned.

This is the worst dry cleaners ever. They lost my daughter's birthday outfit. Two days before her party. Furious is an understatement. They weren't even apologetic about it. Don't ever go here. They are the absolute worst! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
