Beware- I was charged twice and told it was my problem and I need to dispute with my own bank. They were completely unprofessional and rude. This is not a business that you would want to deal with. Save yourself the headaches of an owner that doesn't communicate, rude employees, and they say one thing and do another. This business takes no accountability for their wrong doing and try to play victim and leave you to clean up the mess. So I just got off the phone with my bank to dispute this mess. Will never ever make the mistake of using them again!!! If I could a zero star I would.

I’d love to say I had a good experience but that is not that case. I needed my dress altered in length (and only length) last minute. I asked if they’d be able to do before the date and they said they would. When I went to ask about possible alterations I also asked for dress to get steamed because it had some wrinkles and a stain. However when I went to pick up dress it was not steamed and apparently they never even knew it needed it when we had been clear about the service being needed. So we had to steam ourselves. Also when dress was returned to us it was returned with even more stains than we had dropped it off with. That isn’t even the worst part. When I went to try dress on the alterations were done horribly. The front of the dress was much shorter than the back of the dress. It was obvious to the naked eye. I also had planned to wear higher heels but I had to ditch that idea bc then dress would be up to high when we wanted it to be a long dress. This was our second bad experience with them. We wanted to give them a second chance but now we see that was a bad idea on our part. (April 2025)

These people are rude and clearly did not want my business. I am new to the area and live 30 minutes away. I initially called and explained what I was looking for and the woman who answered ensured me that they could help. I drove up and they were so rude. I walked in and said “Hello, how are y’all doing?” A customer leaving out mumbled something but the young man at the front did not even acknowledge me. I stood there with dresses in my hand for about 3 minutes before he finally said “Can I help you?” He never even made eye contact with me. He told me that they couldn’t fix two of my two dresses. He took the third one to the seamstress in the back and I clearly heard her say that she could repair it but it would be a different type of zipper. He came back out and said “Our seamstress is going to be out for 8 weeks.” I explained to him that I called before I drove all the way but there and I was told that there was someone there who could repair/replace my zippers. Over the phone I do not sound the way that I look. He asked “When did you call?” I told him right before I drove up there. He did not say a word. He didn’t apologize or even offer an explanation. I just walked out. This place was so rude and I really feel the way they treated me was discrimination. I could be wrong, but this is how they made me feel. It their lost not mine. They missed their blessing. I came home and ordered me a sewing machine. I’m sure YouTube will show me how to do it myself. Lol!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I stopped in here in dire need of FAST dry cleaning for some work shirts.  Having only one day off per week makes accomplishing many tasks difficult but Ideal-Shuman happily accepted the challenge.  Same day service--washed, pressed and starched. Clothes look excellent and the service was beyond 5 stars. If I could give them 6, I would.  In need of quality dry cleaning for your most important garments,  look no further. Ideal Shuman is the best around. Ill be a customer for life

We have used several laundromats over the years, and this was one of the dirtiest ones we have seen. The floor was filthy and the fronts of the washers looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. We found the 2 least dirty washers to use. The washers did not spin out very much water, so the drying time was doubled and the dryers were extremely expensive. We will definitely look for a better place next time.

Yes, it did take 45 minutes to dry 1/2 a load of clothes plus a few clothes from the last washer. Adding up that time between all the dryers made it much more expensive. It would have been okay if I could dry an entire load in one dryer in 45 minutes, certainly less expensive, but since the washers do not spin out as much water as most washers, I had to use more dryers and more money. I'm sure the attendant has no control over the functioning of the washers and dryers.
I came into your Laundromat based on reviews, so I was very shocked and disappointed to have a totally different experience there.

Fantastic laundromat and owner work hard at keeping the business accessible, but as of recently with the transition to card reader has been a nightmare for me. I work long hours and prefer to do my laundry later but here it is 8:50 pm and trying to set up a new card and the machine will not take cash. Now there is no other option no other laundromat is open so I'll return tomorrow and hope it's fixed. Appreciate your understanding.

Clean establishment, and never super busy during the weekdays. I have passed by on weekends and seen they are much busier.  What really attracts me to this place, besides their hard to miss building that is white with black spots all over,  is the cleanliness of the inside.   The management is on top of things and keeps up with the place well.   I had a bunch of comforters and other linens, and I needed a larger machine than my own to wash them in, so I came here and was able to get the job done with ease, and it only took me a couple hours!!    The price is about the average rate of other laundry mats I have used before.   I can say this, I was able to do 12 loads in a larger washing machine,  and after it was all said in done, I spent right at $100.  This included the laundry detergent, fabric softener, and bleach that I purchased beforehand. If you take into consideration the cost of running your washer and dryer at home, with the increased summertime rates on electricity, plus being able to get all of the laundry washed and dried at once instead of one load at a time like I would at home,  I can call it a win.  😀

We're here in town today, and this place is trashed! There is dry and wet soap everywhere, and trash all over the floor and machines. There are no attendees to pick up anything we've seen, and it has the feel of a workcamp laundromat with migrant workers staring you down.
First impressions are important, and we will not be back.

When I first started going to this place years ago it was really nice. Now I'm really disappointed. Have to machines even though they're brand new don't work anymore or are out of order I should say. The bathroom is out of order. But when you had to use that bathroom and never had any soap for anybody to wash their hands so. Just a place is turned into like the owners don't care. It's like they tried to put lipstick on a pig when they put in a new machines other than that they don't give a crap about the place

This place was great. We visited from out of state for a funeral and needed clothes washed.  The washers/dryers were the best we've ever used, I want a set! They were clean and well taken care of.  The people inside were able to help us by giving directions to the funeral home.  Everyone was nice and friendly.  Great service!

My first laundry experience at this laundry nat was on Friday October 21st 2020. The services were reasonably affordable from $2.25 to $3 to wash. In the condition of the place was clean the laundry cycles were operating barely reasonable mostly everything worked and it smelled good and they also have a service where that the people inside can't help clean your laundry for maybe $1 dollar or $2 per pound. If a household were to have an emergency they could always have the laundromat for a second option so we are thankful to have the laundromat here in town.

As of May/2021 ..... the ladies that work there are awesome.... so kind and helpful.  I’ve used the laundromat a few times this year   ... the problem is every time there are so many machines out of order!  It becomes a real headache if it’s busy..... very frustrating to try and get done when so many machines are not usable.

Needed to be cleaned the attendant  left the building  for 45 mins or more but to my understanding  you can not leave  this building  unattended
5 machine  have out of order on them and the attendant  gave a customer  wrong information  about  a machine to get him to spend more money
I see it's under new ownership  but it's not kept up par as the people  who owned it before  and the attendant  on call knows this because  she was there with the old owner

Great place, great people!!! Amazing service. I came to Soperton for a funeral. It was a really bad time (summer 2017) for us. Devastating. I realized at the late moment day before, that my suit jacket had gotten dirty. I needed it cleaned something awful.
