The Lee Family has been doing our dry cleaning for years and always does a terrific job.  Recently, just two days before Christmas, someone drove through one side of their business and came out on the other side. There is an extensive amount of damage to the front, it took out the desk, doing heavy damage to their clothing conveyor, and then the car came out where people drop off and pick up their laundry. On top of this, Mr. Lee was injured and is limping around on a bruised and swollen foot, trying to do his best to keep the place going, along with his wife. If you have something that needs to be cleaned, take it in now and get it cleaned. Support the Lee's. They are such good and hardworking people. I feel so bad this has happened to them.

First I was told I needed to unbutton my shirts because "this is hard work". OK, fair enough. Next, I noticed wrinkles around the collars on a couple when I brought a load home. They fixed it right then and there, but said I should think about getting different shirts. The straw that broke the camel's back was finding out they identify items (in my case clothing) by writing names and phone numbers on them; sometimes on a tag and other times on (again in my case) the shirt itself.  I felt like I was back at summer camp.  When I asked if they were the ones to have done this (benefit of the doubt and all) he said yes but could use stickers or something else if I wanted.  Do what you will but writing on my clothes without notifying me or asking my permission was a step too far.  Best of luck all!

This business press several burnt spots onto a brand new white dress shirt—Chinese lady at front desk try to tell me it wasn’t them—I had to call owner and he offered a $10 credit. Then, they tried to charge $4.95 for 6 shirts to be pressed and was quoted $2.75 per shirt at drop off…..I will NEVER use this cleaners again…

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this dry cleaner. I brought in my yellow dress, and it was completely ruined because they washed it with dark colors, causing discoloration. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner handled the situation poorly and showed no real effort to make things right. I had a much better experience with the previous owner, who provided quality service and cared about customers. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend trusting your nice clothes with this dry cleaner. If you value your garments, take your business elsewhere!

As a business owner i need a lot of laundered and pressed tablecloths and uniforms.  I tried using others closer to my warehouse in Atlanta but they want too much $$$ and the service is horrible.

This review would have gotten more stars, but I had two items dry cleaned for a wedding. I gave the owner two weeks to complete the job. The owner lost our wedding clothes and when I asked for a refund for our lost items I was told “your clothes are too expensive” after a more persistent conversation- she did refund me for the men’s shirt she had lost. This store is typically fast and reasonable on their prices but I wouldn’t bring anything of value here.

This is the second time I’ve used them for alterations. The first time was last year when I needed two dresses hemmed with a 1.5 day turnaround time and they were able to get it done! This time it was to close up a slit on two skirts and once again they did a great job and all for a reasonable price.

My dad and family have been using this cleaners and alterations for more than 20 years. I recently had a wedding dress altered and the owner did AMAZING….the original dress was a mess and she worked a miracle. Made it fit better and be more

This dry cleaner is the best I’ve ever used. I’ve lived in 5 states and not one other company is anywhere close in quality and customer service. Recently, I had a white sweater from Zara cleaned and Michelle called to tell me a spot had shredded. She had called  Zara , explained what had happened, and had gotten me a refund! She would have gotten a replacement, but Zara didn’t have my size. They do such a great job of treating my clothes like they were theirs! I won’t go anywhere else because their quality is consistent and authentic. And they are personable and always greet me with a positive and warm hello!

We moved to town a few months ago and I was nervous about getting a new cleaner. But after 6 months of collection, I dropped off a large bag of clothes yesterday. But I realized before I left that my NYE outfit was in the bag I had given her, so I told the owner not to worry about it, I would spot clean at home so I could wear it tonight. But she quickly offered to clean it for me, with rush pickup today for the outfit and then pick up on Thursday for everything else (since they’re closed NY day). When I just arrived to pick it up, she had already cleaned everything in my bag! Such great service. And she’s so sweet/joyful. This is definitely my new go-to cleaners. Thank y’all!

I brought in a one hundred percent Merino wool jacket to be dry cleaned. Since the tag said it could be hand washed and air dried, they took it upon themselves to ignore my request and washed it and massively shrunk it.
When I brought it back I was questioned about the size like I would lie. Luckily, I have two of the same jacket and brought the second one in to be measured. Over and over he let me take the jacket home knowing full well he was not able to fix his mistakes.
He refuses to take any responsibility for HIS not following my request. He refuses to offer any compensation for HIS not following my requests or the label directions. He had to have put the jacket in the dryer to cause that amount of shrinkage.
When an owner treats a customer with such disrespect as I have been treated, I would think twice about ever ever using this cleaners.

My dryer broke and I decided not to fix it until after the holidays. I was not excited to have to find a temporary solution. I stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly pleased. The atmosphere was cheerful, clean, friendly, and safe. The owners have put a lot of effort into making their business family friendly for their customers.

I'd rather do laundry here than at home. 3 different sized machines and plenty of them, you can use quarters, but they have an app you use to load funds, monitor your machines and if you're a frequent flyer you can accumulate points and use those to do laundry. I highly recommend asking for the wifi password as cell phone reception got a little iffy for me my first time there. It made me think the app wasnt working, when it was just the reception was slow-- signed knto the wifi and that solved the issue immediately. The place is clean and well maintained. Friendly faces. They are pretty strict about the last loads need to be started an hour before closing time -- remember this is to ensure they are able to lock up and leave on time. I dont give them a hard time about it because it does matter. This place actually makes me look forward to laundry because I can wash all at once then dry all at once... 2hrs of my day and all my laundry is done?? A win is a win for my ADHD self.

I stopped by Peachy Clean on a Friday morning, not expecting much just wanted to knock out some laundry and go. But the second I walked in, Debra greeted me with a warm smile like I’d been coming there for years. They are the best at everything, they made me look like the perfect wife! I needed to wash my husband's suit and pick it up the same day. I dropped it off at 9:00 am and at about 2:00 they were already letting me know that the suit could be picked up. 100/10.

Poor customer service.  Over charge. They charge for 1 blouse 6.22 but they have on line they charge $7 for suit and $10 for comforter. Also, drop the blouse Tuesday morning they said will be ready by Friday I said ok. I  Go pick it up said not ready till next week, so again, they lied about next day service. Highly price,bad customer service  told the lady if she would have told me it was not ready by Friday I would not have dropped it off.  She didn't care. Won't use them again.

Loved the service! I had a pillow stitched and on the day I dropped it off, the person was super friendly and professional. It didnt take a long time to fix. When I picked it up, she called me by my last name, as if I were a frequent customer. Great job!

Turn-around times getting out of hand.

I have been coming here for a while. The customer service is good and the prices are reasonable. But, I'm going to have to find another cleaner near me with better turn-around times.

Try a more professional approach to the issue than responding to Google Reviews with 'EXCUSES' for missing the mark...like giving the impression that the items being dropped off must be deeply soiled or that it is quite normal to take more than 48 hours to dry clean 1, VIRTUALLY CLEAN, pair of dress slacks with NOTHING MORE than 1 wear.

I brought a comforter to be dry cleaned and was told it should be done in 6 days the date was in the bottom of the receipt. I paid in advance. I returned 7 days later it wasn’t done. At this time I had another comforter to drop off l. The ticket said 6 days. I came back 7 days later and neither comforter was done. Smh the then two days after this i received a text pick up the comforters. No discount or anything. On the bright side i got both comforters back.

I very rarely leave reviews, but need to leave one here. Royal Cleaners' customer service is horrible. I called them on July 2, 2025 to inquire about getting a quote to clean some sheer curtains. The lady who answered their phone told me that
she was very busy and did not have time to talk with me. She then said bye-bye and hung up the phone. I would never step foot in a company that would not take the time to talk to its potential customer.

I’ve been going to Royal Cleaners for approximately 15 years. The owner is so friendly and remembers me and my daughters every time I go in. She recently altered my oldest daughters prom dress. She did an amazing job! Prices for dry cleaning and alterations are reasonable.

I was looking around town for bridal dress preservations and found out they handled that and to my surprise at half the cost compared to traditional boutiques. I was not sure at first, because I had never sent a wedding dress to be preserved, so I wanted to get it right the first time. My husband summoned the courage for me to go forward, paid about $150 if I remember correctly, and a week later I got it back (today)! I was so happy to see it and surprised at how big the box was.

For some reason, I was expecting an “average” size box, but it was much bigger, but that doesn’t bother me felt like I had won the lottery! Haha. So not only did they clean my dress but I had also asked if a wedding rope we used in our wedding ceremony could also go along with the preservation (when I first left the dress), and they did it at no additional cost! I was so grateful for that, because I didn’t want it to continue collecting dust in my bedroom. I am very happy with my preservation and wonderful service I received with Royal Cleaners! Thank you so much!  I will try to post pictures of my preservation.
