I took a lather jacket to be cleaned and it’s completely ruined. The service was pretty expensive and they cleaned it with water 🥲 I didn’t go back to complain, I just want people to be aware that they might not know how to handle certain items/fabrics. So if it costed you $$$ opt for a different cleaning company.

I brought six shirts in to be laundered. I would have done at home but I wanted them pressed. I explained that I just wanted them laundered and not dry cleaned & the woman acknowledged. I go to pick up & was charged more than double what I was told the laundered price was. When I questioned it, the clerk said they were dry cleaned. I said I specifically asked to just be laundered. She than said that it would have wrecked the shirts which is so false since I’ve had the laundered at home & at dry cleaners in the past. Go to CD One Price in Orland. Better service and cheaper!

I like the clean product to clean our garments. Tailoring is also great. Well done.
Im very particular with my garments and sensitive to smells. I use to drive to gen city to get my canadagoose cleaned but the owner listened to my needs and delivered.
I communicate my needs every time and they are met. The owner will go out of their way to help. Kindness goes a long way. Great place for the price, costumer service is delightful, garments clean.

They lost 2 straps of a coat and then when i went back to tell them about it, they said they don’t remember my coat having those straps even though i showed them a picture. I wish i never brought my clothes to them especially because so previously heard about their carelessness. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different dry cleaners!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I had just one item for $5.95 and I didn’t have cash on me. The lady won’t take my card because there’s a $10 minimum!! I work in payment processing it doesn’t cost all that, the difference is a matter of pennies. Some put a $5 minimum never $10. It’s even illegal to put any minimum in a lot of villages around here. The front desk suggested I swipe for 10 and that be it…. Seriously?!?! She just suggested to rip me off. They have no shame. The manager suggested I look for loose change in my car. ZERO customer service and ZERO understandment of how to run a neighborhood business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER AND WILL PLACE A COMPLAINT WITH THE VILLAGE ABOUT THAT MINIMUM.
