Base Cleaners

Be careful of Apple Cleaners who runs the base dry cleaning shop. They ruined $700 of shirts that I have laundered there. They put a stain on all the button shirts at the collar and to the first or second button, which makes it looked like your collar area was never cleaned. When they tried to fix it, I had 2 shirts that changed color from navy blue and white to purple and white also a vibrant green color to an off green color. I had 14 shirts in total and dating back to Nov. of stains. Be sure to check your stuff early. I have been using them for at least 7 years maybe longer since I don’t know when they had the contract. I will not use them again for any clothes.

I was very impressed by the way my suit was repaired.  It was oversized and she took very good measurements.  After it was ready, the staff welcomed me with professionalism. They let me try it on to see if it was fitted correctly.  They definitely would see me in the future if I need any other suits adjusted.

Great job on my white shirt that I used in a wedding. Just the right amount of light starch. They called me when it was ready.  When I picked it up it was neatly covered in plastic with protective paper covering the collar and shoulders. Priced right for the quality of service.

I’ve been taking my dress shirts and dry cleaning to West Oak cleaners for years, and I’m very satisfied with results.  I prefer my dress shirts be cleaned and pressed with light starch, on hangers, and they do a superb job!  Other shirt options exist (folded and/or boxed) but that is my preference.  Usually get 2-3 day turn-around, and shirts are always ready when promised.  Same for dry cleaning of dress/casual pants and my business suits.  Very satisfied with West Oak cleaners, highly recommend!

West Oak has always done and continues to provide the best service with dry cleaning my pieces.  Many of my pieces (clothing, gowns, drapes, alterations) are unique and the counsel I get from the staff is always appreciated.  They are a very knowledgeable and professional team.  HIGHLY recommend!!
