I enjoy this laundromat. There is one closer. But every time I'm here no matter the day or eve. It's been nice. Customers seem nice. The lady that works there is very nice. You can tell who the usuals are. As she welcomes them by name. I see her constantly cleaning . My clothes get  clean and dry. The restrooms are always clean and accessable for those even with mobility issues..  They do have snacks & drinks . Which I've purchased before.  They work hard keeping it nice.

It's a nice laundry matt, but they really need to put a limit on how many loads of laundry  people can do at a time so that other people like us who only 2 loads can actually get our laundry done instead of having to wait for hours at a time because of one person taking up all of the available washers, since they do 9 loads at once! It's really ridiculous! This laundry matt is not very big, so they really need to put a 4 load limit, so everyone can get their laundry done!

I found this place on google, read the reviews and decided to take the 30+ min drive to check it out.  To my surprise all the great reviews are spot on, lady working asked me if I needed any help as this is my first time to any laundry mat. Very clean establishment and friendly people here. Thank you for the great experience.

Beware this place is a joke. If you need a large washer for a comforter bed spread good luck most of them don’t work and the ones that do are being used for socks and underwear ext.  by rude people that could be using a smaller washer.  This place is not a very well managed laundry. I will never go back!!!

Went on a Tuesday morning thinking it would be less crowded (nope! Almost full)
There was no attendant on duty for the whole 4 hours we spent there. The machines were clean, and the change machines were full, and now I can honestly say I've tried a Watermelon Sunkist soda. 5/10

Seems to be a clean facility but I’m an old man and I don’t enjoy having to carry all my laundry and baskets around all the cars parked at the front door. You bring it up to staff and they just Shrug their shoulders

Very clean, machines always work. Spend no more than 2 hrs total washing, if that.

Washers and dryers always available. Friendly and quiet environment.

Trash everywhere,  no attendant on duty (washer broke down had to wait for someone to come help)  1.5 hour job at most turned i to 3 hours.

It has been over a month since we had a small waste  basket fire.  And this how, Servpro has left my home.  They tell me in TWO MONTHS they will be back to replace the carpet they took up and replace one piece of dry wall!!  THREE MONTHS to make minor repairs!!!  Then on top of all of that they LOST a HOUSE KEY, and BROKE a large door mirror and did not tell me, until I confronted them about it!!!  There was even a one week period where we had to wait for thier Duct cleaner people to get over food poisoning so nothing got done, but delays!! And if we had to wait that week on them, why could not the contractor get his measurements and what not, write up his bid and turn it in.   Until waiting till thier clean up crew left, and there Duct cleaner!  They are not FAST or understand people want there hommes back in shape FAST?

W3ell the fire happened on 8/21/25 and it is 9/26/25 Serv pro came in the same day.  Guess what talked to them yesterday and their contractor has NOT EVEN TURNED IN A BID!!  So we are simply stalled out

After reading other reviews in a lot of places, I ask you pray for me and getting them to get it done before a YEAR passes like for another reviewer on here!!WEll corperate got involved. But are they moving things along faster NO So far well they made them admit to Breaking my mirror, and have agreed to replace it. They agreed that the we will make a copy of the original house key and that is all. Got shot down. But I did not get a lock smith like I feel would have been the right thing to do. But went and got some rekeying package from LOwes!!!!! And had thier people do it!! Yea, the same people who lied about a mirror, lost a house key, and lost a power cord to a very large sectional!! Like I should trust that! When I looked at the lady from corperate, with a what in the world look. What choice did she give me other than that?????? NONE So still a lock smith will have to be paid out of MY POCKETY because of their irresponablity, and looking for the CHEAPEST ANSWER TO their mistake !!
And well still even now I sit with family coming in and well you can see the pictures of how they left my home. Still WAITING, And still waiting while they argue with insurence company. And then wow another 30 Days waiting for them to show up. In my opinion did corperate help NO

Several months ago my basement flooded due to a sump pump malfunction. There were several inches of water on the floor and it was soaking into the furniture, storage items, EVERYTHING was going to be ruined, or so I thought. I live alone and I started to panic when I remembered the SERVPRO slogan of "Like it never even happened"! Hoping that they could save my belongings, I called.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL!! They had started mitigation just a couple of hours after the inspector came out and in a very short time after that the water was gone and they had their equipment set up to dry everything out. I was amazed at their speed and efficiency!

They worked seamlessly with my insurance adjustor, were unfailingly polite and always were willing to answer my many questions. I can't praise them enough and I would highly recommend them for any service that their company offers. I will always call SERVPRO  first for any of my home issues.

The place is unfortunately dirty and I didn't even want to wash my clothes, this is the third time it has not been clean coming in here. The other two times was like who trashed the place,floors filthy and all. Don't like it and more than likely will not be back. The pictures make it don't seem that bad but in person, not okay. I had to clean it myself just to put clothes in it,I won't be back

I think your laundry room is great but you need to get the sanitizer machine fix it's been out for a while and you still have the stickers on the machines .

Go here regularly, you use a prepaid card and load it when ever you do laundry, prices are a little higher than normal but you definitely see where the money goes, its clean well lit,large,medium and small washing machines, large dryers, and even little cart ,snack and drink machines close to food and they even offer dry cleaning,parking somewhat limited.

They do a decent job. The staff is nice however the prices are EXTREMELY TO HIGH!!! 2 pair of pants and 1 shirt cost $36 🫣 and everything has to be sent to Champaign to be dry cleaned. 😳

Fast, clean and expensive. Traveling for work from Lake County and laundry up there is cheaper for the same service. Ballpark $10 for a  washer and another $4-5 to dry.

THIS PLACE IS NASTY. Half the washers don’t work. The ones that do work are dirty and the detergent place is filled with old detergent or softener. I only found 2 dryers that actually work. There is no one here to “help”. If you have any other options, go there. Don’t come here

Dirty & Expensive! The washers don't even rinse well, evident by all the soap not rinsed out of the washers. So many machines not working.

Washers - 20lb $4.00, 30 lb $5.00
Dryers - $0.15 for 1st 15 minutes & $0.25 for each additional 5 minutes.

The place used to be really good but now half there dryer doesn't work or something else is broke and no heat in the building it's freezing when doing laundry

these place needs close down, their washing machine only take your money and we call for complain the no answer, is scammer ,we call costumer service for the city go check if all washers working 😡💢💢😡😡💢💢 I no recommend any body wash clothes there

Smh this is the worst laundry mat I've ever been to...my first time there the my first load was the $8 washer and it ate half my money and wasted the soap I poured in wouldn't take anymore...the second load I tried 4 different washers I and none would even turn on at all ..there is no attendant on site for help and the phone number goes to voicemail and no call back...this place needs major help

If I could leave a zero I sure would. I used to use this laundromat every week and it was so well kept. I move back after 3years and OMG…. Don’t know what has happened but if you don’t want MOLD in your clothes please go somewhere else. I tried to call the number but it has been disconnected.
EVERY washer has mold inside and out. I spent almost $30 in there because I had no place to go at that time of night. But when I unpacked my clothes they reaked

This laundry mat is great! It's always clean and we'll kept up. The machines work really well and are never dirty. There is actually things to do to pass the time while you do laundry.

I do not hate this place, its very convenient for me to bring my wash up here but the dryer's are in much need of some attention. Dryers will not stay going. A lot of us that do our wash here lose a lot of money just trying to find a dryer that works.

Washers are great. Trying to find a working dryer is impossible. Here a month ago and still dryers don't work. Ya don't find out till you put money in. And NO REFUNDS..May 10th..2020

I put enough quarters in dryer #3 for 35 min came back in to find it wasn't getting hot. So all that money and time wasted and no phone number to call to get a refund.
